Just last year i had rated this courier service as a 4. Dropping the rating to 1 now . Dunzo has been unable to assign service operative to even one of the requests in past few months . Perfect 10/10. Deleting the app. Waste of time .

Disgusting app now it's not working at all amount debited and refund still not credited it's been 1 hour since it says finding partner😡 delete the app if you guys don't provide services waste of time and money they are taking money not crediting back

Had worst experience it took payment twice for single order the customer support told me my money will be refunded in 5 to 7 days its been nearly a month iam not refunded I have spend more than Rs 1000 its total waste. Can't contact any support regarding. Don't use dunzo it a total waste

I use dunzo regularly for my business and personal use. It's great everytime but today I faced an issue and they dint address it dint try to understand it just ended the chat saying sorry we won't let it happen next time. Is this the way to treat regular user.

Worst app ever I seen who blocked the customer by saying suspicious behaviour when I didn't did any fraud order or any fraud thing... I have contact to customer support also then to there no response from them they will say we unblock but still it's blocked only

What a useless app! Firstly no delivery person gets assigned, and once in a blue moon they do get assigned, they don't carry those dunzo cards and insist we pay them directly and not on the app. Maybe they will shut down soon

Stay away from Dunzo. Pathetic service. They took my money and failed to deliver my order. It's been more than 10 days and they are not allowing me to cancel the order. I can't even reach customer support because the chatbot keeps me in a loop.

Worst app ever. Keeps you waiting for hours and then automatically paid order gets cancelled. Uses money. And never refunds. Senior citizens are kept waiting. The delivery partner is arrogant as well as the store operator. Worst services ever. And a big disgrace to delivery

I had paid for and initiated a pickup of a package from my residence at 6.15 am today, and the item was to have been dropped off at whitefield. I paid Rs.355/- Dunzo cancels the order with no explanation and did not refund my money. Their customer support is non existent. P.S. Credit message recvd.

Worst app i have experienced. DUNZO IS CHEATING because "it first asks u to pay the money and then they assign the partner BUT even they din't assign the partner and simply eating our money AND if we ask for a refund of the money and cancel the order it tells us that it take 5-7 business days". DUNZO IS THE WORST APP WASTE AND WORST I HAVE Experienced I don't wanted to give one star but palystore does not allow so i wanted give one star not even worth for 1 star

Please don't use this app. This is worst app I have ever used for grocery shopping. First they showed some promo codes, and after payment promo code offer was not applied. Support team was confirmed that it was a software glitch but they are not ready to compensate for the same. And they litterly disconnected my chat, because I was asking for resolution. Please don't use this app.

Never thought douza had such worst coustomer service. Order something and there were 2 items missing in it. I tried reporting issue in help section page, it's tell me there is no option to process refund. Well we didn't want refund. The items were from an function and this is a trusted grocery delivery App. Such a same😡. Haven't received any response till now. If this going on with other, then trust me this will not long work with coustomer and you will be on an end point of loosing business.

It's the worst app ever. I needed some medicines to consume immediately at 3am. in the night, and I placed an order. The store kept the order ready, but there was no delivery executive assigned to the order for more than 8 hours. And no customer care was available at that time. I even tried to cancel the order 7-8 times so I could sleep, but it wasn't canceling the order as well. I suffered for this disgusting app where they don't know what customer service is. I have the screenshot as proof
