I have not been able to complain in game about issues, today I wanted to buy the fast growth package but something is wrong, screen shows up but will not let me select to buy package... It is time limited and only shows up when I get to level... Main complaint is that I cannot let them know about issues, guess I need to put complaints out for others to see

From the second you download and open the app, you're inundated with ads to purchase something. a box pops up as soon as you can open the game, every single time, asking you to to make a purchase for about $5. There are multiple notifications within the game that make you think it's the next step in the game. Nope - just another attempt to get you to make a purchase. It's obnoxious and the worst of any game I've ever played. I will be deleting app. Feels like a pushy salesman.

App is not sending storage access prompt to device to change avatar. This game isn't what you think it will be from the ads, but it's so much better once you get started. I'd like to request a toggle in the market to choose if you want it visible to your alliance only or to the world.

This game was actually pretty fun until all my levels ony characters disappeared. Still waiting for a response from the devs.. no easy way to get a hold of them in the game so I emailed dbut sill no reply after several days. Thanks... I'll spend my money elsewhere Update- this response has nothing to do with the problem. I have a lvl 50 town center. The bridge building has been over for a long time for me and I don't care about that .

So far I have had a fun experience with this game! I've had the game for only a few days and am a little confused when it comes to attacking the aliens that pop up on the map, because the characters I have are not considered fighting characters. However, I think as the game progresses I will have a better understanding. It's helpful that there are moments throughout the game explain not only the story but also the tips and tricks too!

Better suited for children, not particularly fun or challenging, and different from the ads I saw. Tutorial holds your hand way too much and doesn't allow you to click around in the game to see what other features the game may have after completing the tutorial stages.

Paid $4.99 for a piggy bank energy pack that i had maxed out that was supposed to give me 1000 energy and only got 300 energy. Also won't let me upload a custom avatar but keeps telling me i need to do i can get the reward for doing so. And the customer help button IN the game doesn't even work. Which is why I'm writing this here so hopefully the developers will see it and fix the issues.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I should've read the reviews instead of trusting the store rating. When I opened it (after forgetting it for a while) I was confused as to why there was a story and the art style. I was so frustrated I got through the first three levels and decided to quit. It's too cartoony and simple, it ticks me off.

Really cute game. A bit of a click & watch tutorial, but the animations are adorable. The translation is definitely off tho, but that doesn't take away from the gameplay, so no worries.

It's okay, but can be extremely costly, or take a very long time to build your base and troops enough to compete. This game has very little to do with building bridges as it shows in the ads. The best part about it is meeting people from all over the world and building a team together.

Ah, it is something to do, there is no AD's constantly bugging you at every move. If it stays that way, I will buy some of the packages to upgrade the challenge of game play. I like it, kinda reminds me of Sim City on PC from 20 years ago, with a hint of RPG intermissions, to allow your side to expand.. simple enough, you don't need to be smart to play it, clearly, I am a dumb guy, and I find it easy enough to figure it out, with little gaming experience. Plus, free to play or at least try it.

I like the game a lot, it's my most favourite right now. The thoughts behind the game is really great. However some spoils the experience - 1. It lags sometimes 2. The name of the game is not matching at all. I would request to put a standard name because building bridge is for initial few days, the game is much more than that. The name is so common that if I try to install in any new device, I always get confused that if this one is that game or not. 3. Too much guidance in the beginning

Got the game and at first fun. Got a few chapters in then quest that needed to complete was done and it did not read completion. Did quest again with same hero and still nothing. Have tried messaging in game customer service and not even a "hi how can I help". DO NOT GET IT.

The only app permissions for the game are camera and notifications, it tells me when trying to upload an avatar to give permissions, I HAVE NONE BLOCKED and still won't do anything. I take a picture to add with the camera and it restarts the game every time. What's the deal with not being able to upload avatars? Some people have them but not with my phone. What gives? There is no give game access to media permission at all. This sucks.
PRC Services
They fraudulently take your money. They did a game upgrade and reset all the upgrades to zero. Nothing in the prerequisite of rules says tbey change seasons. Don't engage. They don't warn. You pay for like a 49.99 upgrade your hero and don't warn you and they reset you.. you are able ti use here after The hero went from 52 down to one. This is fraud and changing the rules in the middle of the game therefore waste of money when the player wants to use that character

So as is typical these days, another game that is nothing like it advertised itself. It is a mediocre, at best, city building game. Not a bridge building puzzle game (There is some btidge building, but very little, and you have to grind through hours of boring city building to get 5 minutes of bridges).

Pretty awesome so far, regular city planning with bridge making and troop production. Looks more like a resource game with a few puzzles in between, but the pace is great at the beginning. We'll see how the later stages are like.

I've played on this game for about a month. It's really enjoyable but has one major flaw. I'm currently on a planet with a toxic and controlling alliance. They dictate how people on the server play and threaten you if you chose to play differently. We should have the option to move out base to a different planet without having to restart from scratch. Even the alliance name is inappropriate (CUM) totally disgusting.
