Game keeps crashing every few seconds now. I hope the issue will be resolved. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the issue is still the same

Well it's a nice name but want I don't like is the fact that It has levels it is really annoying and can you let us change the body shape and make our own faces and also when I take my sims to go to work it take 8 to9 real hours can u make them shorter pls those are my only problems other than that it is a nice game I love playing it

At first the game was great, but when there is update in the my current level will be gone once the update is complete and it really frustrate me, specially I already buy from your store and it's gone also, it's a waste of money, time and effort in completing the task, I will repeat it again and again, I already experience it thrice, I'm so disappointed with your game, I have so many wasted LP points because of this error, hoping to fix these issue soon!

playing this game since 2019 and everything was fun cz it had the option to earn coins (playing great games )too. I uninstalled it 6 months ago CZ of change of device and now that I installed it again it has log issues, freeze in any activity you do and the prices went crazy up for almost everything including simple furniture as a couch and I thought it was my device and I modified my animation speed and nothing.Please fix it especially the freezing issues plz 🥺 and I change my rating then.

The game is fine with graphics and all but it's super glitchy. The biggest glitch are the daily tasks or any task that you ask your sim to perform over a longer period of time. As soon as the day resets - if the task has not been completed by then - IT'S GONE!! YOU HAVE TO PUT THEM TO THE TASK AGAIN AND WASTE ALL THAT ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME AGAIN. Listen to your players and fix the glitch because it is getting on my nerves now and I'm really thinking of uninstalling the game now.

There's missing doors in the new update, used to have a curtain door in the previous version, but it's nowhere to be found in the newest version

I love the game but tell me why I'm now having to wait a day for a simple task of rocking the baby to sleep. This is crazy and I don't have any life points to skip it so I have to wait. Please fix this because it shouldn't take this long for any task. It's now going to take me even longer to complete the tasks so thanks

Enjoying the game, it has its flaws, I really wish they would add more pirate stuff like ships and clothing etc, trying to do a One piece theme on one of the islands lol

Best game, but time length is ubsurd, imagine waiting 8 hours for your Sim to make 1 phone call, the game would be a hit if it wasn't too slow, not having to wait for hours to perform 1 task.

The game is stuck in "The game is updating" screen. I downloaded all files yet it's still there. I waited hours but it is still stuck.

I lost my progress twice after getting errors that updates were not downloaded when there's no update available. It's super frustrating

All I would prefer is more choice in hairstyles and outfit as well more chances to get the yellow gem things as u have to wait ages for a baby . Maybe lower it a bit

The time assigned for tasks are way too long, how can a sim use over 4hours to wash hands at the sink or a toddler use 17hours to crawl, it's way too much and makes the game so boring, please review this and make time for tasks less longer for it to be more enjoyable.

This does feel like a Sims game! I accidentally downloaded the "sims mobile" one and was really confused lmao. That being said, I would love for it to have a pause button. I get not having a speed up option, microtransactions and stuff, but a pause option would be nice.

Enjoyed this game but recently there are constant bugs in the quests. The Sandy Suburbs quests are impossible to complete without spending social points. It says clean or remove so many of an item but there aren't that many available. You'd think developers would be able to count.

I love this game but I can no longer use lifestyle points to finish the activities immediately??!! What is this ? Seriously? It's been this way for ages? The quests usually take sooo long and using lifestyle points was the only way to reduce that time. We don't have a lot of time, we can't simply wait for ages to finish the quests and there are time limits for these quests. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE TWO CHOICES. Watch ads and lifestyle points to finish activities.

Have been playing this game for years. The last several weeks it has randomly been telling me to save and exit as the last update failed. There is no update or it has successfully updated when it needed to. I can't load the game when this happens. I don't want to lose all the progress or money I have spent on this game. Not happy.
