The game is great. The most recent patch is not. App keeps freezing on both mobile and PC. I'm not a fan of the length of time it now takes to set up your troop formations and assign chiefs. We like to set certain ones for certain events. You can save 3 formations, and that helps some, but not always. It's gotten very frustrating. Update: The newest updates, so far, are better. I do appreciate the fact that they sent out surveys. Still a great game.

Worked several weeks to be able to get to a level that I could understand it, play it and enjoy. Overnight, I was attacked multiple times by a player with twice my strength and the game was rendered unplayable without spending almost $100 cash to get back to the strength I was previously. Not my kind of game to be sent back to go and have to start again.

This game is a pretty good time killer. Like, the upgrades and troop training doesn't take too long like it would in other games. However, one thing to complain about that is kind of annoying. Sometimes the pressing the buttons are unresponsive for some reason, doesn't last for too long, but it's kind of annoying. :P Otherwise, this is a great game, it's nice and casual while retaining an arcade type game. It has looting, you can go on raids that you have more control over, it's great.

A waste of time especially if you aren't going to constantly spend money. Also if you plan to step away from the game for a second to live your regular life, your settlement will likely be decimated. I spent the better part of a month building my settlement and training troops only to miss a few hours and be repeatedly attacked by someone who probably buys all the power ups. And just like that, back to square one. There's really no motivation to keep playing-no end goal.

The tutorial is very good. The game also gives you assists and resources for signing in and doing things to improve your situation- very cool. Nice graphics and good story. I find there is a lot to do: research, improving the settlement, fighting to reclaim surrounding land, fighting in the wilderness and....fighting each other. It's realistic, but am not a fan of PVP games. There are also constant ads, but I find that true of most games.

I would rate it higher but the clickability of certain things in-game are a bit off on the calibration. Clicking directly on something doesn't select it, it's skewed to where you have to hit to the left a bit instead of right on it. It's also annoying that there is a SOS notification permanently on my notification bar whether or not the app is open and if you turn it off in settings it doesnt give any push notifications.

Couldn't even get past the prologue. Got to the watchtower mission and couldn't actually complete the mission. You can start it but from that point it became unresponsive. Couldnt move anyone into place, the characters just stand there idle at the beginning no matter what. The only thing that worked was exiting the mission. A friend downloaded the game and had the exact same issue. Hard to progress in a game where the basic functions to complete a mission don't work at all.

This game keeps on freezing and kicking me and my fellow team mates out making it very annoying to play more so when there is a battle going on troops being attack or rallying please fix thix . the update was designed to prevent this when there is a lots of players at the same time unfortunally the problem has not been fix at the end it looks that it was just advertisement after all. Thank you.

It's a fun game to be honest. Even though in higher levels of settlements it can be a pain in the arse to complete chapter quests or level up. My suggestion is to change the alliance store. In do many other games like this is much better. Being restocked by R4s and the leader. To be able to get a hand on things like timer speed ups, relocation items as such. Much better than hardly ever getting them when in need. I have so much more to suggest but I'm too shy to use the ticket system.

You know what's funny? It's not about gameplay or pay to win. It's about damn touching sensitive issue. You will find some options just unclickable (untouchble) which is very frustrating. Also, I find myself constantly hitting the screen to select icon on the screen just won't recognize my touch. Wth? O don't have other issue with other games. Such a stupid bug keeps me away from this one.

I've been Playing for a year now, it's gotten very boring and is nothing but cash grab events. The graphics and game play pulled me in, however they weren't the same graphics advertised. This game has been just constant bombarding to buy. It's definitely pay to win game. its just too expensive to maintain power, as well as keeping up with the constant new (only money can buy) features.

Up through about level 18-19 it's a surprisingly fun and stable game. Then upgrade times start to be measured in DAYS! Wait 4 days to upgrade with nothing available to do until you complete it. Or pay $5 for 10 hours worth of boost (still not enough to upgrade even a single building.). Mini games are decent but repetitive, leveling up takes WAY too long once you get past the "new player" curve. Fun for a few weeks, then boring. Hard to get started too, menus buried in menus, too many items,

This game has terrible voice acting, cheesy plot, poor visual graphics and design feels like a complete mess. Furthermore, microtransaction are heavily seeded into the game to make progress. Base Designing could be improved; instead of demolishing, put decorations in a storage for later use. Relocating buildings is a complete pain because when moving a building, it will randomly move into an opposite direction despite you trying to place it in the direction you need. Game not recommended.

Boring and Repetitive. Yes they do updates, but this game is absolutely only geared towards paying players. You will never get anywhere near people who dumped massive amounts of money into this game ever, meaning you won't win event and stat based rewards ever. Train, research, build, missions; that gets old fast. Also, it's misleading to show events that rarely ever occur like puzzle levels, you get them in the beginning and never see them again. I paid way to much to be bored, uninstalled.

Just started to get into the game and then the screen began to freeze every 30 secs. The game kept playing in the background--audio and buildings, etc could be tapped, I just couldn't see what I was touching bc the screen was frozen. Required force stopping the app and reloading. Got tired after the nth time. Will probably delete game bc it is unplayable.

I really enjoy this type of gameplay. The graphics are pretty good and it seems like the devs put lots of effort into it. Only reason for 4 stars is because the game freezes a lot. I have an LG G6 on Verizon and the game will freeze and then I have to restart it. It happens usually when I select something and it tries to load my selection. Seems to happen every few mins. I'll restart the game and everything works great for a few more mins.

Would choose 0 stars if able. The game used to be fun but the developers are starting to mess around with things that don't need to be fixed making it harder for free to play players while they don't fix things that they have us research but haven't implemented in game yet. Perfect example is the resource trading system. They have us upgrade the research for it but don't have it actually working.

Fun, but glitchy. This game is super rewarding! There is something to click on and level up just about every minute. There are also long term goals that keep you interested on a daily or semi-daily basis. You can have a great time without spending money, but most fans will want to spend at least five dollars to open up the second building slot. On the down side, there are frequent glitches like the screen doesn't respond to touch or the game freezes. I find myself deleting & re-downloading often
