Great word game to help keep the brain active! It is fun and you can play as much or as little as you want! New post! The game has so much going on within it that I can hardly play more than 2-3 games at a time because it freezes or my screen goes black when an ad should be playing, & I have to close the app. The butterflies, the animals, the eggs, the weekend contest, etc...waaay too much activity. Go back to a simple word game, please!

Good game, but.... WAY too many ads! I've been playing for a year or more now, and I'm thinking about llmoving on to other things. I get an ad after every level and when my phone goes to sleep with the app open or I minimize the app and then come back to it. Worse, the puzzles have started repeating themselves. I'm not opposed to them showing ads every so often, but I feel it's too often and with the repeats, I've stopped playing it so much.

I had to lower my rating due to issues following the recent update. The game freezes over and over again. I rarely get through a game before it freezes and has to be closed and restarted. This was never a problem before the August 2023 update. Also, I don't like all of the extra side games. They are annoying. Either fix these issues or tell me how to undo the update. Thank you.

Way to many ads. It takes more time to watch an ad than it does to complete a level. I complete most levels in a few seconds and then have to wait thru a frustrating ad that lasts 30 long seconds and then you have to hit t he x over and over to go back to the game. Game also freezes constantly. Sometimes after each level. Used to be a great game. Not Anymore. Especially when there are so many other games out there.

I originally installed this game because I love words and they have beautiful nature scenes. But they keep changing the beautiful photos for childish animal cartoons and adding "win level cartoons" which I have no interest in. And they've minimized the photos so they're only behind the activity, flash for a second, and are darkened. I still like the word puzzles themselves, but there's little emphasis on those. I'm looking for something better.

I use android, this game has almost become useless. It switches to adverts so often that it actually goes to blank screens where you must close the game to reopen which means you loose any points or items you have gained. Useless. I have been playing for a long time, over 6000 levels and I must say this is the worst.

It was a good app for a while, but now it is just an endless loop of intrusive ads alternated with white or black screen and app crashes. Every other comment mentions these issues, and the developers only have their standard messages as response. Unfortunately, when the users have to spend more time dealing with those issues instead of solving the puzzles, it is definitely time to delete the app and look for a new one, as they are abundant.

Two years ago the ad free was $3 now it is $10. The amount of ads has also tripled: before,duringand after each puzzle! Plus you lose all progress and coins if you switch devices despite using Facebook to create account as recommended. And watch out for occasional pornographic ads and many of the ads are scams. I had to learn the hard way. I asked for ad free after all this and was told to keep reporting each add which I've done dozens of times. Use reputable advertising, please.

Updated: ads no longer interrupt game play but every time you finish a level, ads play. Most often it's a long ad for Royal Match. And you can't close the ad. I get sick of it and close the game. It used to be that ads were between levels of play and were not too frequent. Now ads pop up during the level and interrupt game play and come nearly every level. Very aggravating!!! It feels like they're cramming ads down our throats now! Talk about greedy that play suffers to force an ad!

I've played this game for a long time now. And I was loving it do the daily challenges and the other challenges that come up. However in the past week it has been horrible. I've had to force stop the game at least once a day sometimes twice just to get through one puzzle. Would love for it to go back to working smoothly before I just uninstall

Boring now...very boring. At higher levels it's not fun. I don't have phone issues like others, but the puzzles repeat themselves. The dictionary and acceptable words needs a major upgrade. Most infuriating are the side puzzles. You will never, ever win the last item to win a portrait...you will sit at 97% no matter how long you play. The only money I put in was to eliminate ads. Guess you have to pay to win the extra puzzles. Lot of cheaters in the weekend tournaments.

This is aggravating! At the beginning it was fine ads every few levels but the higher the level it's playing ads EVERY SINGLE TIME after you complete a level or if I swipe down on my screen to check notifications it either tries to play a ad OR turns the screen white and have to close the app and re-open it. It's so annoying and frustrating to the point I want to uninstall the game!

I do like wordscapes, but I don't like being told I must update NOW. I should have the option to hold off for 3 hours to do the update. You have OBVIOUSLY done other updates. For example, you now interrupt with ads every single round. Even in the middle of entering a word! Or if I sneeze you make me suffer through ANOTHER ad before returning to the game. This is WAY more ads than a year ago. The best way to improve the game would be to reduce ad frequency.

The game is almost unplayable, but definitely has lost it's appeal. After completing a level, the app is supposed to display a video or still ad before allowing either menu or next level access. Instead, it regularly freezes in black screen or crashes. It also goes offline at the worse times. These interruptions often rob you of the lvl completion rewards and more. Support has been little help.

It was fun for a while, but its so glitchy now and constantly freezing, I can't even play the game. The ads freeze almost every time, even the ones that are supposed to be free gifts. Either the screen goes black or it freezes so you can't go back to the game. I've tried closing all apps and restarting my phone, but it doesn't help. It's the worst game app I've used. Seems like a lot of people are having the same issues.

I really like this game and have recommended it to many people. However, they've added in exclusive wildlife for real money, which I think takes away heavily from in game incentives. It's fine to make things easier/faster to get with money, but to make a game item exclusive to purchase is pretty underhanded and demotivating, especially when there are so many other in game purchase options to profit from in addition to ad revenue. On top of all that, pricing it at $10 is gouging.

I love this game, but I am going to stop playing it if the issues with the ads don't get fixed. It is so frustrating to have to close the app down and reload it because it freezes on an ad; sometimes it will happen after every level! Please fix this issue, it makes for a terrible experience playing a game I used to really enjoy.

I need help. This game keeps crashing for some reason. It'll load the game just fine but the second it gets to the main menu the screen goes blank for a few minutes before completely kicking me out. I've tried resetting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself, and even tried clearing some space for my storage, but nothing works! I see some others are having to same problem, so it's not just me. Please help.
