Description of Another Shadow

Bastian and Carissa have moved into a new home experiencing paranormal events. But it is not the house that hosts these specters. The shadow of an ancient curse has returned and it won't go away until he gets what he wants, Bastian's life to enslave him in darkness. Bastian has been trapped in the dark. Can Carissa find a way to bring him back to their world?

Another Shadow is the sixth chapter in Hidden Town escape game series. You will have to interact between two characters in this mysterious point and click adventure. But remember, what you do in one world will affect the other, so make the right decisions.

The Dark Dome games can be played in any order, you will be able to see how the stories in each chapter connect to reveal the mysteries of Hidden Town. This episode has connections to The Ghost Case and Haunted Laia.

- What you will find in this game:

A large number of puzzles and riddles to solve within each world of the house and within a memory of one of the characters.

A mysterious, exciting and captivating suspense story with new characters.

Stunning art and a deep soundtrack will fully immerse you in this interactive story.

An alternate achievement: Find all 9 shadows hidden throughout the entire game. Look for them everywhere, they can be where you least imagine.

- Premium Version:
Purchasing the Premium Version you will have access to a secret scene where you can play a parallel story of Hidden Town with additional puzzles and riddles. Also, all ads are removed from the game and you will have access to all hints without seeing ads.

- How to play:
Interact with objects and characters in the environment by touching them. Use the inventory items on game objects or combine them to create a new item that helps you advance in the story. Test your wits and solve the puzzles and riddles.

Fantastic game! The story was engaging, the puzzles were a good level of challenging, and the sound design was great. The only thing I can find to dislike is that when a cut scene ends and it transitions back to gameplay, your character is not necessarily in the same location where the cut scene showed them being. So sometimes you have to travel all the way across the house to get to where the thing is happening

Always so unique, with flipping back 'n forth between dimensions/characters!! Lovely music, and a decent storyline, esp. for a 👉 and click escape adventure!! I'm always left wanting MORE!! It's VERY worth a few hours of play time. I like to explore and take it slow, often. But, I like to do the puzzles quickly, as a challenge. I'd rate 4.75, if possible. I wish the story was a bit more fleshed out, and when I'd click the x on ads, it took me to Google Play Store every time ... Still worth it!!

I personally loved the game! The atmosphere was perfect and the puzzles were challenging! The only problem I ran into is in the cabin level. I ended up having to completely restart the game because I double clicked when trying to grab the music box ballerina, so it wouldn't let me grab it. But other than that it's a good game and I really would recommend.

I love all of the Dark Dome games, and this one is as good as the rest! Super fun game with good puzzles. My only complaint is the ads that just pop up in the middle of the game and cut scenes; it really ruins the atmosphere. I understand developers need to make money to make games, but I wish there was a better way to incorporate the ads that wasn't so jarring. Overall, I enjoyed the game a lot!

Fantastic until you glitch the game! I was really enjoying this game and had been playing it straight for 2 hours until I accidentally found a glitch! My only option was to start the game over since I basically froze the game, but overall the story is fantastic and the puzzles are equally fun and challenging

This game is really amazing. The puzzles are good and really make you think without it being too difficult. The art style is unique, and the ambiance is good for a moblie game. The storyline made me really invested in the characters. Definitely recommend downloading if you like mystery puzzle games!

I felt sort of like an idiot for a good portion of the game but it was so rewarding when i finally figured it out, this game is FANTASTIC, i loved it so much and i had an amazing time playing it, the story its self is amazing and some of the parts really did make my skin crawl (though admittedly some parts where rather dull mostly due to me being stuck for so long on some parts) and that cliff hanger!! hoping for a part two so we can play through and see what happens next!

Some of these games have super silly puzzles... Like not using an obvious switch for a light but wiping the bulb with a rag.. Not this game. Its super thought out. Excellent design and puzzles. Its hard but can be figured out without getting annoyed or looking up a walk through which i never played a game like this i could say that about. The ads are so rare and idk how but shows how much greed every one else has. And they never asked me for a penny and im hours in. Wonderful story so far.

I loved this game. Super challenging but the hints (if you chose to use them) are perfect. Story line is so cool as well. The best part is the ads in the game aren't overwhelming. They only play once you finish a major part/chapter or when you want a hint.

This is one of the best apps I've played from this developer and I'm happy to see how they've grown.The puzzles are a lot easier to understand,the music is lovely,and it is a good game.My favorite parts of this game were the puzzles included in the flashback,the changing perspectives,and the adorable little creatures in place of the owls.I still think the story was lacking in parts when it came to the characters reactions and the sudden introduction of the seer toward the end,though.

Great! It took a few days to complete the game. I played nowhere house before but I didn't know these games are a series. Now I wanna play the series form the beginning! I really liked another shadow, both game and story line. The puzzles are a bit challenging but I liked them. Oh, actually it's because it's not so easy to connect the clues to puzzles. But still, the game is so lovely! Strongly suggest it to all puzzle game lovers! Anyone knows how to play game series in order?

Lovvedd it! I wish it was longer but I'll find the next part now. I loved that you didn't have to spend actual money on hints, it was hard enough that I didn't breeze through but not so easy that I didn't need hints. I hope there's many more chapters to come 😭 I'm so invested. I love the graphics and the level of creepy anddd the storyline. Fantastic game. (Edit: I'm not even sure if there is another part, I think maybe all of the games are seperate but in the same universe?)

This game was absolutely amazing I got sucked in and finished the whole game in one sitting. The puzzles are just the right balance of tricky but understandable. It constantly sucks you back in and is a very well put together game and story! I would absolutely recommend this game to anyone who likes a mystery with a good story. Everytime you think you know what's going to happen something else you didn't expect happens! And the ending was completely unexpected!

I love all of desk dome's games! It's a whole intertwined universe and the plot thickens with each game! It's a mystery game with puzzles and heavy story! The replayability of the games is high because the answers to puzzles changes everytime. It's hard to stop playing because the story/mystery is really good. Highly recommend trying all of their games!

This was my first dark dome game and my gosh- it was wonderful. The art style is so pleasing, and the music is just the right amount of off-putting to match the vibe for the game. The puzzles themselves are challenging and rewarding, but not so difficult to make you want to give up. I went and played another 4 games the same day I finished this one. I plan on playing the other available two soon.

Awesome concept, very interesting and challenging. At certain points i didnt find it so intuitive and had to use hints (the padlock to the basement using the photo of 4 masked persons) but overall, great history, lots of puzzles and easy backtracking. Theres some ads, but doesnt interfere on the gameplay, so its a great way to implement them. Also bought the no ads version, good additional content

did a good job of making the puzzles both hard enough to be challenging, but not so frustrating that I had to constantly be using hints just to get past them (one problem I had was with the skeleton puzzle as I understood what needed to be done but the matching option was confusing). Also did a pretty good job with making the solution make sense(the only spot I found this to be an issue was with the birds on the wires). This game also definitely fixed lots of the issues I had with previous games

I enjoyed this game so much! I finished it in 2 days I literally couldn't put it down. The puzzles are the exact level of challenging for me which just made it even more fun. I was so disappointed when it was over I cannot wait for more. I only wish I could go back to certain chapters and saves to find the last little shadow guy I missed but once I completed the game the entire save just went away? I think that would be cool if possible but when the game updates I'm going to replay to find him.
