Most recently, I can't watch the Cardinals Cubs London game in the Chicago area due to blackout!?!?! It's in London!!!! The radio is okay, and it may be out of the apps control but volume is so annoying. Constantly lowering volume when commercials come on because other wise it entirely too loud!! Then I miss when the game comes back on. Who is in change of volume BS?!?!

Ad the other most recent review says, you can no longer listen to the English audio station. It constantly buffers, then defaults to the Spanish language station. Specifically I'm trying to listen to TIBN out of Minneapolis. This is EXTREMELY frustrating especially given we're paying for the MLB subscription. Even when it used to work, the Audio broadcast lagged way behind the actual game. I would get notifications on my phone of plays way before hearing it on the audio broadcast.

The app is absolutely useless when trying to watch games on a mobile device. Easily worst app experience I've ever had. Constantly stops streaming to say video can't be played for absolutely no reason whatsoever - on a high speed Wi-Fi home network so it is 1000% not my network as I'm having no issues with any other device, or any other service on my phone just this app. Would happy give his a good rating if the app worked when watching games.

Quality is declining. When listening to certain games, say the WFAN/Yankees feed, the ability to rewind/skip 10 seconds or to go live is no longer there and when you press the live button, it does not go live so the audio feed is constantly behind what. Jun 2023: the issue from 2022 has not been resolved and now we cannot choose which feed (home or away) to watch or listen to while watching a game. The radio only audio is delayed by almost a minute for some reason.

I have this on my Samsung phone. I've had this app for many years without problems, but starting a few days ago if I went to listen to a game that was broadcast both in English and Spanish, it would only play the spanish feed and kept buffering in the English feed without ever playing the game. My husband has a different android brand phone and it did the same thing.It works fine on my daughter's Apple phone. Very frustrating!I've tried emptying my cache and data and reinstalling. No luck. !!!!

No English Audio. As numerous others have reported, only the Spanish-language audio channels work as of the last week or two. Trying to switch to English (either home or away broadcast) results in "buffering" and then nothing. I tried emailing support and got the usual pre-fab nonsense troubleshooting blaming wifi, mobile network, and other irrelevant nonsense. The English audio is broken! The app is useless until this is resolved.

I can get stream all audio EXCEPT the English station of my favorite team. It used to default to that station. Now it goes to the Spanish station and only buffers when I try and change it to the English broadcast of either team that is playing. Otherwise, I have always enjoyed and appreciated the app throughout the years. Update...as soon as I posted this, it began working properly and then dropped off and did it again.

Absolute garbage. It gets worse every season. Features get removed and it's full of bugs. So many bugs. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping to fix a crashing issue. The app still crashes, but now, it will only play the Spanish radio stations, the English ones will not work. This is a feature I pay money for

Ever since MLB started selling additional ad space during MLB audio and pasting them over the ad breaks of the local radio broadcasts, the app has become borderline unusable. Every single time a radio broadcast is about to cut to commercial break, a third party ad cuts in (often cutting off the last play of the inning) and then the app immediately seizes up. It will say it is buffering for a while and sometimes go back to the game, but often just fails entirely and with an "Error" message.

A handful of issues make the app feel like an afterthought. No Android Auto means I have to use my phone to stream the games in the car. No audio casting means I have to cast all of my phone's audio. Video highlights can't be played fullscreen. Navigating even basic parts of the app are slow, such as switching team tabs in the box score, which takes nearly a second.

A steep downgrade in 2023. For years this was a great way to follow and listen to games. No longer. This year the audio feed regularly stops for no reason and has to be manually restarted. The advertisements are incredibly repetitive now that the local broadcast ads have been "replaced". With the faster games in 2023 the ads also tend to run into the actual game so that you miss the first batter of the inning.

Free Game of the Day & ability to Cast is fantastic. Can be buggy. Many times had to restart. Ads before every video is annoying. Haven't been able to set Scores as my default. Otherwise, it's a very good app for fans. Wish MLB would allow fans to listen to radio broadcasts for free in this app (outside of your teams local market of course). C'mon guys! Making the game more accessible is the key to growth.

I've been using AtBat for a decade or more to stream game audio, and the experience is brutal on Android this year. Some feeds load. Others buffer infinitely or only play intermittently. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or mobile and have great service. I have no issues using Apple devices in the same location, on the same network.

Audio often buffers or completely stops working. Audio is always behind notifications and gameday so I have to disable notifications to not spoil the game for me. The live button doesn't actually take you to live, and there is no scrubbing bar after the last update. The schedule also changed in the last update. It takes you to an off app website instead of just a calendar schedule like it used to be, which was much better.

App suddenly defaulting to alternate station broadcast. Can't correct this. Tried to fill out "contact us" form on their app, but once you complete the form, the submit button disappears, so you can't "CONTACT US". It was bad enough it buffers and cuts out constantly, but whenever you go back in to listen, it's in Spanish. That would be awesome if I understood Spanish, and I wish I did, but sadly I don't. Why is there no way to select the default radio station, Or reach them to discuss???

EDIT: No, this hasn't been resolved. Reached out to support again... Used to be awesome...then, all of a sudden, I can't watch games anymore for no apparent reason. Works on the computer, works on my TV, same account...audio only on my phone and tablet. Contacted support and they sent me one email that was a canned response that was completely irrelevant and never responded to my reply. Beware.

I downloaded this app last week. I have tried to watch games 6 or 7 times and the app will not load the game. it just sits a the indicator spins until the Internet connection times out. I deleted it and reloaded it twice and got the same results I do get a nice pop up box telling me that certain preseason games aren't broadcast and where to see the list of restrictions. That is very helpful.

Constant audio issues Every other day, the local audio station will not play, it's always "buffering".....same with the 3 other english speaking stations, but the Spanish speaking station ALWAYS works. Now, lately, the game day function works sporadically; it may or may not load, then if it does the audio feature will not work. If I clear cache, delete data and uninstall the app, then reinstall it, all myhem breaks loose! I will only get either audio or game day but never both. I tried it all.
