Successful received my refund of an event which I was not allowed. The customer service had delays in processing the refund however, they managed to get it done. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed from the customer service department to support the reversal. Will always use their services in the near future.

This app doesn't work! Everytime I try to login. It ask me to restart the app again (Tried multiple times) . And so far I haven't found a single positive review!

If the ticket booking didn't go through successfully, u are not suppose to take any money and if it happens, in uae the refund comes with in max 7 working days. Now it is more than 40 days, and ur cs told long back to contact the bank cos u didn't charge anything. Now I came to know it is being already charged. don't think that u have a monopoly in ticket booking and u can do whatever u want. There is consumer support in this country who watches this baging of money for 2 months illegally

I booked ticket on this app and paid additional amount cancellation refund. Yet they refused to cancel my ticket and refund my amount. Will never use this site. Guys beware

I have a very bad experience with platinum list I booked tickets for asala nasri event and i pay and I didn't receive the tickets till now without any answers from them I tried to contact them via email and Facebook msnger no one is helpful

Felt liitle panic seeing the reviews before ... Booked Ain dubai observation wheel and received the tickets half an hour later .. within that half an hour I got calls from 3persons from platinum list and they got me the tickets.. good customer care support was very helpful .. thanks to platinum list
