Pros: lots of caregivers on site. Cons: unbelievably slow, text boxes don't allow scrolling, line breaks, or formatting of any type. Filters rarely save. Basic operations (loading a message, using search feature) often timeout/crash the app. Can't upload photos from app. Unforgivable: subscription cost for parents is ludicrous, background checks for caregivers are also an obvious cash grab. You are preying on people's childcare needs by forcing them to pay for a broken app and it is despicable.

App no longer works. It just keeps looping back to the log-in screen everytime I log in. Disappointing as it used to work. Samsung galaxy s10e, Android 12.

Do not pay for extensive background checks. The app on Android blocks you from confirming your identity through Drivers License so you can't get the background check completed. I had to download to my iPhone and even then, it kept freezing. And they block you from opening the page in browser so you can complete verification. This app is really poorly designed.

This app is so frustrating that I want to apply to care to fix it. 1. Please user test! There are so many easy fixes. For example, have you considered asking what users want to filter by? I'm looking for a nanny on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I can't filter by that. 2. Consistency. There are different filters on the app vs the website vs the mobile web. Why? 3. Touch targets. I have a notification on my home screen of the app with an x that I cannot dismiss. Why? Such an easy fix.

app is a good but a little shotty and could use improvements. you will get a notification on your phone that you have a new message but once you open the app you will go crazy trying to find that message and it won't be there. with ANY new message, you must close the app completely out and then open it again for it to refresh and show you new messages.

The app has a lot of user experience issues. Like if you delete a conversation for one hiring then the next time you can't talk to the person. There is no way to unblock people you have blocked in the case of an accident is not a good thing. I hit the wrong settings and accidentally blocked one of our best candidates. The app gets messed up and then starts giving you messages with other people's names on them

The site is ok, it appears as though a few of the people that respond to postings are fake profiles. Also, the new update to this app is horrible. I have been able to find 2 really great people to watch my girls during the week and 2 not so great.

This new upgrade is slow and less intuitive. It actually makes the whole process harder than it used to be and might be the reason I choose not to renew my subscription. It's too time consuming to navigate.

Trash app. Won't let you even look at hiring anyone without paying a subscription fee, AND the button to subscribe is BROKEN!!!! Like you actually can't. Oh, and their website is broken, too. And they don't answer emails, or their phones! No customer service, broken app, broken website, broken company. Save yourself the frustration and just don't bother.

Fake Profiles or Bots!!! Seems like there are a lot of fake profiles. We've had several people apply and then just ghost us. Very frustrating. Almost seems like they're setting up fake accounts applying to our postings just to get us to buy the $39 a month membership fee. Very disappointing! Total waste of time.

A terrible app and a terrible service. During a very challenging period of my life I needed to use a service to find help and ultimately didn't have much capacity. Care made sure to make it difficult every step of the way.

The app glitches, and the service is overpriced. The app makes me sign in constantly (multiple times a day) even though I tell it to remember me. A security code sent to my phone would resolve this. Parents don't have many options because no businesses in this country even care about the needs of those with children. I believe this company created a product with good intentions, but takes advantage of it's customers. There's an annual fee that is astronomical and other built-in fees.

Total scam. We canceled our subscription but was never sent an email confirming this. A few days later we were charged again. I am unable to login and it will not send me a password reset email so I cannot use the app at all. There is no customer service number to call so I used the chat feature. I was told we would not be refunded the $42 even though we are no longer using it and have no access to the app. They canceled auto payments yet I still have not received an email showing this.

What is up with the latest update? Absolutely useless! It took my first description but not any of the other changes I made. Then when I tried to edit it, all I got was error after error. 1st error was I went over 850 characters so I deleted down to 850. Then it errored and said it had to be at least 850. So I added another sentence and same error. What do I do when nobody applies because it shows they have to have every skill on the list because it wouldn't take an update???

There seem to be bugs in the app. I don't get push notifications even though I've enabled it on my phone. When I'm on the app and I get an in-app notification of a new message, I have to close and re-open the app to see the new message. When selecting your own job post to review in order to edit it, it shows a list of matches and you have to search for the edit button on the top right hand-corner in order to select edit post.

worthless waste of money clumsy app that is hard to use on both ends. Tricks customers and potential employes into wasting your money. Went premium for a couple months and they never could manage to get me to appear as a premium member. Much easier and better sites out there. Junk junk junk. Essentially unless both parties are premium, you cant communicate. Save your time with the "free" membership. Dont bother.

paid for a few month, but it was not made clear that I would not see background checks with the subscription I picked until after I paid. now I'll have to pay double if I wanted to see the background checks. make sure you research what you're paying for so you're not surprised. I paid $20/month just to be able to message people and not access anything else. the app works fine.

This app honestly pisses me off. Chats are so incredibly slow and does not load and does not let you know when you received a message. Could not upload a damn profile picture to save my life. Small errors that could be easily fixed but this app is too cheap and careless to make adjustments. Needs a lot of improvement. Extremely expensive to find nannies. Check your local FACEBOOK listing for sitters and caretakers. It's free there.
