Since they merged its a crazy loop, shows Im signed in but tells me to sign in. Try to click on options and nothing happens..very frustrating!! Needed to change a reservation have spent 30 .in running in a loop , same.with the virtual "assistant" Like most people I don't have much free time so when I sit down to take care of something I need it to be efficient and actually WORK. Ugh, frustrating

Last update was great. Whatever background coding was done to bring the app to the new rewards program has made this app a buggy mess.. it was not ready for primetime. In theory it looks good but I have to constantly close the app and reopen due to the constant freezing. I haven't been able to complete a reservation yet.

Easy to use for booking, though if you make a mistake with dates or location or duplicate a reservation and try to correct it, the process is impossible. You will get frustrated and move on and they keep your money. I also suggest pay at hotel option because twice in the past few weeks, I payed at booking and the hotel charged my card again. Too much time to correct.

They change your ratings. I've booked several hotels on the app based their ratings. Only to find the hotels were not even 2 star. Yet, they have them listed as 4 star. Well I found out for myself. When I went to rate one hotel in particular, I noticed everyone had the same issues as myself. Quite a few of us said we'd give it no stars if possible. So the only possible rating is a one star review. However when I went back to look at my review it was changed to a 4.

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I've booked hotels through this app & when I went to check in, they never had a booking for me. I have to call every time just to make sure the booking process actually went through. When I go to use & apply my rewards, I get charged the full amount for the hotel. Then I have to cancel the booking, wait for my refund which can take up to 15 days mind you, & have to redo the process all over again! The app is just all around trash.

This app was good, years ago. Most of the features are gone (I used "find a room tonight" ALL the time!) A few years ago I changed my email. But the app created a NEW account. When I called to get it fixed, I was told the accounts can't be "combined." I lost 8 nights - no reward night. Tried to change my contact email 3 more times - never worked. App tools are gone, why? Constantly crashes and browser website doesn't give the same deals. Too many other travel apps to put up with this. Fix it!

I have used this app for 10-15 years. Sometimes it was actually cheaper to reserve directly from whatever hotel I was going 2, and not thru the app. I stuck with the app 4 the free night rewards. This key cash is a rip-off. B4 the change I had a trip saved to the keys. It's showing now, I'll get 7.24 for a 518.09 reservation. By my calculations, I have to book 19 reservations instead of 10 to get what I would before the switch. BTW, it's 23.00 cheaper booking the hotel in the keys directly

I use this app every single month. It has always been really good to me for the past few years that I've been using it until recently. Whenever they updated it and it changed everything, it became a total disaster. There's a tab at the bottom for Rewards but it doesn't show me my accumulated Rewards. It didn't even add the two stamps that I should have earned on my last visit. The whole reason I use this app is for the stamps and the free nights. If this doesn't get fixed I will find other means

At one time this app was dependable, and simply fantastic. For the last year it has been absolutely HORRIBLE. Doesn't work, always brings up 'about blank' page. Cannot see anything. I have bookings that need to be edited, id like to see my rewards or just be able to book a room. Don't waste your time. It breaks my heart to say this as at one time it really was the best app to use. Anything else would have to be a better choice to download. I'm sorry to leave this review but unfortunately its tru

Glitchy to say the least, poor navigation, doesn't let you rebook a previous visit, have to start from scratch, I use it because it works if you know the work around, which is an awful app experience if you need to figure out the work around. I've developed online software for business and this app is NOT user friendly in the least.

Used to be a great app with easy acces, only issue being that they use a third party card for booking, so a hotel refund would have to be processed by their horribly incompetent and irrelevant customer service. But now, after the recent update, the app will not save my searches, which is only annoying because of how long it takes to load each step to input information and loading for every single step without fail. Someone needs to get on top of this. But they're making enough to not care

Frustrating design. Trying to use your search feature and it's stuck on one location. I can't delete or re-enter a new location. Only stuck on the one location that I reside in. Only way to find any other locations are places that are being recommended. But I'm looking for specific places and I can't sear them. New design doesn't allow for change in the search.

I was having the same problem as everyone else with the switch over. I usually use my computer, not my phone to book hotels. It kept looping to get code, enter email, get code, never an option to enter a password, etc. I finally uninstalled the app on my phone. When I reinstalled it, it had me set up a new password. Once I did that, it fixed both the app and online.

Constant crashes and recently started this OneKey rewards function but not available until July, but the app has the option to use the credits and then disappears during checkout. The virtual assistant told me that this was implemented to show users what it feels like to have these credits. Very misleading, and sounds like a Dev issue. Get ready for a wave of pissed off users.

App has been bad, and now with the recent update it's somehow worse. NONE of the sign in buttons work. The don't even redirect, they just don't do anything. Had 8 free nights before the one kwy change, now I have none when I go online via my laptop. Hotels Com is trash, just use the direct app for the hotel you're staying at. Thanks for the automated response. But you sent the same one 9 months ago, and many of the same issues exist.

Used to love this app and used it for all my trips. Now it's incredibly non-user friendly. It's Nearly impossible to find the hotels using the map feature now. Very disappointing. Update: a month later & the app has gotten worse: Map still not working. App kept freezing up, and/or saying it had no internet connection (everything else on my phone still had internet) After spending a couple hours trying to find & book a hotel, I ended up booking on the hotel's website. Will probably uninstall

Lowered to one star because I now can't even get past the code they email to you every time to log in. An app is supposed to be easier to use than the website, not harder. This app became worse over time. It used to work reliably but now locks up constantly. By far the worst "innovation" was the chatbot, which usually gets stuck in an endless loop. It was much easier to cancel or change a reservation before they tried to insert AI into the process. Now I dread this app, if it works at all.

Like the other reviews, this newer version constantly crashes and the touch area aren't accurate. I'd touch list option and it keeps opening up the hotel that is select, etc. Terrible experience. I'm very disappointed bc it's my go to for all my hotels since forever and this app is really annoying me. Also, if you send someone a link via your app, it forces them to download the app in order to open it!! No option just for web viewing. 😱😱😤 Hoping the bugs get sorted quickly.
