PUT YOUR IMAGINATION ON THE MAP
Build Tokyo-, London- or Paris-style neighborhoods, and unlock exclusive landmarks like the Eiffel Tower or Statue of Liberty. Discover new technologies with the Future Cities while getting athletic with sports stadiums. Decorate your city with rivers, lakes and forests, and expand along the beach or on the mountain slopes. Unlock new geographic regions such as the Sunny Isles or Frosty Fjords, each with a unique architectural style. There’s always something new and different to make your city unique.

BATTLE YOUR WAY TO VICTORY
Defend your city against monsters or compete against other mayors in Club Wars. Plot winning strategies with your Club mates and declare war on other cities. Once the battle is on, unleash crazy disasters like the Disco Twister and Plant Monster on your opponents. Earn valuable rewards to use in battle or to improve your city. In addition, take on other players in the Contest of Mayors, where you can complete weekly challenges and climb the League ranks towards the top. Each new contest Season brings on new unique rewards to beautify your city!

CONNECT AND TEAM UP
Join a Mayor’s Club to trade supplies with other members and chat about strategies and available resources. Collaborate to help someone complete their personal vision and get support to complete yours. Build big, work together, lead other Mayors, and watch your city come to life!

(25/10/23) Started off all good and well, but these last few days it's been basically unplayable on my phone that's barely even a month old (Pixel 7a, Android 14). Honestly the gameplay loop is expected for a mobile game, what else can I say. Lots of real world waiting, or spend money, and with a load of side junk that people don't really care about. EA and Tracktwenty need to fix whatever's causing the freezes ASAP. It ain't good enough.

Game is fantastic but has been crashing lately. Frustrating me yet making me realize how much time I've spent playing this game. I'm not a hard person to please but this app usually offers a more fluid experience. All this crashing is making this a true waste of time; money saved.

Dropped it a few stars since last update. Crashing most times when u log on. Despite doing as instructed by app and restarting phone. No go. It takes an eternity to log on now and it's most annoying. You need to restart phone each time to log in and even at that it's ropey. This even is when paying premium level

Excellent graphics, slow paced to get you to spend real money. THERE IS NO NEED TO SPEND REAL MONEY!!! There is no winning or end to the game, just play until bored. Try to get in a good club. It fills time for disabled people like me, for free. IGNORE City Album, Frosty Fjords, and Omega! They are a waste of time. Do design cities for expansion supplies. A non war club is good to build at first, esp storage and land. Google simcity buildit camp.

I liked the game initially, but the play was too demanding of time, and some items necessary to participate in the game seemed only available through purchase. I really hated the idea that I needed to participate in intercity trade, or in dealing with fulfilling the cargo needs of the trading ships, or having to pay attention to fighting monsters that I could never get the items that would allow my monsters to fight, no matter how many times I fulfilled the available orders. Not fun.

So heavily pay to play. Everything is excruiatingly slow to produce and to level up. The only way to make any sort of progress is to use real money for in game currency. It would take months just to get to the most basic city upgrades unless you play 3-4+ every day. What more can you expect from EA though, the "$1 to reload in a video game" company.

Been playing for more than 5 years. The latest update makes the game super glitchy, it wont load so i cant open it, once it finally works i cant access the challenge & club menu. Even tapping on the city hall or mayor's mansion needs a long time to finally load the achievements/missions. Such a bummer for a great game. Please fix.

Great game for a phone. Wish it was a little easier to build stuff. Its kinda hard to get coins. Like im playing for fun. There should be a freebuild mode. Where you dont get achievements or anything its just for fun. And a little more direction. I dont know how to do anything after tutorial.

Happy overall. Challenges are good, rewards are great. But some commercials items take unrealistic amount of time or resources or are too long and involve. Factories and production units should have production slots as most items are needed in twos. This need to use a pair in so many cases makes no sense, needs review. Eg, cloth - nowhere is a single piece of cloth used - then each production slot should make a pair too. Otherwise a beautiful, great and amazingly smooth game. Thanks.

Recently the app just force closes when it opens. You can clear the cache / data and it'll work for a little bit, but then it just crashes again. Sad, because its a fun game and I'm invested, but it won't open.

Amazing game in terms of long term gameplay. Have always loved coming back to play again for hours each day in the afternoon. Only issue is that gameplay at the start can be quite slow, and I find it difficult to earn coins. Apart from that, a solid game. Also played this on my dad's phone when I was smaller, we built a large city and enjoyed it a ton.

Huge billboard with nothing on it ruins aesthetics. It went for a time and now it's back. While we're on aesthetics, it would be nice if the developers could layer the graphics to get rid of all the hard hats and notes and coins so we could just enjoy our creations once in a while.

I love the game. Lately the game has been crashing upon opening. Then a update came across, hoping it would fix the crashing issue. But to no avail. Still crashing when opening.

Totally cool if you like the city planner games. Time consuming!!! But u can moderate it. I played the original on PC when I was young so I am bias. Game develops over time. You can battle! Or u can choose to be peaceful.

Game constantly crashes. Can't keep it up and running for more than 5 or 6 seconds. Tried reaching out to EA MULTIPLE TIMES on website, their messenger, and email. Everything is automated and says they will get back to me in the game. I CAN'T GET THE STUPID GAME TO STAY OPEN LONG ENOUGH FOR ANYONE TO CONTACT ME IN GAME!!!!! I have had as much as I can take and I am deleting it from my phone (pixel 7 pro running android 14). They can go bleed some other chump of their money. I'm done!

Do not download this game. Certainly do not pay for anything on this game. EA Sports have ruined the franchise many of us grew up loving. All they do now is cut rewards, cut prizes, stack it full of ads and try and bleed players dry. In case you still want to download, check out the backlash on line to their latest update. Instead of listening to their paying players their only focus is on revenue. Boeing tried that a few years ago with safety costs..... We all know how that ended.

Update: The train feature is a disaster because it brought a market & expensive materials needed for construction, disaster repairs, etc. Why EA is so determined to make the game impossible to play unless you pay real money? Why ruin the fun? Unlike the war store, the train store/ market changes every 24 hrs, and it's not sure you get what you want even if one has train coins. I hope the issue of reducing the mayor pass tiers & tampering the rewards is solved soon. Outrageous!

I've been playing this game for many years. However, it's becoming too expensive to continue investing in all the various premium passes for wars and contests. While the price tag of the Premium Mayor's pass has not changed, with the recent change to shorter seasons and smaller prizes, you now pay almost twice as much per year as before to earn the same rewards and perks (i.e., another example of shrinkflation and corporate greed). Nice way to gouge your loyal players and kill all the fun!
