Welcome to Words of Wonders! In this fantastic crossword game, you will improve your vocabulary and spelling skills at the same time you travel around the world discovering the hidden secrets of the 7 wonders and also incredible cities.

In WOW you will start with few letters as an unique clue, you will have to test your brain to write and create new words from scratch and connect all of them to get the final crossword solution. Will you master this vocabulary game? Sometimes you will have the solution clear in your head, but sometimes you will have to guess the solution as there won't be more words to connect. I feel completely ripped off even though the game was free. The ad that made me install it showed a completely different type of gameplay where columns of tiled letters had to be clicked on to create words and clear the columns. Actual gameplay is not anything like that - it's basically just a copy of Wordscapes and I'm already at level 1000 on that game. I was looking for something different - very disappointed. EDIT: The game itself is very cool and I do recommend. Just not as advertised.

Game is fine. Watching a video to spin the wheel, complete waste of time and a bit frustrating. It mostly lands on the lightning bolt or the pay to spin. On the rare occasion that it doesn't, it lands on the lowest gem possible. I'm on level 1165 so I've done it a few times. Either make it worth my time or remove it.

Kind of addictive. I like that it challenges my mind. Many are easy, but some really make me think. My only complaints are that it doesn't count all words that would be correct and aren't in the puzzle, and when I claim the prize for the words I found that aren't in the puzzle, it doesn't always give me the points- they just disappear and it starts over. Otherwise, it's fun.

This game is unexpectedly relaxing due to the soft sounds it plays every time I get a word right. After you solve a few puzzles, it shows you a picture and teaches you something about it, like Egypt. This game is interesting to me. After playing longer, I will say that it asked me to post a review and THEN it started playing all of the ads (for other games) -- too many ads that take a long time to sit through, which ruins the relaxing nature of the game. I'm not sure I want to pay for no ads yet

Love the game but the ads are very frequent making it unplayable, if you want to play you need to pay or else you spend more time watching ads than playing. Shame Update: Now EVERY level you play you have to watch an ad and if that wasn't enough, ads also appear at the bottom of your screen while you play, making it hard to concentrate!! Unbelievable!! There's a shop, if I want to spend money, I will but this "tactic" is unacceptable. Many games use ads, it makes sense but not like this. Enough

I hate how everytime you open the app the stupid wheel spin pops up. There should just be a notification so you can choose to open it. Also, I have been playing this game for a while and I am seeing repeat of most words...and there should be more competitions.

Love the concept of the game despite it being advertised differently HOWEVER as of recently the ads have been ramped up to the point its every single level there is an advert and its not just 1 sec and click out it's at least 30 secs to try get out of the ad to continue playing and it's not even for a reward! I trialled the no ads option, and it's not worth it because you still need to watch ads to spin the wheel etc,honestly considering uninstalling and using another app.

Misrepresented in ad. I was playing another game when this popped up. It showed a word and you were then supposed to see how many different words you can make from it. It is actually a small crossword grid and you must fill in the blanks with letters given. It's VERY simplified. A child could do it. There are many other words that could be made but you are limited to THEIR answers on the grid. Yes, they do collect the extra words you find, but it's not the same at all. I am uninstalling it.

The most frustrating thing about this app is that the 'wheel of fortune' feature is set up so you will NEVER get the jackpot unless you agree to watch ads. This is a scam. I have never once agreed to watch ads to get a bonus spin, and so despite spinning this thing about 50 times by now, it hasn't once landed on the jackpot, and there are only about 8 possibilities. The rest of the game is 'ok'. After a while you're pretty much putting in the same set of ~100 words.

The core gameplay is merely ok, not great, not terrible. I'm 100 levels in and the levels are still mind-numbingly easy, with an enormous amount of repeating the same common sets of letters. What really brings this game down though is the ads, you'll spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. It wouldn't be so bad if the ads were short or easily skippable, but it seems like they've curated the most obnoxious so of ads they could find.

it's nothing like the ad that induced me to install and then there are toonmany ads that are too long to make it any fun at all. it's not fun enough to spend more than a fiver to eliminate the ads.

Great game for someone with an average vocabulary and lots of time to waste on ads. Unless you play very slowly, you will spend far more time watching ads than playing, or you will spend $5.99 to go ad free. I went through 100's of "hard" levels thinking it might actually get difficult, but it never did. I'm deleting it.

Ads every 1-2 levels. Not very fun. EDIT: decreased from 3 stars to 1 star following their reply suggesting that I just pay them money to remove ads. I get it, it's a free game. But the number of ads is too high. Stop being greedy and make decent product.

At first the ads were really unobtrusive. Now it can be 5 or more clicks to get back to gameplay. I understand that ads pay for the app, but making me click 6 times to get rid of royal match is not going to make me more likely to download it.

The ads have been complained about in other reviews. They can be annoying, but they're not any more frequent than in other games. And they can be interrupted with the >> and x symbols to shorten the interruption. Fun game.

good game but terribly filled with ads. had to uninstall. not a single game goes without one or two ads taking their time in game interval. it successfully killed the appeal of the game. uninstallation was a huge relief

The game itself is good. Nice backgrounds and exercises the brain! Cute little game. I understand that ads are a necessary component to offer the game for free. I expect to see ads on a free game, so typically they don't bother me, but I don't know if its just too many, or the fact that some ads have 2 or 3 different ad screens to click out of before you can get back to the game or perhaps its because its the same few ads. I'm starting to feel like I'm playing the ads and watching the game.

The game itself is great, a nice challenge. Some ads are bearable however, despite my volume being at zero some ads have deafeningly loud music which has let to my having to leave rooms and a lot of environment. If it doesn't stop I will delete the app.
