The app is no easier than the website. I've feel I've been forced to use it by making long-running deals exclusive to the app. I also don't like that it tries to trick you into turning notifications on. I don't need pizza notifications in my life.

broken app, doesn't display correctly in landscape, hard to navigate and select menu. doubly so if you have disability. removing deals from the website and forcing people to install an app on a phone is a moronic idea. After this order I will be deleting this app and never ordering from domino's. again.

very expensive. £25 to feed one person. Used to get better deals but the deals are terrible now and don't save you anything

A great app. Love Domino's pizzas. I recently bought a pizza from a 'shed' in Reigate; it was absolutely appalling, I will never make that mistake again. Long live Domino's 👍😀

not being able to pay cash is annoying. sometimes it's easier to pay cash if you are a party of people who all chip in.

declined Google pay, wouldn't allow to even try PayPal, when went to banking app to authorise card payment on return to app it said 'we lost you'! Took about 15 minutes just to finally pay!

love Domino's. The only thing I would change is the amount of sauce on the dough. It's too much sometimes and would be lovely to reduce it. It'd be beneficial for the company too, as it'd reduce their cost. 😊

Horrendous food again. Never correct. Tonight pizza base soggy and uncooked. Hot wings and barbecue wings purchased and two lots of plain delivered. First two inches near crust no longer gets a topping.

I mean it's not rocket 🚀 science... plus it has the deal calculator or whatever you call it, so it shows you the best offers based on what you're after...

It worked the first time I used it, but now I'm trying to use it a few days later and it refuses to let me order anything. The app just keeps telling me to call the store to order. If I wanted to order food over the phone, I would do that instead of using this app!

My local used to deliver to me but have stopped for some strange reason, I'm 5.2 miles away. Papa John's deliver to me and I'm 9.9 miles from them. Massively overpriced now too! That BS response about being to far out at 5.2 miles away is hilarious, absolute joke of a company!

a bit pushy with offers and ads, before i had even ordered or made an account. but a smooth app, zero issues on ordering and setting up an account.

They seem to have removed the option to choose a delivery time. There is now only "ASAP" on the delivery button. This is quite inconvenient.

Full of "half price" offers that are actually not half price. Similar to a DFS sale. Means that the app is just an annoyance, especially the notifications which are now turned off because of it. Domino's, just advertise your best prices and do it that way. Not the stupid "Our pizzas are normally £25 but if you order on the app you'll get 50% off", £12.50 still isn't cheap!

Deliveries vary on drivers, I've had some before remove the note sticker to get out of customer requests. since then, I've been going direct to store, and I much prefer this as you get additional discounts via the app. I've only had one bad pizza in 5 years. The manager also went out of the way to reimburse me with free pizza and apologised, excellent customer service 🙏

The app is really good. It was easy to navigate around various sections. Usable, intuitive, and informative. It shares in detailed information we seek in regards to alergen and any other enquiries. They even let you swap 2 toppings with other toppings for free! I just enjoyed the experience of ordering from Domino's app.

I always order from here when getting pizza! always hot and fresh, the staff are always helpful. plenty of deals if ordering off the app and normally have deals if ordering direct from website so win win.
