Not usable in family library Total cash grab, regret buying it. I paid for it on my account for my child to enjoy with us but my wife can't get the Premium on her device for our child without either using my Google account or paying for it again. My child enjoys it but he can't play it with my wife or at his grandma's on her device. they're both part of my family library, such a shame I won't be buying anything from this company and recommend everyone stay away from this greedy company's tactics

I have this game on my phone and I have bought a package to unlock all the characters and a few days later all the characters I bought are gone I am confused what happened this is totally unfair!!!! ...I also can't refund my purchase for this game!!!

This game forces the kids to buy the additional Transformers for $2.99 each to continue playing the game. Scamming little kids to buy characters to play addictional levels is terrible. Do not download only to uninstall later.

Pretty sad knowing that children play this game you guys force them to buy robots. Beware if you have a child playing this game make sure they can not make purchases there is no way around it it looks like it's just a regular part of the game. But you have to pay for it.

My kids think it's fun.... But the ad support ruins it. My 2 year old can't play it because the ads pop up every time he pushes something.

Basically a Newgrounds flash game from 2002 that wants you to play way too much for characters(7.99 for ONE character???) just so your kid can keep playing the same boring game types over and over. Little Transformers fans deserve better than this

paid to unlock all and the app says purchase fail but google pay says successful. Restarted the game and the characters are not unlocked and the ads are present. If i select the option to unlock it says i already own this item. Please to help us figure this out..

My son just started playing this game and loves it. The problem is that he can't go any farther in it unless we spend actual money. Completely stupid. The makers of this game are money hungry so unless you plan on spending tons of money don't download it, it's not worth it

I really liked this game. It has a lot of activities for rescuing people at times of danger. But it is a bit boring in some ways because it always has the same robots for same activity.

I don't like how you change money for kids to continue further into your game!!! It is so disappointing that my 4y old could not play on to level 3 without playing for an extra rescue bot? ! I strongly think you should be ashamed of yourself for this

Got for my nephew but it requires you to spend money just to continue playing the game it's not free it requires you to spend $6.99 to get the third character to continue the story but you can't continue with only two (very unsatisfied)

Changed my mind based on support. Great support. Great game. Tons of play time. Only critique is that it resets all progress between some updates leading you to believe you haven't paid

Please don't download. Pay to play after 2 missions. My 7 year old now is upset as it impossible to play any other part of the game without paying a minimum of £7. I think this really truly awful. Game developers without a conscience or a focus on FUN.

Customer team experience was excellent. My 6 year old recently made a lot of purchases in this app without my approval. I had to reach out to the customer service team and I was extremely happy for their quick response and actions. I received full refund!!!

Not really free, got this for my son and he played for about 15 minutes then hit a point that you have to pay $6.99 to continue. Don't bother downloading this unless you plan on paying for additional characters.

My son loves playing it but the game forces you to buy levels after the first few and you can't even go back to replay old levels. Considering he changes his mind about games every few days I am not prepared to pay for games he might delete the next day.

You can only play about a third of the game before you must buy a rescue bot in order to continue. If there were an in-game way to unlock new bots that would make it more enjoyable.

My kids love this game. Gameplay is perfect for their age category (4 and 5), where they don't get frustrated, nor do they get bored of it easily, despite it being fairly repetitive.
