The worst and weakest service ever. They even cancel orders without informing customers. This is the first and last time I deal with them. Now I will remove the app from my phone

First time giving a negative review and it's on Carrefour. Worst customer service via this app. Ordered items from Two Rivers, one item missing. The customer care gentleman at Two Rivers Carrefour completely unprofessional. I'm definitely uninstalling the app.

I have been ordering from a long time. From past few orders atleast 1 or 2 products I am getting wrong products. When I call the customer to exchange they tell someone will call to exchange the product but its more than 24 hrs and till now I did not get call.

All items were cancelled for a mistake from their end . No email or message to inform its been cancelled. Share points gone and money not refunded yet. They expected me to call and ask for a refund. Terrible service.

the offers in the app market are incredible and good but i never get notified via email or even offline messages, I'm forced to log in the app and sometimes i get the offers expired,this really pisses me off, kindly notify us via messages and so on.

Disapponted, last septsmber 29 I ordered some items and then when they deliver,there is one item that missing and the courrier said it's not available but in my TAX INVOICE it's available and the worse this courrier he didn't declair that there is one missing item, two times i called customer service they said it will deliver as soon as possible but sad to say almost 1 week from now they didn't deliver😢

Fisrtly, they were not able to make the grocery delivery on the required date. Now, to register a complaint, the only means of communication provided is the customer service number that is never answered.

Worst and useless. I was scammed by this app. I placed an order for few items and some items were repalced by cheap alternative products and scammed me with quantities of fruits, I ordered 2kg but got 1kg. Did not get any reply from the customer support even after informing them about this issue.

I am writing this review after facing actually a lot of issue. From last 3-4 time, my order is continuously getting cancelled. And at the end I get the notification saying the delivery person tried to contact you but he couldn't. I didn't get any call. How he tried to contact me then. Solve this issue if possible. This app is degrading day by day.

I give one star only because i couldn't use the app because i don't have a jordanian SIM card , i was visiting my family and i didn't want to waste money to buy a sim card and i didn't want to use someone else's SIM card ! I couldn't log a complaint in the app or get hold of the CCC because i needed a sim card which you can upgrade your app to allow clients to use the email instead of the SIM card because it is cheaper to do tho also add whatsapp as well, carrefour around the world do have that

Most time the experience is smooth and efficient. However should anything in your order go wrong, like receiving someone else's items, or some of your items are missing you're left making endless calls to customer care (they do not care at all but act like they do because they make promises but never deliver). They will take forever to fix the problem unless you actually go to the store which beats the point of online shopping in the first place.

Overall it's good, but there should be options to convert items from Deliver Now to Scheduled Delivery (and vice versa) and also to change items in 🛒 to wishlist and vice versa, because otherwise the only way to do those actions is to delete items from one place and then add them again in the other place.

Quite useless. There's literally nothing there. You can't find pork or beef or anything in the app. Any delivery app offers more products from Carrefour (although they too only have a fraction of what's actually in stock).

What an awful App and delivery service. Slow, cluttered with useless ads, and has no method of communication with you as a buyer. Just buy and get most of the items wrong after 4 hours of delivery.

their service has gone down..half the time items are out of stock. although I paid for the packaging, the stuff was unpacked. When I enquired with the delivery guy, he said, "This is how carrefour is, what to do." carrefour has gone very unprofessional and advertising products and prices which are mostly out of stock

No 60 min delivery anymore and delivery is between 4-6 so it's back to my friendly neighborhood grocery for essentials! So for us it's only good for getting heavy items delivered. Clicking in the seach box on some screens doesn't launch the keyboard! I never get points for the online purchases and they don't know how to fix it! This app goes from bad to worse!
