I am a long time player level 1193 I love the game. I haven't had too many issues since the last update but i did have a couple. The thing I have trouble with is with the tournaments and challenges. When I try them/complete them I get nothing. When it's time to collect your winnings you have 1 second to click on the icon then it vanishes. I cannot get my coins and crowns. If this issue was fixed this game would deserve a higher star. Btw, refreshing/reupdating did not fix this issue. I tried.

Updated: I get a word and it gives me the points for the extra word and then I'm looking all over for one of the main words and low and behold it's the other word. Also, some words work on some levels and not on others. Consistency is very bad on this game. I fought the no ads option and got a new phone. All of my progress has been saved but now it wants me to buy that option again. Love this game tho!

I'm now at 1000+ level, And it's getting more challenging. My husband and I have been playing Word Crush for like over a year. We usually play it several times during the day. I like the hint sentense of each level, some of them can be quite creative, sometimes tricky though. Solving a puzzle makes me happy.

Forced ads mean an instant uninstall from me. Banner ads are fine, they don't take away from my experience of the game, and ads that give rewards are fine too. However, when I'm forced to watch an ad after 3 minutes of gameplay, it ruins the entire experience for me. It's a somewhat enjoyable game apart from the ads, but not good enough for me to watch minute long ads every five minutes.

Was pretty easy play yet each level a bit challenging. But by 10th level expect 30 second ads to go to next play option. And of course several opportunities to purchase ad free time. Uninstalling because of this. Sad. I thought great mind exercise no less and fun. Even though ad to play that enticed me to try it did not match actual play. Too many ads. But 3 stars because easy and fun game to play and pass time. But if playing while waiting on an appt for instance even if sound off ads no.

Enjoyed, but too many ads & after a brief period of time you are constantly asked to pay more to access the games you must buy credits to do actions that are needed to complete levels. Becomes too expensive very quickly. Too bad as it was fun if the developers weren't so greedy for money. I'd rather a one time purchase then all the nickel and dime charges throughout the game. Deleted.

This game was a great, relaxing game until the update a couple of days ago. Now it won't load. To play you have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time you want to play. Since this was a game I liked to play a few minutes at a time, it has become unusable for me. Thank you for fixing the problem! I took one star off because of the occasional use of non= American words or perhaps total misspellings. Their are also a few words that the game doesn't recognize, one example, dun (a color).

I'm 66 and have began to occasionally forget simple everyday words and this is a perfect beginners exercise tool for this particular problem. Plus it's fun and it's great for helping to keep my mind devoted to one subject at a time. I've had a really difficult time with 'running thoughts'for many years. Wish I'd known how helpful these little games were a long time ago. I suggest this for people of all ages who have either one of these.Also good for the spelling challenged !

I loved playing Word Crush, it was challenging and kept me thinking. After I reached 600 points, I notice the puzzles started repeating. Then when I got over 1000 points on a puzzle, the next puzzle I started playing showed 565 pojnts... where did my points go? So, I uninstalled the game and followed up with this rating. It was irritating and not worth playing if the scores were not accurate.

I would really enjoy this game if it weren't for the "shuffle" feature. For the first few levels, you get to shuffle for free, although you don't really need to. After that, you are held hostage to either buy an upgrade or be forced to watch one or two full-length ads (sometimes the same one twice) in order to get enough credit to "buy" coins for one shuffle. The games are set up that you get stuck with no alternative but to suck it up and shuffle the tiles in order to have a chance at winning. I realize ads are necessary for a free app, but there are just way too many of them. The backgrounds/themes are nice, but not enough to justify me keeping this app any longer.

I have been playing during the current competition round. While playing last night, the game kept crashing, allowing other players to move way ahead. Tonight, I had worked my way back up to second place when my game glitched again. When I looked at the score another player had suddenly gained more than 600 points, in less than a minute, and took second place! This is REALLY frustrating! In addition, many words aren't allowed, even though they are definitely English words.

Relaxing - perfect for someone who enjoys the challenges of wordplay but doesn't want to be overly taxed. Beautiful graphics and scenery, fun colors, relaxing music and sounds. I love playing this before bed when i'm struggling to shut my mind down. Bonus words is a great feature if you're wanting more of a challenge.

It is addicting. Makes you think. Good for seniors, keeps your mind active. We love exchanging devices with each other to figure out words. Still enjoy challenge after a year of words. No matter what other game I play, I always come back to Word Crush. Still a favorite. Recently recommended it to friends. Continues to be my favorite during quarantine. Thank you for the challenge and lots of fun tournaments. Still the game I come back to.

Fun. The levels increase in difficulty. When I got a new phone and transferred the game over, my levels started back at level one instead of 700+. At least I know what to expect. There is some bias towards what I think of as British English wording, slang, and terms. Also, in the higher levels, there are some unexpected abbreviations of words that I, at least, am not accustomed to hearing abbreviated. It makes it more challenging to recognize the letters as forming the correct word.

This could be a really great game! It could use some focus group testing though, if there is such a thing anymore. The pictures are usually hard to see in detail, especially on small screens. The ads are frequent but not unbearable. Load up more points since hints cost so much. I'll keep it a little longer, but it's tiring, not "addicting."

I used to love this game but every since the latest changes, the game doesn't play fair. I don't mind losing but not when it's due to you constantly being dealt all vowels. I used to always complete the solo challenge but nowadays I barely can get through them without either draining my coins or this new system of waiting for new tickets. I used to have surplus of coins in the hundreds and I can barely keep above 10 anymore. This game wants you to purchase coins in order to be competitive.

Love the game, but like many reviews it has frozen, wont reload and no available update. Please get this fixed. I'm at level 1680 !!!! I don't want to delete and start over. Great game to pass the time or relax before bed. Adds are tolerable. Fun ways to get bonus coins and other options to get you past a stuck spot.

I really enjoy this game. The only problem I have with it is the fact that I reached a fairly high level of puzzles solved but then the game basically froze on me and would not let me go any further. I therefore deleted it thinking that. Like other games I've had, Upon reinstalling the game, I could continue from where I left off ! Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have had to basically start literally from puzzle 1 all over again !!!! Other then this, I have enjoyed myself.
