Finally! I found a flight simulator that has smooth motion, easily controlled and is a lot of fun. I am a retired aircraft engineer and this simulator is complex in some ways but easy to operate. ( although taxiing with only one engine running is common in the real world. ) would be an added challenge, think of it. Woops, forgot to start the other engine before take off!

Ive gotta give it 4 stars but im really only feeling 3. The mechanics and the physics are excellent as weve more or less come to expect from Rortos. I think that $10.99 is way to much money for 30 days of being able to do a custom flight. The fact that there are so few flights even available to your "airline" is frustrating and frankly has had me ready to uninstall and move on to the next "free" flight sim more than once. Really needs more routes available at any given time. Out of characters :(

Game is good... sometimes... I understand there are supposed to be challenges, but it's frustrating to have a plane stall on you for no reason, no faults or warnings, have you crash and you can't do the activity anymore. It seems like some activities are impossible to complete. First an engine goes out and as soon as you're about to land the rudder breaks or your other engine goes out and you crash.

This is a really fun game! I love the graphics and the application of knowledge! (That's my 2 stars, now here's the missing 3) -When you watch an ad to get a 30% payout bonus, the game freezes. - The Tower controller sometimes seems non existent. Clearing me to land on run ways while planes are crossing, and causing a back up on the taxi way and later causing a plane to crash into me at the end of a "full flight" mission. *There are more issues, but I'm out of space.*

I really like the details in the airport and planes. I like it how you level up and get new and different planes. It would be really cool if your able to walk into the plane and move the controls. An example will be that you can handle the thrust and move it up or down. And change up the mission's. Instead of just landing and takeoff the player can do other activities.

I really Love, but also really Hate this game. For controls, graphics, variety of scenarios, you cant beat it! However this is a game that unless you drop a few hundred $$ into it, you go absolutely no where. I've had it for 2 months, have dropped about $30, and I'm only on Level 8. To level up you have to buy planes to open new routes, but you cannot do this without game money which takes days, even weeks to accumulate. Would give 10 stars if I could level up faster to really play.

I started playing this game a few years ago on iOS, but forgot about it when I switched to Android until a few days ago. When I first played, when you could not afford your next plane/license you could fly an unlimited number of contract flights for extra money. In the new version this was replaced with events that can only be attempted once or twice before you need to spend real money to continue. Also, the ads are now too annoying. The game was great, but the devs appear to have ruined it.

It was a fantastic game until the most recent update. I was optimistic about the new route earnings system because it seemed more active and with a faster in-game reward. However - and I see I am not alone in this - after the update the app began crashing more and more frequently. Finally it wouldn't load past the login and kept restarting. EDIT: thank you, rortos, for a quick resolution. Keep up the good work!

Pretty good game and pretty realistic for a free flight simulator. Although there is one flaw, is that some missiobs cost way too much flight points, which makes it impossible to play, as you can't get much flight points (100-150max per flight) and costs 1.8k flight points for 3 tasks. If you don't do the mission, you won't progress, so progressing is extremely slow sometimes when those missions pop up.

I honestly really like the game. But there are some major issues. If I am an approach just about to land there shouldn't be 5 airplanes circling me on Final. Also the in-flight emergencies are a little ridiculous. I'm just about to land both engines catch on fire then I get a gear warning indicator thrust reverser not working and the elevator gets stuck. This happened on more than one occasion and I wind up crashing and can't finish the mission. Also make the licensing easier to get less money. Lastly the challenges. The short distance Landing I watched video clips of people that are on the leaderboard they land hard and skid Off The Runway and stopped in 2 seconds very unrealistic

Airline Commander is the only flight simulator game I have tried and continuously play. The excellent graphics, sound effects, gameplay, and excellent control layouts make this the best flight simulator game I have ever played compared to other similar games that I have tried. In addition, the game doesn't force you to buy anything. You can keep watching ads or wait for a certain time to unlock some, that is just icing on the cake. If you like flight simulator games; look no further, this is it.

It's an interesting game a fairly lifelike, I am guessing. But there are a couple of problems. First, it only opens half the time. Half the time it says it couldn't initialize the engine. Secondly, on Android, the game dashboard icon keeps popping up and won't disappear. That's really an Android issue and not on the game but the dashboard icon is placed right over top of the brake controls...a pretty important control.

I really like the game. It is a slow progression game but that is not a big deal. Graphics are good and covers a lot plane functions. My big problem is I can't get the app to calibrate. I have to tilt my phone to the left very drastically to fly straight. I have tried the calibration button during flight, paused, on ground and nothing works. I downloaded independent calibration app for phone and both showed nothing wrong with my phone. Game support says it's just me? 🙄

Good game, fun simulator. The menus are confusing and misleading. Once you navigate your way through them, you still think you are lost in the menus, and after a 3 mim tutorial have fun! The game slows waaaaay down....unless you pay to play, you'll need advance your licenses, tests and routes. Also somtimes the way point changes and you have to change, but you get yelled at for not staying on the correct path.

I really enjoy the game. It's challenging but not to difficult. The only drawback is the long wait times to take exams and the flights that actually take several hours to complete. This is my reasons for a 4 star instead of 5 stars. Technically, the game is flawless. Only issue I've noticed is the directional taxiway ground markers are sometimes hard to locate. No glitches, freeze ups or restarts. Nice work team!

It's an excellent game which almost deserves five stars all across the board, but I believe a vast improvement is waiting to be made. A holographic display showing you where the zero-point (the point where the gyro won't affect the plane, the original point of the calibration) is, and possibly also shows you how fast you're pulling up, pushing down, or rolling. Just a suggestion, one which would definitely make me rate this game with five stars.

POS from the beginning. Wouldn't calibrate at all, even when I paused and hit the "calibrate" button, so that simply holding my phone still makes the plane veer to the right before takeoff. Then, when I try to hit controls, it doesn't do anything, and when I try to exit so I can fix the controls, it says I failed the mission and automatically resets me to the beginning of the mission. Don't waste your time.

The game is fun. Great control oad functions. BUT. The ads are hindering are affecting a good experience. I believe these ads may have an effect as to why it takes a while to reload INGAME. It takes time to load the ad. The screen goes black and you just sit there waiting. Please fix this. I'd totally change this review for even pay to remove these ads. But i wouldn't pay anything I'd if this was a constant issue due to the ads.
