I ordered 2 pairs of trousers hoping they would be ok and fit me. they are gorgeous!! Even better than I could imagine. fantastic quality. a bit long for me but most trousers are. so easy to sew a new hem and still look fantastic. a must buy

love the store itself but this app is really bad. really really slow, images take forever to load, when scrolling you can only view a few items before having to wait ages for the rest to load. in replies to other similar reviews it says that this issue has been fixed with the update, it has not. the app is practically unusable, I recommend just using the browser version if you can.

My parcel arrived in time and I loved all the items I bought. The only problem is the trousers is extra large for me. I need 2XL.

If you're above a size 8, you have to sign up for notifications when the company will cater to you. Trash, especially since it's amazon level clothing anyways

received the order within the delivery timeframe. one negative is, that the shipment that was ordered same time is coming in two parts.still waiting for the other item. would've been great if the time for delivery could be chosen by the customer or a notification could be sent about the delivery phase similar to Amazon as I wouldn't say cider is cheaper price-wise . Also the trousers are good with a lovely looking belt but are too long for my height as I am on a shorter side i.e. 5.2 approx

Ya their stuff is rly cute on their website and then u get it in person and it's just like subpar. Nothing looks the way it does online, nothing fits the way it does. Their models are amazing at making these clothes look great but honestly rly disappointing.

I really like this app, the clothes are so cute but the app literally shuts down every time I open it. I don't know what it is, I've reset it and everything and still. I hope it gets fixed!! I have my cart ready :)

OMG terrible, terrible, terrible customer service, stay away,!!! they don't honor refunds. Don't waste your money. I have emailed you, as you scam customers with your sustainable approach with store credit but a scam, I have requested a refund for AED75 & will give up my store credit as will never shop again. I have contacted you, 2 days of back & forth emails, still pending AED28 refund the other AED70 store credit you can keep, deleted will go back to Shein.

Cider is down right awful, I ordered a dress for homecoming, ordered a dress when it was in stock, paid extra for speedy shipping, just for my order to never ship, when I contacted a service representative, they said the dress as in pre-order, despite me buying it before then. They made it impossible to update or cancel the order. Felt like my money was stolen. Don't order from here. Not only is it difficult, it's not user friendly unless you like talking to 50 different representatives.

Great shopping site for people of ALL body types (seriously, I do mean all), but the app has a tendency to continuously crash. Doesn't make the app unusable, just a minor annoyance.

Constant Crashing. I think I've gotten the app to open once, when I went into it from the browser and it automatically opened. Can't replicate this. Crashes every time.
