Hi there I've edit my stars. In the beginning when I starting using this app it was brilliant. I'm now having problems it states I'm not located in the area it cannot find me I'm no longer available to shop. Please could you fix this problem thank you

If you place an order under $15, they charge $4 for small order. If you make a $78.00 order, they keep the fee on there anyway and customer service just straight up doesn't answer.

Waited an hour, tried to cancel the order and it was the most time consuming and stupid thing I had to do. Never ordering again. Waited over 47 minutes for a refund that will arrive in over 3 days!! Useless

You can use it while you have no problems. Getir delivered rotten lemons: and do nothing. A few days ago one restaurant declined order after 1 hour of awaiting. No one contacted me, no apologies. They even don't refund the payment (746.10 TRY) after 4 days. AND they don't answer neither in live chat, no by email. 4 days. So use it till first problem Upd. Almost 2 month pass, no answer from support. I has written email, in app support, here - just silent 🤐🤬

The concept and price (with their discounts) is good and the quality of food is really good. But there's just not enough options, I ran out of recipes I could make after like 2 shops. I'd already bought all their veg and didn't want to use them again. They're missing such basic items like mushrooms. Good if you're in a rush one week, but I'm finding it impossible to be a repeat customer despite really liking the app and wanting to because of the limited produce on offer. Please get more :)

I would not recommended this to any one using your credit or debit card , i been using this because its convinient but the problem once they did not deliver your order you will have a lot of problem the customer service will say they will deliver again and promise you a lot but unfortunately they will not do anything then if you want refund they will say on process but it will never come back to my bank .. 2 times happened to me then it means it will happened again . .. to me and to anyone

Deceptive bait and switch tactics. They pushed a $30 off promo to my phone twice, then I logged in and it was prominently displayed in the banner. Then I added items to my cart, registered for the first time, added a payment source, and of course the promo is nowhere to be found. Customer support suggested I try restarting (which didn't work) or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No thanks I'll just be uninstalling. I'm not going to reinstall and re-add all my items to cart.

Couriers can't use maps and always try to call you. This is ridiculous

Had to reinstall app to get promo codes added, and then they weren't valid. Customer support in the app is slow and timed out very quickly. Customer service via email gave unhelpful/ generic advice.

Allways busy and close very early, very expensive compared to other apps, and if you want a taxi you will naver have one by using this app. One reason why i still have this app because it delivers water separately

So it seems Greed and big headedness as well as joining with co op has lead to getirs downfall and yes I can this lot going bust or taken over by a rival their stock levels are just pathetic and their riders have no sense of direction taking stupid routes when literally "the as the crow flies" analogy would do 🙈. Their offers are scams to make you buy more as there always seems to be a reason for this offer to become invalid. And I agree with many it started good but unfortunately no more

I asked them for a burger, the order arrived but the bread is very dry, I contacted customer service. They told me it couldn't be replaced. 👎🏻

I noticed my basket was over £35 which was weird since I only added a few items so I went and calculated every item separately. I was rounding everything up and even then the amount only came up to £27! Not ordering with getir again.

Fine (if overpriced) when it works. Then when they delivered only half the order, I spent 45 minutes in their maddeningly awful chat system, get cut off twice, and no refund or redelivery. It takes skill to provide customer support this awful. Uninstalling and reporting as a fraudulent transaction. Avoid.

Horrendous waiting times and no customer service. You only communicate with BOTS to settle your issue to which the BOT giving a patronising apology with no solution. First few months the service was brilliant and now its just shambles. Do some exercise and walk to the convenience store instead of using this unresponsive terrible service provider.

I don't know what's been going on with this company, but it seems they just don't have products anymore. What used to be a great selection with good deals and fast service is now an embarrassing collection of scams. You can't even find cheese, bread, or basic veggies on here half the time! Very unreliable which is unfortunate as I've always preferred getir over the other apps. Switching over to the competition now as the availability is way more consistent.
