Description of Color Invaders Idle

Welcome to the survival idle game! You'll start with nothing but your wits and a few basic tools. Your goal is to gather resources, build structures, upgrade camping, and survive against the elements. The island is full of surprises, so be prepared for anything! Can you survive and find your way to safety?

Color Invaders Idle combines the mechanics of survival and tycoon games! Survivors must gather resources on a mysterious tiny island, build a shelter and upgrade base, create a bridge to a nearby island, conquer black and white territories, and fight dangerous monsters.

You'll need to scavenge for vital items and materials to build your base and upgrade it, as well as craft weapons and items to help you in your adventures. As you progress, you'll unlock new resources, tools, and structures that will help you survive and thrive. You'll also be able to upgrade your existing structures to make them stronger and more efficient.

1. already finished it and waiting for the next chapter :). four stars for being a short story, though a very good time sink with lots of repetitive tasks and it took me a long time to even reach the end of the chapter. 2.take this with a grain of salt since it's been awhile since I bought "no ads" but i remember the ads weren't too bad, i don't remember feeling forced to watch ads.

Very boring intro. Played for 20 min and i can't do anything except tap the next upgrade and then wait. I cant click any menu to figure out a strategy, controll the characters (like in the adds). You even get achievements for doing stuff but it is meaningless since i cant get to the menu to even look at these 'achievements'. And get this, there are crates around the world that unlock trough adds, with a number between 10 and 50! With some ads taking over a minute to complete. Shallow game intro

The game itself seems fun but there are way way too many ads. I'm fine with having some in a game, but this is too much. Not only does it have always available ads for short term power ups and ads for extra offline rewards when you come back but it also has ads that pop up on the middle of playing, planes that cross the map offering resources for watching an ad etc. The worst for me though is the ability to watch ads for a stacking discount on upgrades.

I beat the game. Fully upgraded everything, so i had time to see how it plays. Its full of invasive ads, the gameplay is slow and clunky, and it glitches out constantly. Not to mention one of the power ups is just a racist stereotype. Its a small game but good gods is it so boring after you beat like day 10. Its a good concept but they really need to expand it more. And fix all the glitches. Ugh so many glitches.

I think the game is awesome and a lot of fun to play, but the ads do become overwhelming. I get it for bonuses, etc...but the forced ads pop way too often. They know this; why they have 3 different bundles you can pay to remove the ads, which are quite expensive by most standards. Lowest option is $8 and only removes certain ads, not all. Great game otherwise. Would totally change rating to 5 star if not for the stated above. Good luck guys. I'll reinstall down the road and check in!

I would grade this higher except there is a game breaking bug that won't be resolved until a version update (according to a response on a different review). There isn't in game announcements, nor can I find a social media page which provides updates. This is frustrating, and while I was enjoying the game, I don't know if I will continue to play once fixed. Major lack of communication and sense of urgency.

Glitchy. Ads are optional, which gives it 2 stars, but the game is slow. 2 clicks (the craft button and then whatever it's prompting you to build) and then wait until it's finished. You can speed your workers up (by optional ad) but it's still slow. Too much staring into space and not enough fun.

Its a good game and even though there are forced ads it still rewards you for them which rarely do any other games do. I wish I could play more but it just kept getting slower and slower on my phone. I don't know if that it is because I am on android but whatever. It is a great time waster and hope it can be optimized to not slow down. Perhaps a mode to hide characters and not have them rendered? I feel like the increasing amount of people and animals is what slowed it down.

Fun game. I like that I don't have to run a character around and all the ads are optional. The only bug I've found is that after the gem collector achievement is maxed out, it continues to "level" every single time a gem is collected, complete with the banner notification and the "new" icon on the achievement menu.

The one hundred percent add free for $14.99. Then, a day later, the game froze to the point that I had to uninstall and reinstall it. I lost the ad free portion, and I can't log in or do something to retrieve it. I really want to continue playing this game, but if it gets to a certain point and freezes every time, and it's a waste of money on top of that, no.

The game seems ok for a time waster but i am only giving it 2 stars. I paid for the zero ads and shortly after that i had my little people start building a storage and noticed that the supplies needed to finish was past the required amount and wouldnt allow the build to finish. My people just stand around the campfire and do nothing and yes ive rest the game numerous times and it didnt help. I then un-installed the game and that was a mistake because now i lost it all.

Too much lag and Bugs the worker stopped in the middle of work without moving, full storage but didn't complete building task, I kept switch off/on game trying to fix it but worker still stand as statues, I've no other solution but to uninstall the game and reinstall it but all my progress were lost!! everything started from the beginning that's a huge crack!. there must be an email registration to at least save the progress, multi hours of playing just disappeared I'm really upset and annoyed.

This game is fun to play, great to have, just has a leak opening multiple instances of the game in the recents menu. Developer response explained they don't have control over the ads breaking and haven't reproduced the issue yet. Let's give it more time see if the issue resolves. Yet this game deserves 5 stars for its playability and fun. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

This game is enjoyable for an idle game. However there's quite a few bugs and annoyances. I had no problem watching the chosen ads as they boost the reward each time..however, forced ads as well? It happened every few minutes. Paid to remove all ads...Keep getting achievement for gems even though it's complete. Towers just shoot whenever they want even if mob is close to it. Constant "new" notif for shop with nothing there. Color doesn't expand after lvl 10,what's the point of upgrading past it?

There is a lot to be desired. I love the basic concept but there are some major flaws. The achievement notifications pop up every 5 seconds and it's the same achievement over and over again. Also, the no adds at all is 14.99, but when you go to purchase it says 19.99. It's false price advertising.

My game got stuck, so I emailed the developers. I didn't get a response. So I tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if it would fix the problem. I expected to lose my progress, but I did not expect to lose my purchases. I have not been able to find a way to restore them. Edit 6/30/23: I will increase the stars to 3, the issue seems resolved, and they added a button to apply my purchase. They never did respond to the email communication though.

I would give this game a five star rating except that it is a bit of a work in progress. It is regularly updated still and several bugs get fixed each time. The most frustrating to me is that the gem achievement won't stop telling me I completed it. I love that the game rewards you for the forced ads.That said, I wish that the people continued to work while an ad was playing. I fully expect this game will become a five star in the not so far away future.

Its a fun game, and good time waster. I love watching the people scurry around completing the build tasks. The only issue I've come across is the gem collector achievement. Once I hit gem collector 10, every time I collect another gem it spams the achievement sound and notice on screen without stopping, and there's no bug report option in game. Definitely a 5 star game once this is fixed.
