Everything seems very shady. I tried to submit a delete account request, and the action was denied because of a recaptia failure. There was no recaptia to interact with on the form, just automatic error code.

Worst app ever, Was trying to book the attractions but getting prompt as something went wrong. Initially I thought there was some maintenance going on but no , issue was there whole day, Not working on android , iPhone, not on my phone, not on my wife phone, even tried different user credentials. Even not on web Customer chat services don't even bothered with this.

Booked a tour with getyourguide while my family and I were in Greece in August 2023. The pick up time was scheduled for shortly after 8am but the tour company changed it to 6:40am late the night before. We could not make that time and requested cancellation and refund. They agreed to cancel and refund but have not responded to follow up messages regarding the refund. They gave me excuses about their finance department looking into it, but that was weeks ago. Beware that they may scam you out of

It is a great app for buying tickets and very easy to use. I have booked a few tickets beforehand and availed of the buy now and pay later option. It avoids all the hassle of requesting a refund if cancellation becomes necessary.

Have done a couple of excursions using the app and everything has gone well so far. Will continue to use it but the non-app version (pc) seems to have issues with logging- in so best stick with the mobile app.

FIXED!! Thanks GYG developers! App not working today... I've used this app a lot and love the convenience of seeing all my bookings, grouped by destination. The app was working fine a day or two ago. Suddenly today the app will not open at all so I can't see my bookings. It simply closes and says there's an error that the developer must fix. I reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it. Good thing I saved an external version of my bookings or I'd be in a world of hurt on this trip.

Can't login or change password. Booked two tours through website, downloaded app, created account, and tried to login. I wanted to use the app so I wouldn't have to print vouchers. App won't allow me to login and when I try to reset password, it does not send email for password reset.

I've been using this app exclusively for our 3 month European Tour. It is easy to use, does a great job of organising our itinerary, provides good descriptions and directions. We even use it for standard skip the line tickets at museums as it is worth the small upcharge.

Terrible experience. I was offered a service that includes pick up and drop off at a hotel in Fethiye. My tour should have started at 5 pm. When it came to pick up location they told that they have no driver available and it means that I need to make a 40 EUR ride there and back given that the tour itself costs 45 EUR per person. Moreover their customer support repeatedly asked for the same information to refund the tour. Also variety is very limited for Fethiye, Turkey.

Bought a booking through the website, then installed the app. Tried to import the booking into the app via an email code, but it dodn't worked. Tried to send the booking to my email address then open the app from the email and it didn't worked, it just shows a page of the booking, but with missing data. What a waste of time.

Very Pathetic app,most of the time they never provide ticket directly only issue a time to meet some person ,as a tourist in other country it will be difficult for you to locate the person ,some of them will not take the phone .And Get your guide never help you to locate that,they are interested only in taking commissions only .No customer value .It would be cheap and effective if you book your own ticket directly or use some other app.Never use this.It had happened to me twice

It give you a lot of tour options bit their filter doesn't work. I only wanted to see available tours for 22 Sep 23 so put in date and hit apply. Go to look at a tour and "No availablity" on 22nd. So then why are you showing it to me. Please fix this and add a filter for number of people as well please!

Booked 8 different tours on our trip to Italy with Get Your Guide. No problems at all. Great app with all my trips stored. Good prices. Booked two other trips with two other tour operators. Had trouble with both.

Worst app ever! We bought tickets to Park Guell for our last day in Barcelona. We were only given a reservation number, no QR code. At the entrance it turned out that we could not enter on the basis of such a ticket and buy a new one because they were all sold out. The technical support only offered to refund the cost of the tickets. No one will reimburse us for lost time, nerves and unvisited attractions. Shame!

Unfortunately, my booking is not visible any more in the app. I cannot recommend it. Luckily I managed to take a screenshot of the tickets, while the booking was visible. The app just says: "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later". Well, yesterday it said the same, so waiting didn't help. From time to time the app also says: "Please contact the customer service, if you cannot see your booking". I'm using the latest version 23.31.0.

This is the best travel app we have used. We have used this app to book numerous activities across loads of cities. And never fails. The prices always seem cheaper. And the one time we needed help with a booking the customer service team was fantastic, we start a chat with them and the next thing you know the C/ service team phoned us to help and to make sure everything was perfect.
