I lost my game. I updated my game yesterday and it just went back to level 1, I don't understand why??? **Edit Social Quantum I would like to know if I'm going to get any help or support from you guys or should I just give up and uninstall? **Edit: Thank you Social Quantum! The game is interesting. However, it's done in a pretty pay-to-win way. Some quest series seem fairly easy to finish in the allotted time (e.g., the railroad and military quests). However, some (e.g., the ring road) assume you've done other non-quest tasks earlier, and doesn't give resources or Megabucks fast enough to complete those timed quest tasks, making it even harder to progress when they expire if you don't pay real money.

Last update has made the game unplayable. Do not download the game, as since the last update, it is a waste of time and energy. If this is not fixed within 7 days, I'm going to uninstall. There is nowhere to contact the developer directly via chat or text only by using their preset FAQs which are absolutely useless if you are having issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!

The most recent update caused a bug. I can not use materials towards buildings. Every time I try to click on the materials to use to build buildings, it exits out of tab and refuses to be applied to the building that I desire. For example when I want to apply a sleeper to a railroad to build the railroad it just kicks me out of material menu. I hope I explained that clearly and this gets fixed ASAP.b

The latest updates to Megapolis have made the game intolerable to play. Besides the limitations on expansion gifts, which you still receive, it takes days or hundreds of materials for some items to be built. My husband and I started playing to have something to compete with each other but now it's very cumbersome so we have decided to stop playing and uninstall the game and find something to play together. May be a good game for a bit but when you have as much built out as we do you just can't

What's the deal with the game? Ever since yesterday's maintenance, it's been acting all wonky. I mean, seriously, when you try to switch districts, it's like waiting for eternity just to see the buildings pop up. And it's not just a one-time thing, it's happening every single time! Come on, guys, we need you to fix this annoying bug ASAP. We put so much effort and time into this game, it's only fair that you make it enjoyable for us.

I like it and it's simple and easy to understand. But....like any other game, using real money is incetivized. It'll take you FOREVER to build anything because the materials you'll receive is random or just calibrated very poorly and carelessly. I know their system is fairly new but come on...clean it up. Also, hella slow. Nothing loads. But yeah, everything just takes long and inconvenient, to the point you just...forget about the game. I don't care about your automated robot replies. 😑

One of the worst game I have played. I have stopped played couple of months ago due to personal reasons. Now when I logged in to the game by using my play games mailid which I have used previously, now all my previous achievements and spends in the game are gone. I have to play the game from scratch. When I tried to contact the customer support through chat option which is provided in the game to recover my game play even after 30 mins no one is responded back.

Fun, but buggy. If I close the game and then try to reopen it says "can't connect to server" and won't reopen until I go into my phone settings and force quit and try again. This is on my Pixel 6a. I already tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.

I used to love this game, played it every day, finished everything, one day I got a new phone, installed the game back went to sleep, next day boom Al my progress GONE. Everything reduced to atoms, tried getting my progress back and failed tried and tried nope.. All gone could be 1 star but it's fun so 2 stars and I don't think I will get this game again to retrieve my progress back. Review of the game: fun, moderate difficulty, easy to play, family friendly, cool buildings and such.

If you look as designed style as design of buildings and other infrastructure development is best of the all games. But the construction of the task is very difficult as other infrastructure development very short time of project and equipment is not available so i am not suddenly like this this may very long time to be constructed. camera is not close or broadcast and free square move so i requested to producers can you update your app and take changes game environment.

It was bad idea do add new way of expending territory. To collect special items to expand territory takes a lot of actions and time. Terrible idea... After update game has glitches... Pictures not loading fast... you need to wait when it loading after navigation and when you came back to the area pictures are gone and you again need to wait for loading... Looks like new design wasn't tested enough before publishing....

My main gripe is that when I rearrange my city layout it doesn't save my changes completely. The complete overhauls to the game are both great and frustrating. Lots of new challenges and updated content. Very much a long term investment game. Really like that the team responded to my previous review keep reading if interested. After the last update, the app doesn't load. I can't even get the game loading page. I was enjoying the game though, and would adjust rating if it was able to be played.

It's all about the graphics... I personally would like to see better graphics!.. Also a way to build an infrastructure similar to cities skyline where you can build overpasses, one way roads, walkways ect... With the amount of options for specialized buildings, parks and landscapes as simcity build it. That would be the best city building game ever!

It can be really fun but the problem is you have to constantly be upgrading and upgrading in your task list once you get to certain point all it is is upgrading which takes forever, even if you spend money for bucks. If you would put tasks in there that let you build things quick too it would make it a hell of a lot more fun. It used to be more like that. Now you've gone and added tons more that takes forever to build, so all youre doing is waiting on supplies and making things in your factories

The more updates you guys do to this game, the less realistic it becomes. It's more animated and cartoonish than realistic. Over the past several years, you guys have updated the appearance of the buildings and made them less real. Many of them don't even match the real world buildings they're supposed to be resembling. I suggested years ago that you're buildings should face each other and roads should go in different directions to make it more realistic, but this is all you guys can do. Done.

I've been playing this game for almost 10 years. I'd like to see you guys do some throwback tasks on buildings from years ago. Just add them as a side task. Also, a search feature would be great. Example, I have a building that still needs to be completed like the Megapolis Greening facility. It would be nice to search it and it take you straight to it.

The game is the funnest out of many similar games with the same style mechanics. I recommend making border expansion either easier, or done away with. I quickly ran out of space to grow and couldn't seem to find the documents needed to buy an expansion. Also, the amount gained only allows for a few new items, then you gotta get more docs. The game is very good overall. My only issue was what I mentioned above, and build/project times (a bit too realistic as far as how long it takes.).
