Lately the functions in the app seem to appear and disappear at random or when the app is updated. Today no preconditioning and no battery level. Instead just presented with information about the colour of my car. I can find that out by looking out the window. Renault do better....

The only feature that (sometimes) works is checking the charge state. Changing the climate programming or even just starting the AC remotely has never worked for me. Even after dozens of tries, whether the car is charging or not, all I ever got was "an error". This is useless information when you need to figure out what actually went wrong. It would be good to expose the application's raw logs and the responses from whatever API it's (unsuccessfully) contacting.

Useless, rubbish and they seem unable to fix it. Preconditioning hasn't worked for months - they say they are fixing it but they can't be doing a very good job! Loads of bugs to do with the conversion between miles and kilometres - particularly with estimated range and the range map. It's not a hard thing to get right, lots of other apps manage it, this, sadly, is typical Renault quality.

The problem with this app is you initially get SMS notifications of start and end of charge, but after a while, it stops sending them. At least you can still open the app and it tells you the level of charge, although sometimes that feature also breaks and loses connection to the car. Also, the 'launch climate control' and pre-warm the car features obstinately refuse to actually do anything at the car end of things, but make you think your car will be defrosted and warm when you go to it. Poor!

Generally does as expected . The instant climate control works OK though apparently only if you have a climate control program set up. The most annoying feature is that only one phone at a time can access the app. Pairing works OK but for only one device at a time. It's also annoying that if you close the app you lose the link and have to re-pair. In the 'useful but could do better' category.

Until yesterday I was able to schedule the charging times of my Zoe using this app. For some reason that functionality has been removed. At least not showing up for me any more on this Android phone. Any suggestions?

so far, really good, we have a Citroën and its app is awful. This app seems to update quickly, and there is no need to force it to update. I also like how it can be programmed to cool the cabin as well as heat, which is brilliant with current weather

Suddenly stops displaying EV charge information and refuses to sync until I re enter the code etc. Not enough features on app, it's stupid that I need to lock the car to get the a/c to work on the app.

The latest update seems to have broken the calculation of time to full charge. It now displays a random time which doesn't change. This was one of the most useful features so it's bad that it's gone.

Update to MyRenault App has removed information previously available - I can no longer see the mileage or remote charging information. Please fix! I did not ask for an "upgrade" to the App and can't revert to the previous version.

Very useful to see how much charge the car has. The app can't always plot a route (still). Today it reported as unplugged although the car was actively charging. It's a long walk to the charger!

Impossible to use - tried pairing with our second hand Zoe and just get a message that the connection subscription has expired. Pressing the update button just hangs and if, as instructed you go to the store there's no link to subscribe to connection services (any of them) No online help

Very poor app for the premium edition of renault group. We bought the full hybrid version of Arkana and we cannot open remotely the climate. Very disappointed from this app and no need to have it. It just take space in your mobile.

After buying a brand new Megan E-tech EV60, €55k worth car at least I was expecting to use this app with my new overpriced car. Oh boy how wrong was I... No preconditioning available, map can't locate my car, no use of it apart to check charge level remotely, no air-conditioning temperature set. All bits are not there or aren't really useful. Sad times Renault Ireland! *Edit* There is no issues Renault with app, it works, there is no functionality in app which you advertise online.

After last update, the charging time is false and doesn't decrease even after some time has passed... Other than that, the app itself is very slow. Climate control cannot be changed instantly.

Warning: if your car has the Easy Link system, the license will expire and the features in the app will stop working after 3 years. Despite the app telling you to renew the contract online, Renault has not implemented a way for the customer to renew the contract, other than going to an official Renault dealer. Then again, Renault has not given the dealers instructions on how to renew the license. Long story short, Renault can make your app unusable and it is a huge pain to get it working again.
