Nice for ordering food, and they offer redemption when using kiosks at the restaurant. Unfortunately, rewards are nothing like they used to be. Honestly, there's no longer an incentive to use this unless you're eating here every other day. If you don't go for more than a month, they won't even offer free chips and salsa anymore. Seems like they are giving up on incentives to use this anymore.

Great job ruining it's just wings app and orders... I get the price hike but replacing curly fries with plain Jane fries, cutting the portions and not even being given the option to have curly fries at an up-charge was the biggest fail. Also, this app was notoriously known for freezing up before and the reason why I stopped ordering from here. Great fail!

The free chips and salsa reward is always automatically claimed (without me ever activating it) meaning I can never use my other rewards because when I scan my account in. The free chips and salsa are already claimed and I cannot use another coupon even if the other coupon is claimed. I've missed out on 40% last time I was there and now today I will miss out on the free birthday reward. Very disappointing

Very simple to find the food and customize an order and the app always reminds me to add my free drink or chips and salsa🤗. The app doesnt give the option to pick up in store so I always spend my money right back on a tip Id prefer to not tip keep the money and walk inside. That should be fixed. Its nice that it remembers my last orders because I do alot of customizing and get the same things. Hint: if you orderfajitas and use free chips you can feed your kids cheap and healthy easy in a rush!

Chili's is close to our house & we love it! Everyone in the family loves the Margarita Chicken (Yumm) or Chicken Crispers! And of course we love using the app & our order is granted free Chips & Salsa - amazing! I left off 1 star bc we wish they had more pasta dishes bc none of us likes Cajun - but the alfredo part sounds delish!

The app is easy to maneuver, however the customization would use some help. For instance I love the sirloin with avocado topping but I don't like asparagus or broccoli.. it gives u no option for a different side. Or if u could pick this topping for a different steak... that would be great

I am thrilled that they have reverted back to the original "3 for me" offer. It had discouraged us from ordering for some time, but now that they have brought it back, we are definitely going to place an order tonight. This restaurant deserves more recognition as it is truly underrated. The quality of their food is exceptional for a chain restaurant, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, as it has consistently remained one of our favorite dining spots.

Overall, very good. The food was tasty, although the chicken crispers aren't nearly as large as they've been in the past (& they're quite a bit more expensive), but the rest of the food was excellent. And the curbside pick-up was very good.

App has some major glitches. Was trying to order food for delivery and the order said it "may have processed" and to call the store. Didn't go through, but it deleted the reward I used claiming I had used it already. Nothing they could do to get the coupon back even if I was going to reorder. This wasn't the first time I've had a problem with an order going through on the app, but the first where it claims it went through and acts like it did even though it didn't.

I downloaded the app to be able to order curbside pick up instead of using the online portal. I was able to order food. But once i pulled up to the curb side parking, it wouldn't let you check in. I tried numerous times and ended up having to go in and get my food. Not the end of the world but still, the whole reason I downloaded the app. I WAS IN MY PAJAMAS!!! Lol

Don't know what happened cause I used to order from Chili's quite a bit in 2020/2021. But I'd say for the last 4 or 5 months I can't place any order using the app. I get all the way to clicking order, but it never goes thru. Tried different locations in my area thinking it might be a problem at one of the location but it happens at all of them! Bummer!

When it's doing what it's supposed to do, it's fine. But half the time, the app won't let me order from my current location. Says it's on current location, but won't open the menu. Intead, it directs me back to the selection of restaurants to order from. Any other restaurant works perfectly, but the one right down the street is a big fat no. This has happened multiple times and it NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

App NEEDS WORK. I was unable to use my rewards when I attempted to claim it, and now it shows in my account that I used it. Chili's has dropped its standards in their restaurants and even in maintaining a useable app for mobile ordering. Absolutely sub-par. App is still buggy, and it doesn't even display the pick-up time when the order has been made. What a disappointment!

The rewards and challenges for using the app are great. Free desserts and appetizers. Great deals! Chilis is just far enough away that I can place my order on the app, drive out to the location, and the order is ready right on time. And the app knows when "I'm Here" so I don't have to do anything. I don't like that the app turns itself on when I'm not using it. Not sure how to fix that.

Did not allow me to select the lowest wait time available. I ordered using curbside at the pick up option, which ended up not being so. I had to get into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I did--adding to the poor service received--the person who finally helped me after speaking to two other individuals who did not seem able to simply look up my order and get me taken care of said that I had to pay, when I had already done so through the app. Terrible customer service: app & in person!

This application sucks because it takes forever to load, and then when you go to check out it doesn't even register the screen tap. And then it gives you connection timeout errors left and right. Absolutely terrible application and it's been this way for years because I just tried it after not using it for over a year and it's still as screwed up. I can't believe a big corporation like this isn't going to fix their stupid application

Two enhancements would make this app better: [1] Have an "I'm here" button that automatically notifies the restaurant that you've arrived at the curbside to go parking spot (I had to call). [2] Ability to pay for order in app with Chili's gift card. Both recent orders I made with intent to use an e-gift card for part of the payment, I couldn't do it from the app (app doesn't allow it). So when I arrived at curbside, I had to go inside to pay... That's inconvenient for both me and the staff.

Easy to navigate but one major complaint. You can click a box to have toppings removed but if you want to tell them anything about avoiding allergies, you have to call the restaurant. This completely defeats the purpose of using an app. Tell the designer to look at Longhorn's app, which is completely customized.
