Good platform, easy to use and haven't experienced any difficult passengers. I don't feel unsafe using this service either and helps with travelling costs and enjoy the great company from passengers I have travelled with so far. It's always nice to meet new people too.

Sometimes it has server issues and the messages are not sent, and a result drivers answer too late. It forces you to "book" the trip and you pay the fee, and if the ride doesn't happen you can't do anything, just the driver and most times the driver doesn't care so you pay for nothing. Also the 20% fee is absurd. A 5-10 would have been ok.

Usin this App for an year and offered 70+ rides. Many of them became friends and they started traveling with me regularly.. Only one option to be added under "cancellation" segment. If the booked passenger is not attending the call then we should have an option to select passenger not interested / passenger not cooperating. All the options currently available is related to the owner of the vehicle / to the vehicle / related to co passenger. Please add the option.. "passenger not interested"

Very good app. Working very well. And technology is clear and very useful. It can split the route in several portions and allow several drop offs & pick ups. Can't wait to use it in other countries.

I was great, but now with the latest update, has some issues and bugs. It would be nice to be easier to upload profile picture and change profile information. Chat needs to be upgrade, so slow and limited, bad user experience.

Wanted to get back to Blr from Mysore. Bla-Bla used 5 years back in Nashik-Mum trip. Found a ride who didn't confirm for a long time and to our dismay was unresponsive. The miserable app doesn't allow an option to try multiple booking which can be given with an auto or optional cancellation option as in one cancels the other or similar. Canceled the unresponsive guy & rebooked with Prasad who responded immediately. T E X T your 'number' so they call back. Had a comfortable ride. Amazing chap

Removes messages containing some words. Now i can't even say hi to people normally. I often don't receive notifications. There is no other option to refresh a chat than closing it and opening again -_- now there are fees included and people stopped booking rides? I really don't understand what they are paying for then, and how could such a basic functionality not be implemented after so many years of the application's existence.

The most stupid travel app I have ever used. It forces you to choose a country with a currency together. And you can't change them. I wanted to book a bus from Germany to France in Euros, which means that I have to choose either German or french language for the app!!! Because if I want it to be in English then I have to go for English sterling pounds.. If you don't believe me, just search for how to change the language of BlaBlaCar App..

It's been a game changer when planning out excursions as a driver and a passenger. I especially like the Boost option, which allows people to book trip on your route. Easy to use, safe experiences, cheaper trips, nice encounters.

The app is a bit obtuse I find but the concept is great and in the end I was able to offer and give a ride. In Dutch the button "Plaatsen" I guess means to offer a ride. It's not clear if you can "place" a _request_ for a ride. Maybe that's not how it works.

Very Helpful. Frequently I'm offering rides. But the messages are too much. There is no need to send E-mail, SMS , App notification, for the same chat For example, if a rider send 3 phrases in a row. The App will sent , 3 of each, and it seems it a lot of messages, but is only a single chat in the same conversation, like "Good Day" , " all ok for tomorrow" "thanks" For the rest, it's wonderful

Fantastic idea! I suggest to put a "Share Location" feature when you can tell your travel mates where exactly you're, without trying to answer when driving. It should be possible to change the route, since sometimes proposed ones are not the ones I'm following. I would have also the ability to share my phone number by my own during agreement process, because sometimes I have no access to internet quicker than Edge connection.

Great app, solving a major problem of commute. Should add a feature of live tracking, so that people on the way could know where the driver/owner is. Also add feature of 'started the ride' which will allow the people on the way of the actual start time of the driver/owner.

One problem is inbox can be displayed only when I am connected to wifi. But the biggest problem is that drivers can cancel reservations that they have approved right before the travel time and put passengers into very hard situations. Yet passenger cannot leave a comment of these misbehaviors. The application is driver-centered and thus I will not use it anymore.

Great application for carpooling for long travel distances. Let's you meet new people. Just one drawback that many taxi driver post rides in this and sometimes they fool out of people by asking them extra money or commercial rates. Bla bla should do something for filtering them.

Very good app. Been using it for a while. Have some glitches with messaging but it can be rectified. Also plz add options to edit pricing. Right now the fuel price and toll prices have gone up so much. But we can't increase the price beyond a limit. Which is not a good thing for regular traveller's like us. Plz look into it

This app is very convenient for those who travells on weekend to their hometown from their work location. But sometimes you book a ride and driver didn't respond on your call, this will cause inconvenience for passengers. Bla bla need to do something for this. Over all experience is good.
