I made an order that got cancelled because the seller did not confirm shipment and, wallapop sent me an email and a chat saying they were going to refund my money back in full and the process was going to take 3/10 working days, ten days later they refused to send my money back and refused to notify me about their next move.

They have taken down my airpods item saying that they we're a replica and the sales of replicas is not allowed when they are 100% original from apple.. Not only did they made my account look shady for all the hundreds of people that wanted the airpods they've also offended me, took my pay, and probably gave me some sort of a strike for the account. And if you think it can't get worse there is no existing way to contact them. Horrible. Edit: They did it again and now with another fake reason

The insurance policy is useless. It's just a way to make money out of transactions and no actual protection for the buyers.

For in person sales is 10/10. For shipment sales is not that great because of trust problems between the buyer and the seller and bad customer service (they are always willing to help but take too much time to answer, 2 weeks in my case)

Error conversation load, 1 month and still the error. Can't start any conversation, zero conversation load. Will you fix that?

Keeps showing language-specific products (e.g. books) in Spanish. Pretty pointless unless you speak that language

They do not return money!!! The seller did not send anything. Received a letter that within 10 working days will be a refund. It's been 13 business days and the money hasn't been returned!! Support is not responding! This may be a well-established SCAM, because the ad for sale is still active!

Guys!! I am having a serious problem I can't use or benefit from the money that I have on my wallapop wallet either to buy things or either to transfer it into my account bank. I am also very disappointed about this situation and about the customer service because there is no way to contact them directly!!
