Love this app, helps me keep track of what's going on around the league. Somewhat recently, a new update made it so there were more tik-tok like videos and no (as far as I can see) actual videos. I miss the actual videos, particularly the top ten plays of the night, and wish that yhey would be bramg back. Excellent app!

This app is amazing, puts everything I want in one place. Love the short videos and highlight reels of every game. Edit: im not sure what happened between last season and this one, but the app took away basically all the buttons and tabs I had previously and now I can't even see the season schedule and when/where games will be broadcast. It only brings up "Latest", then my favorite teams, then players. And none of those options show the schedule. Please bring it back to what it was last season.

App will not work on my Samsung device. I have used this app through the past couple of seasons and have had very limited issues. The app has stopped working since the last season ended. The app continues to state I am not connected to the internet and that I need to be either connected to WiFi or mobile data. My mobile data is working just fine and I even attempted to open while connected to WiFi and it still will not work. Please fix before the next season starts!!

Unfortunately the app won't cast audio for more than 20 seconds in the background before shutting off entirely, and also won't show up on your devices media player, so you can't pause and resume from the notifications tray. Will update review when this issue is fixed. Edit: thank you for the quick response, I submitted a ticket. Best regards. Edit: all playback issues fixed and the customer support was very prompt!

Why do live games lag so bad it's so frustrating. At first I thought maybe it was my roku but the app on my phone does it as well. It has to be in the app for both devices to do it. At 14.99 a month I should be able to watch games in real time. I don't like hearing it before I see it. I love the classic game features and use that alot but wish there was more games on that. Oddly enough that feature works fine the problem is live games. Fix that and I will up my rating

Fix this APP! Mid November is when I my renewal comes up. If this app ain't fixed by then you won't get another annual subscription from me. I'll literally go and stream games elsewhere. I'm pretty sure you've read all the problems. Fix this. The app crashes on phones and TV. Some games won't even play! Then when you click on your profile "no spoilers" what do you see when you turn back on the app? Scores! Also on the TV version you don't even have box scores in there. A new UI isn't fixing this

The app for Android TVs is trash. The playback is horrendous for a paid service. It constantly hitches or straight up freezes throughout games, the sound just randomly cuts off, it's slow and can't handle basic functions well. My internet is wired to TV directly and it handles apps that demand much more easily. It's on the NBA and it's embarrassingly poor for a paid subscription. Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled like the "we care" bot said. Might have gotten worse. Downgrading to 1 star.

This is the buggiest app I use. Just to name 2 issues (there are more, but these are the two most frustrating) - Pausing a game results in frozen app, force close the app - sometimes when attempting to leave the app, the game continues on the main screen, but turns black and I can't click anything else, need to force restart the whole phone. I paid for League Pass but can hardly bear to watch any content on my phone. It's just so frustratingly flawed.

100% disappointed so far. This new version is by far the absolute worst. Loading on repeat, then comes back with a playback error. I expect things to be fix by the time regular season starts! I will not keep my subscription if this is what it's going to be like all year! Also hate that they don't show the court like they used to during time outs, halftime, before, after game, whats with the blue "game break" screen!?! We dont pay to stare at that! Get it together, y'all got a week to do so!!

I'm giving this app a 2 star rating just on league pass. It doesn't always work on here. I keep getting an error message that pops up for all games at times. It's an app problem because I re-downloaded the app twice and it still hasn't worked. That's very unreasonable, especially for a paying league pass customer. Everything else seems to work just fine.

It's contradicting that the app has the ability to remove spoilers, but the only way to watch the games without cable is live afterwards in which the final score of the game is put at the bottom of the screen for almost the entire time. Also if they feel like going over time on the live, they'll just jump a game to wherever it should be even its at the end of the second quarter.

Edit: after buying LP the app has worked ok and the recap works I never write reviews but had to for this one because I used this app regularly in the past during nba season. This new app is awful compared to the old one. The interface is not as clean/more confusing. In addition, the video links do not work. When I click on game recap it never plays. It goes to a grey screen then back to the press play screen. This is a prime example of doing way too much to something was working.

Just started using the app for League Pass and it has been awful. The stream is choppy, the sound is out of sync, gets stuck in commercials, and needs to be frequently reset. I previously has League Pass through YouTube TV and the experience was so much better, and video quality is noticably better through YTTV as well. Edit: I appreciate the developer writing back. However, I have the latest OS on my Sony TV and the latest version of the app from the Play Store, but the issues are still bad.

I am updating my previous review. This season league pass is much much worse than last year! Horrible editing on the games. You can't select to keep the scores off. It was very glitchy to reactivate the account. I includes halftime show, why? Awful I've been a subscriber for several years. This is the best generation of the app. That being said, it is a HUGE drawback that the app is only available for the smart tv through Amazon. I have to cast it from my phone which cuts down the quality a lot!

Good laid out app so far. But the streaming issues are getting annoying. Tried reinstalling the app and didnt work. I have tried in multiple areas where I have a stable network, and multiple, fast wireless connections and streaming is still choppy. Also the scores dont want to update, and will keep saying "pregame" when the game has already been on for an hour. If these issues can be fixed I would give the app 5 stars.

This app seems to think a wenbanyama game starting is "breaking news". It also automatically changes your settings after updating from "no auto play" to "auto play on hd using cellular data". These are not what I put in the settings. It also fails to load scores 5 times out of 7 tries, it just hangs in the loading screen. Save yourself the time and just use Google search instead. Trash app. Edit: they now feel the need to notify me that a "Knicks fan hit a half court shot". What???

I get LP every year and this is by far the worst experience... 1. Have to keep signing back into the app everytime I open it. 2. Resets settings and followed teams/players 2. After enabling location (which is new), I have to reopen the app for it to recognize my location is even turned on. 3. It often crashes, so I end up clearing my cache after abour 1-2 hrs. (uses a lot of RAM) 4. "Powered by Microsoft" yet games don't play on my Xbox 🤔... Good ideas in theory, but poor execution.

New season. Same midway point nonsense where suddenly there's an error to watching almost every day. "Oops - there seems to be an error. Please try again." Tried again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I can only watch it on my laptop, which causes no issues, but I'd prefer to have it on my phone when I'm not home. This is crazy. App gets worst yearly.
