One thing that gets to me is how when I open it to use, the app update pops up out of the blue and there's no option to update later. Sometimes I need to do an urgent booking without going to updates first.

I have had 2 clients book online but no booking showed up on my fresha calendar, these clients showed up and I wasn't there because I thought there were no bookings, please fix this glitch immediately, it's very bad for business.

Can yal chill with the updates!!!! I have had no issues with the app itself aside from the amount of bloody updates requiring increased storage. Can't access the app unless it is updated. What a nuisance! Persons are using their devices for more than just your app. On the go and want to check my calendar and inconvenienced by having to delete things to open it ffs. Make it optional to update at least. Seriously feeling to switch apps because it's pissing me off now. Less than month, another 1!

Excellent service, and it's free for most features. Great and fast customer service and IT support team. The software is always ahead of the curve with new innovative features. You can opt to pay for Fresha Plus, the fee is based on online bookings and is kept low. Included: card transactions through the app, securing bookings with card, no show protection, you can get an integrated card terminal (no additional fees as it's all included in fee structure), additional useful marketing tools too.

That app doesn't do any business any good when no one can change any shift during the week except for Sat or Sun since the last update. Plz fix.

Can't even add a client! Followed their instructions, and the Add Client button doesn't exist?!?!?! There are no support options. Basic stuff just doesn't work. I'm going to try Vagaro.

The app isn't verifying my phone number and keep telling me continue to create so I spent all that time creating and adding services and all my info now it cannot verifyy phone number which sucks because I cannot share the app nor move forward to connecting.

UPDATE STILL NO RESPONSE!! ID LIKE TO ACCESS MY MONEY PLEASE!!! Will update if I can get some help. I signed up a week or so ago and sent in my bank information a few times but it kept getting denied. Last time I sent in a voided check statement but it still says it's verifying my bank info. I'm waiting because I have money in my account and I don't want to keep using the app if it's not working properly. Can someone please help me? If you don't give my money I'm going to contact the BBB.

I have been trying to get this book now option off my business page, and the button disabled in the app, will not work. Instead, what's happening is Fresha is suggesting other businesses in the region to my clients and making my business go elsewhere because I won't continue their book me option. I can feel a lawsuit coming.

I have been using Shedul for almost 3 years and it's amazing, I'm so happy the app is finally here. Everything you could want from booking software and more. Customer service is fabulous and it's so easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone Since becoming Fresha the customer service has become slow & sometimes completely unresponsive. They're constantly adding features that you have to pay extra for despite being promised "free for life" services initially as a beta user.

I'm very happy with this platform, both with the browser & mobile app versions. It's a free product, no catches. The only time you pay a commission is when a new client is referred to you by the Fresha booking platform, or when you want to access paid features like sms advertising, etc. It's very easy to setup & to personalise your settings. The invoices are very neat & tidy. Thanks team!

Multiple currencies, an invoicing system and basic reporting. Forever evolving and adding new developments.. Doesn't allow you to export ALL gathered points though. Depending on what you're looking for in a scheduling app, this may be the one for you if your scheduling is very basic and simplistic andyour reporting needs are few.

The app itself is ok but it's the lack of customer service and pure ignorance of the " support" team tht ruins it along with thm not paying out but damn sure Making sure they gt their money, they don't answer, they tell u tht ur bank has to be verified but meanwhile takes sales so they get pd and here it is 2 weeks later, acct verified, no payout n no communication, dnt waste ur time, go with gloss genius or any other platform but these jerk offs, did file grievances n reported thm w bbb etc

Excellent in many ways but falls short in many ways too. For the most part, it does everything that I need and the interface is nice. Overall, it's a fantastic booking solution for small business owners but users should take a good look at the pitfalls by referring to the Fresha Community / Help Centre before deciding. It would also be nice to be able to import contacts and transactions from a CSV file from a previously used booking platform when you first set up.

Absolutely love this this app, I've been using schedul for years even before the app was launched, I can still remember how excited we were hearing about the app being launched. Now it just gets better and better, my clients love how professional I am by all the reminders they get, it's impossible for them to forget about a booking🤣. Super easy to use and very professional. Look you have to play around with all of the settings and get familiar with it. The app has many great features.

I'm becoming more disappointed over time, some of the new features have made the payment system harder to use in salon, I don't think it's as simple as it could be and it's missing some features that would be helpful when it comes to staff or maybe I'm just not great at using it, it also is far from free! While it doesn't cost to have the system itself literally every booking costs, text msgs, emails etc
