I have always used Klook to book for tour activities and airport transfers as it is very easy to use/book and fuss free. Services provided by the local vendors were also superb and friendly.

I got an error message when trying to book train tickets, but when checking my online banking I was charged twice. But I never received any booking confirmation. Customer service told me to wait 2 days. But the trip is already tomorrow. And while we chatted midnight passed and I cannot even book anymore. This app just sucks

I logout from my account in my Samsung phone, reinstalled the app on my new iphone but credit disappeared. Klook customer service checked and said my account did not have 1,000 credit in the first place. I logout from my account from iphone and login my account in my Samsung phone and my 1,000 credits is there! Both phone login details are the same, same name and my hp number. I did'nt make any purchase yet. Thank you. UPDATE: Problem solved! Wonderful customer service.

Horrible experience, tried correcting a spelling mistake minutes after booking. Tried speaking to customer services they told me nothing can be done but cancel and lose 10% of the total of a party. Better off purchasing from the original vendor instead of this poor site.

Klook almost ruined my vacation trip in Malaysia, it is showing on the app that the hotel booking is already confirmed and paid. However upon arriving in ahyu hotel they said they are no longer connected and we could not get hold of their customer service as we kept getting the same response. And we ended up booking another hotel with airasia which double our cost, cause they are not issuing a refund for the hotel booking I was not able to use.

First time going to Japan and going solo. I highly recommend to do look up review of places and book using this app. I didn't know this also have flight for look up. But when I do my own solo trip again. Would give it a shot. It is super user friendly.

klook made our travel to Hong Kong smooth. all bookings were fast and easy. redemption of tickets is fast since most of the parks and rides have a designated lane for klook.

The worst customer support, rude, unhelpful, they should get rid of customer support as they have none. E.g unable to send paid vouchers to account holder/payee as additional email added.

The app turns into Chinese language all the time, even after installing several times. I'm not in China, didn't connect Chinese number. Very annoying

Worst app and system!! Hotel booking cancelled last minute. Speak to customer service only using the chat room. Slow refund process. When I received the refund, its not same as what I pay before. Unacceptable!!

Easy to book and access without any issue from recent Taiwan trip. The issue now is why is my apps in chinese? Uninstalled n reinstall is back to English,not only can't login to my account, it's back to Chinese . Reset my password via email and it's Chinese mail ..What's going on? Is it a scam?
