Very easy to use. Appreciate that it remembers what kind of travel planning you were making even hours after you last opened the app, very convenient. More apps should be able to make use of caching this way!

Booked a ticket and it said "not valid for travel", and to download the app to get the actual ticket. Downloaded the app and still couldn't get the ticket

The latest update isn't stable and should not have been pushed to production. The app crashes on my Pixel phones after a minute. Very frustrating especially since our train tickets are store on the app.

This app has bad data feeds. Long story short, we missed our train after the app told us the train was delayed a little over an hour. But the train left early. The data feed is misleading. So we ended up having to buy a more expensive ticket when we got on the next train that we didn't have tickets for. Tried to get customer service to give us a refund but they refused. Terrible customer service and this company does not take responsibility for misleading customers by way of innaccurate data.

Don't use this service. Really upset with customer service. Said they're glad to change my departure ticket and then never got back to me in time. When confronted about the situation all they offer is a voucher for inconvenience, not addressing the problem of lack of clear communication with customer.

I tried to use the app for finding different routes for three different travels. Finding the best option aside, it couldn't even find any route at all. I don't know how useful it is for US. but it was not useful for travelling within Europe.

At least 50% fee, always trying to scam you to buy ticket with incorrect date and never refund you. Swithing from it asap :(

The tickets aren't real! The reservation codes are not real. You cannot connect to customer service. The whole thing is a scam. Beware! I'm trying to alert Google.

Totally useless app. Unlike literally every other travel app you can get, that has a form of the ticket QR code that mitigates the need to print the ticket if you don't have access to a printer, in this app you still have to print your ticket. So for me this app is a hopeless useless waste of space.

The application doesn't process card payment effectively. Have tried multiple times with multiple cards and each time they have been blocked. It is nice how all your tickets are bundled, but payment doesn't function.

Do not use this app! It's a middle man ticket seller that will leave stranded. Buy your tickets directly from the carrier.

Easy to use, has all the relevant information with smooth access to the tickets and orientation. Really good design as well. Would have liked to see- 1. Train map 2. Sold out transport not dissappear but marked as "sold out"

Currently google pay and credit card payment isn't working with this app. After 24hr, updating the app, trying to contact omio for help - this was useless as a virtual assistant message also bugged out. I ended up changing to another app, had no problem paying with Google pay. Please fix these bugs, as otherwise the app is brilliant and I'd prefer to only use one app for all my travel.

Useful app, but it could be better if it didn't send spam notifications about "discover your beach holidays" or whatever. Another major drawback is that it's not possible to book train seats (at least in my experience in several European countries), which makes the app useless for me to book long distance high-speed trains. So I ended up booking my ICE through the DB website, Eurostar through their app, TGV through SNCF, etc.

For an app that describes itself as offering multi mode travel options, it really struggles with them. I tried several options and it only offered flights. Finally I tried London-Barcelona where it found a bus with a transfer in Paris. At no point did it offer a mix of bus and train. I'll stick with Rome2Rio.

It's closes down when you move out of the app, like to get a pin code that is required for a payment. This is basic stuff!!!
