For the past week the app won't open. I have uninstalled and installed numerous times. Fed up and disappointed I can't watch on TV to expensive to stream this app was my way of staying involved in the sport. Please fix it!

Rubbish.. Won't open Had this app for a long time. It no longer opens on multiple Android phones (Samsung or Xiamoi) Phone just says it has a bug. Even after multiple cache clears/uninstalls and restart.

The last update has made changing my team impossible. If I click on Manage Team nothing happens. When in League then I am also unable to view the team selections of other contestants in the League, nor my own. Please fix this.

Disappointed, very clunky, an f1 app that shows very little f1 races, yet you can see the highlights on mainstream TV. App only seems to work with Google, videos should be in app not linked to a browser.

The live timing is not good, especially during pit stops. The number of pit stops done takes a long time to be updated, sometimes not correct.

Notifications not working properly as todays RACE START notification came 15 minutes after the race had already started!!!! Needs fixing but too busy trying to get people to sign up for a subscription when it doesn't even work! I've raised the issue with the Devs, but like usual, they just IGNORE CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Great if you love f1 but does constantly say "no Internet connection" when there definitely is. Also the number of adverts on this! We pay for this app yet everything is preceded by adverts. Changed to 1 star. Not content that we pay for this already they've now added "f1 unlocked" oooo! No! It's nothing! It really is nothing. All they have done is put 2/3rd of their news and headlines behind ANOTHER pay wall. Unbelievable! I won't be renewing this subscription. I hope others boycott as well

An excellent 5 star worthy app if it weren't for the stupid email system they introduced recently. Asking for a verification link and I NEVER received one. Asked for two links this morning....nothing. Always used it the past two years but since this system was introduced its barely worth having on your phone as you cannot interact with anything without that link...

I like the articles and features of the app, but it is CONSTANTLY logging me out. I shouldn't have to login every time I tap on a notification! Really, it's gotten so tedious I don't even want to use the app anymore.

Last update killed the app. Was working great until this update. Opening the new version brings up the title screen and then the app FCs. Uninstalled and installed again, same issue. Hoping the app gets fixed before the season ends.

The UX got a big update which is really nice. But due to this update, I can no longer view other teams after the lockdown like before. Would be nice to have this feature back on the app since you can still do it on a PC.

I didn't accept all cookies and now every time I open the app I am asked again to accept cookies which is quite annoying. In the app I cannot open a picture and zoom. Since the graphics on lap analysis after Friday practice are very small, it's impossible to read it without zooming. The same is valid for Tech Tuesday articles to study the beautiful graphics Now I take a screenshot, but using the app I would expect this to be possible. More articles would also be welcome.

For the last week now the app won't open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's not working. My phone is a Google pixel 6a on android. Is there a fix coming? I did send an email to the address for app support but it's not the correct department for app support it's the email for Tickets

This was my first stop in all things F 1 but recently every time I try to open the app, it immediately crashes. I've tried reinstalling multiple times to no avail. A big DNF in my book. Hope to see the issue resolved before the next race.

Year after they can't get this app right. I've used it on different phones from different manufacturers over the years, but it still frequently tells me that it's not connected to the internet, or just opens and loads up nothing. Do we have to wait a century for this ancient problem to be fixed?

I mean I do love the app and have a way to keep up with the races but recently I've been on a trip and used mobile data for this app. when I checked my usagein the evening, I saw that this all used 450 MB within about 2 1/2 hours... that is an insane amount, I wish there was a way to reduce data usage for this app, like a data safing mode or something like that

Most of the app works fine, but you can't view details on the current race weekend if it's currently the race weekend. I used to be able to view details on all of the sessions and local times, but now for some reason the countdown at the top of the Racing tab and anything related to whatever is happening in real time is gone.

I can't get the countdown clock to show properly. I have reinstalled several times but it keeps happening. Really annoying. Can someone reach out to me about this. The banner that states race weekend covers half of the countdown clock and it's driving me crazy.
