Description of Last Fortress: Underground

Castle, the largest community of survivors, has fallen.

Once a beacon of hope in the post-apocalypse, it now shares the same fate as the rest. Amidst the chaos, a small group of survivors managed to escape into the barren wilderness.

You are the Commander of these survivors. While escaping the zombie horde that utterly destroyed your last sanctuary, you come across a strange building jutting out from the ground. Low on supplies and left with little options, you decide to take refuge in this building. So begins your campaign of survival in this zombie-infested world.

【BUILD & CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHELTER】
Expand your shelter with numerous facilities such as the Satellite Nexus, Power Generators, the Mission Control, etc. Design the shelter’s layout whichever way you like!

【HEROES AND SURVIVORS】
Every hero and survivor possesses special life skills that helped them survive in the apocalypse. From chefs, doctors, and engineers to scientists, miners, and soldiers, it’s up to you to effectively utilize their skills!

【TEAM COMPOSITION AND SYNERGY】
Assemble a diverse team of heroes, each with their unique personalities and abilities. Formulate your favorite team combination to help you conquer even the most daunting of situations.

【VENTURE INTO THE WILD】
Journey outside the shelter and scavenge for valuable resources in the wastelands.
Set up camps to act as forward operating bases and resource points. But be on guard! Zombies could attack at any moment!

【ESTABLISH ALLIANCES WITH FRIENDS】
Fighting alone is hard, so why not fight alongside friends? Join or create an Alliance and exterminate those pesky zombies with allies! Assist allies by accelerating each other’s constructions and tech researches.

Game is fun overall for the most part; it's a good time waster. However, compared to similar style games it's ridiculously expensive. The gameplay also slows way down without making purchases for extra heroes (ranging between about 5-20$ depending on the hero). I also find myself having to restart every so often due to the lagging that occurs occasionally. In short, would have given this game a 3 but the fact that gameplay differs so wildly between players all based on a paywall makes it a two

Greatly enjoy the game over all. Biggest problem(s) is the prices and the time it can take to level up, from a few minutes to several days. Great way for the game developer to make money knowing most players will purchase items needed to level up faster, not wanting to wait. Other than that the game is enjoyable. One could easily become addicted to the game.

Buggy and unbalanced. pvp is drastically unbalanced. No matter your level much higher levels can and will attack you...not once...but til your base is destroyed. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the game on several occasions to try and get it to work again. The last 2 updates made the explor part impossible, which is where most of your ex should be coming from. Just seems like they're focusing on the wrong things.

Just downloaded it. All it is so far is a zombie movie that only advances if I keep clicking the screen. Occasionally it tells me to click something to release a zombie so the characters can kill it. Just play through this annoyance without telling me to click. So where is the actual game and when can I adjust the settings to turn the sound off. Letting us get to the settings should be the first thing. Got past the opening bore fest. It gets worse. Not fun or imaginative at all.

Leaving 3 stars because it's a love/hate game. The game is incredibly unfair! There is no honor or respect among players and it infuriates me. It is definitely a pay to win game once you've leveled up enough. And even after paying quite a bit, there is always a super high level base that defeats you with no problem....taking away all possibility of leveling up. But in the other hand, it is somehow still addictive. So to the person reading this, I say don't do it..save money and frustration.

Complicated mechanics but it's fun. I'm like level 8ish and still trying to figure some things out. Progress is intentionally slow so you will get impatient and spend money. I'm honestly surprised at how decent the game is. I love the edit feature on the vault where you can put everything away with one tap and then design the rooms where you want. I don't really get into the fighting part but it's something to do while you're waiting on construction or research to complete.

The game takes a while to get to in the beginning, but it's worth the wait. Not what the ads make it out to be, which no game is, for the most part. Unless you use real money, on some things, it's impossible to near impossible to level up for months. They give temporary help on some things like little E.T, a cook for the diner, a construction worker, etc. but instead of using your in-game money, you have to spend real money to get them and keep them permanently. But overall great game. 👍🏽

The game is really fun and keeps you hooked the only thing I wish that could change is the prices. I don't mind paying but some things are over priced. For example N.a.t.e is $10 for just one and to buy another one it cost just the same. The bar is overpriced especially since it helps give you memento coins and that's something mostly needed. Trust me I like a game with the extra work and makes me work for it but the prices could be a little bit more reasonable.

It's a good base building game in the apocalypse that is great for spending the time on, but I've run into trouble with recruiting my very first combatant. I've pressed the button several times, closed and reopened the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, but am still having trouble with recruiting. I can't get any further in building new minds without those recruits. :(

It's ok, the beginning put me to sleep, but when I woke up, it wasn't too bad. At the beginning the lady said if you get scratched by the zombies, you turn. My guy got bit and scratched when unlocking the control center, no changing, and I still have him; so there's a major hole there. It's super annoying to scroll around, they need to move the camera back a lot more. It's annoying enough to where I don't wanna play more.

It's pretty decent. There's an annoying bug that if you relocate while enemies are on the way, you lose everything though. If I teleport my fortress before they start their attack, I shouldn't lose anything. it seems really silly. Another thing is this game have VERY expensive pay-to-win mechanics like asking $50-$100 for a single pack or season pass. Very ridiculous.

After about a year of checking the game out and playing I can say it's just another game where you and your alliance attack others or are under attack. The daily challenges are repetitive, so easily planned for. Unfortunately they have made it very hard to upgrade your characters past certain levels without paying, which creates the very clear pay to play/win dynamic. It's just blah, like all the others in this genre.

Game is different from the ads. Some of the mechanics are the same, but much of the gameplay doesn't line up Edit: the core mechanics are all the same as shown in the ads; the difference between the ads and gameplay is (so far) digging the water (to move it) and the start scenario. Otherwise, it seems like a decent game but it is very similar to all the other base-building (with combat) games where if you don't pay, you get destroyed by other players. There really should be a tutorial or something that explains the game better as it's pretty complex. Love the game but keep having to restart to figure out how best to play, which is a huge pain. Also, game should pause when not playing. Some of us work for a living and can't play nonstop or login every couple hours. Everytime I go to work it seems I come back to ppl leaving for one reason or another. Easier to understand and pause feature, easily 5 stars.

Game is extremely fun. But there's a lot of misleading ads about buying things to help make your gameplay easier, that's not the case, they do not function as advertised and they cost a lot. An example is NATE, spending 10$ to automate your game would be nice, but it doesn't function well because it keeps prioritizing unnecessary things. There's a lot of issues with game balance, and the "Technology tree" have mixups, dev team hasn't bothered to even look at the "power up" tree, atk & welfare.

I've been playing for about 4 days solid and overall it's a great game. It offers idle play and more than enough tasks and upgrades to keep you busy. The grammar is definitely off at times and there are a few minor bugs. Recently, it seems that one of the resources (fertilizer) is now unavailable from one of the latest updates causing gameplay to feel like one step forward and two steps back. It's worth the download as long as you have other games to keep you busy during the long upgrade times.

4 of 5 stars because of the grammar. The asthetics are awesome and fun, but the grammar is so bad, you can tell what parts the translators were in such a rush on, that they just gave up completely and added in extra words or sentences that do not make sense, or are wrong. Like one example, they said "turn off power" when it should have been "turn on power". Just little things, still worth a try!

It's way better than I expected given the abundance of advertising it has. However, there are still a few bugs and crashes that could be tweeked. Like If you try to skip on a 10 summon it closes. And it'd be better with a slight improvement on customizing your base, a simple relocate room to clean up your fortress would be nice. Some aesthetic appeal.
