not user friendly, there is so many details someone should audit, very simple, if you are looking for a car, it's doesn't make sense to see a motorcycle in the list after filtering. and myself have reported so many add in the wrong section, but nothing happens.

Recently (last 2 months) the app is crashing everytime i try to enter to any item in all categories, thought the issue from my internet but seems there's an issue with your servers or database when fetching an item details. It freezes then crashes and sometimes it freezes then opens the item details after 5 minutes or so.

Hi, the last updates makes app not working in good conditions, same issue every time I need to change car type it keeps the previous type in the list, note that I always do clear, but it get stock with the previous type!!also you can't choose the type of car weather Another issue I choose AUTOMATIC gears, but I see MANUAL Gera cars in the list!!! Please re consider this updates or fix the problem, thank you for your support and cooperation

I'm one of the oldest accounts registered since more than 8 years using my email, when I logged out, I got surprised that I cannot access my account anymore because there is no more email option for log in but just phone number to add, very big dissapointment, I thought they would put back the mail option but there is not, I rate it very bad due to the reason, cannot enter back...I found out there is an email option for the app and I log in but not for desktop PC or website

Very bad. I had a very simple request and I tried calling both their landline and their mobile number but unfortunately I got no answer on both. I can't, by any means, understand why they have two available modes of communication and they're not answering either one. The perfect example of bad costumer service.

Frankly, after the new updates , the search became very complicated and very bad... Another thing is that there are many stores that display their products and this is totally unfair. When I use the app, I search for a specific product, I look for products used for normal people, but I don't look for stores.

Don't bother. Just use the website, it's not as bad. Still barely any pics, & half the apartmens don't specify prices. But with the app you get "An error has occurred" over and over and over. There's a shocker, a kuwait app that can't stay functional... 😂😂😂 Add to that the fact that clicking the "English" filter still results in 90% Arabic posts and you've got a perfectly annoying mess. The apartment finder websites I used in the States 10 years ago were far better than this.

Im having an issue when uploading photos it's been a few hours and it still says 30 percent , and still no photos. My previous add has been up for 3 weeks and it's still uploading photos. It was working really well but the past month the photos arent uploading. Please find a solution to this problem as people send me messages requesting for photos.

I like the app, but it's overpriced. What's the purpose of opening a Shop when you still have to pay for ads to get more views individually? Add more benefits. Boosting ads works for those who sell cars or other expensive items, but if you are selling cheaper items it's not profitable to boost your ads. You are risking money for little to no profit. Boosting price must vary based on the item price and category.

Bad app, After I reinstall the app i couldn't login to my account using email address. Where before I registered using email address. I lost my account and they don't provide required support. They didn't notify that they changed the way of using the app before un-insalling the app. And they did not provide option to login Using email id so then we can access our existing account. I contacted them by email for support, but they keep sending same automated respon.Bad service and so bad support.

you're welcome. As a rule, not all users of your program have a high-end phone or tablet with high processing capability. Mostly due to the heavy volume of the program, the program is restarted several times or when opening the program with 3G Internet, it takes a long time for the program to load and moving between pages of the program can be done easier and faster. Anyway, thank you for your effort. It is useful and has come to my aid many times..👏👏

Very good. Extensive filter options. Option to save your search and get related notifications. Very much satisfied with the app. But one complaint. The details of the product are (almost all of them) written in arabic. You should either have an option to translate it. Or AT LEAST allow us to copy that text, so that we can see the translation on the internet. I am not allowed to even copy that text. You see, not everyone who wants to buy is an Arab. I can easily give 5☆ if this is corrected
