I finally learned my lesson after 4 years of playing and quit the game. There is no way to grow past a small level without spending A LOT of money. It's very glitchy so you have to restart your phone often. Customer service sends back the same form email instructions regardless of glitch and is slow to compensate you for your losses, if at all. It used to be very entertaining but many people have quit due to these frustrations, so start at your own risk.

If your looking for yet another MMO game you've found it. The only differences are the allegiance set up, map, and of course dragons... not that you can use them until level 31 or that they are easy to get. It has a good story line and is a great way to make some friends who are fans of GOT... HOWEVER, this game is laggy that half the time there is nothing on the map, and when its not doing that I am getting kicked off - especially when trying to upgrade my resources for my equipment. So...ya...

This game has a great concept, but is overly pay-to-win and glitches like crazy. It's been almost unplayable since the last update and tech support has ignored my complaints. I really enjoy the strategy aspect and the crazy politics of the game, however, it's a major cash grab and you'll never be able to compete without spending quite a bit of money. Fun at times...frustrating at others.

The game is to slow. In order to get anything done it costs, once you make a purchase the costs to build or anything else increase. So the purchase is really just a rouse to get you to purchase more which in turn increases the costs of anything you want to build or develop. It's just to costly to be fun. When you're not playing the game you are subject to being attacked and losing everything therefore having to basically start over, rebuilding everything. Of course costing you more. Not worth it

It started out as a really fun strategy game, but after the last update, my game went buggy. My Combat Map won't load. Without it, I am unable to advance and participate with others. I can't battle creatures to gain items I need, participate in rallies or events, and this also makes me susceptable to attacks. I've tried all suggested workarounds with no success. I've submitted multiple tickets to WBgames, with yet no resolve. There's no point in keeping the game. Dissatisfied & Uninstalling!

I wish I could give this game more stars because I am a huge GoT fan. Unfortunately this game has so many bugs that for me it's pretty much unplayable at this point. It takes forever to load and then when it finally does it lags, freezes and forces me to close out. Even when I close the game the music keeps playing. The heroes tree can't even be accessed or my game crashes. And often I'll collect the daily gift, have to restart and come back to it gone. Please fix the game so I can enjoy it 🥺

I like the overall feel and idea of the game. The only thing I would like to see change is the combat. It doesn't have to be anything super cinematic or crazy looking, but at least a little simulated cutscene of it or something, rather than just showing up to your target and getting a pop up that says you've either won or lost. O ther than that, I am enjoying the game so far.

Not money well spent! No one's getting help with all the server, log in and wifi issues and it's taking between 4 and 8 times to log on. Have had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times now. I've been attacked and had to use tons of rss boxes to try to get up and running again because I couldn't get on for nearly 24 hours to shield. Everyone is having the exact same problems and no one is getting answers except obvious things like "check your wifi."

Sort of a cookie-cutter base builder, but it looks better than most and updates could eventually help it stand out. For some reason it's portrait mode only and the UI can get miserably slow, with lag and pop-in issues even over a solid connection. Huge disappointment that you have to pay (repeatedly) to opt out of PvP though.

This game has great potential to be the best. However, the game developers don't care to fix or stabilize this game. Every day there's new bugs on top of the old ones. You can't play for more than a few minutes without crashing. Buying in game items seems to always work but actually recieving those items is hit or miss. Don't bother downloading this unless you enjoy constant frustration and empty promises to improve game stability.

If you like the Game of Thrones theme song you'll love this game, takes the whole opening song to load the game. Plus it crashes often before fully loading so you get to hear it again. Game should be called Game of Timers, all you do is push buttons to start timers. At the beginning things are low cost but soon it pushes upgrades to a point you have no choice but to purchase items to advance. Lots of bugs that require a restart. Recommend to stay away from this game.

too many updates and upgrades and why does the time change when I go on a march. It adds more seconds to the march when I hit the march button. Sometimes the time doubles or triples. It depends on what the time starts out to be. Now for over a year or so I have to open the game 2 or 3 times before I can play the game and it freezes up on me all the time. This sucks

So, this was an awesome game. Incredibly addictive, and you will spend a ton. BUT. They have a fatal shield glitch that causes people to lose everything when it fails early and with no warning and allows enemies to attack. They will not restore or adequately compensate for this, so I strongly reccomend not taking the risk. It is so not worth the time and money you will invest. I also love how they never bothered to contact or comment on this. Did I get buried so no one would ever see?

Game crashes and kicks me out at least once every 30 minutes. Takes 3 minutes to log back on. Glitches and lags constantly. Thanks for the reach out to the support center response but that does nothing. All they ever say is sorry for the problem try uninstalling and reinstalling. ive done that dozens of times. Game glitches are more common and last longer than the game is able to be played.

It's so slow and boring, for the first hour all the game had me do is build building and then upgrade them. When I finally went outside the city it was even slower and more boring. Also at the beginning you are "given" a dragon egg for helping out but you don't actually get a dragon egg its just a timed offer to buy a pack that has one. You can find a better game by closing your eyes and tapping at random.

This game was fun for a while but there were so many bugs, I couldn't handle it anymore. The game constantly had trouble loading and would freeze on the loading page or right after it. This was especially frustrating when I would get attacked but be unable to defend myself because the game froze. I uninstalled less than a month after downloading it.

11/27 - Nothing changed in last 2 years. Game is still very bad. I thought to come back and play it again. Still same issues. Even i can not buy packs. It keep shows loading message. Very bad game and so is technical support. Bad game upgrades and support. Game is pretty unstable. Each fix or upgrade brings more defects. Players invested so much in game but still no quality game experience. Not worth to invest money and time both.

Too many glitches, not getting reports, notices, messages and freezing between keep and map causing the game to close. unable to load shields, freezing up during raids, continually. It was a great game once, i hope you fix the issues because im frustrated with the game and not sure how much longer i will play and im done spending my money. Fix the issues already!!!!!!!!
