Lately I've been having trouble finding what I need in store. I'm a platinum/white T18 girly and not all lighteners are created the same. Very high maintenance. I love the convenience of the app and knowing I will have what I need for my upkeep.

Site is slow loading. I was just approved for a Sally's card and wanted to use it for this order to get the new card discount of $20. I called customer service and was transferred three times even though I asked the agent to make sure someone was on the line. I was on hold and was then disconnected. Therefore, I used my Capitol One credit card!

It took half an hour to order five things because of glitches in the app. Ultimately I wasn't able to order everything I needed, because certain items were not available in my store, so I tried to have them shipped instead, and after trying repeatedly to get their system to recognize my address as a viable address I had to give up and leave those items behind.

Horrible..this was my 1st time and last time. It took me 2hrs to place an order. It would take 2 to 3 minutes alone to placeca product in my cart. Then when I go to check out It told my 4 of my item were not available for delivery now. Then I had remove them one by one which each of them took 4 minutes to remove from cart. Then I had to go back and find replacement items for the items that were not available. Only to have to go through the process again. Horrible. No stars if possible.

Ok app. The only thing that does suck is when you are scrolling thru the let's say shampoos & you click on one to look at when your done it shoots you all the way back to the beginning of the list. It's so frustrating. I end up looking at the same stuff & don't get to see every thing because I get so aggravated I just get off & go to the store.

App keeps crashing if you select a product from the list. It sends you to a blank page after selecting any product and when you try to hit the back button, it closes the app completely. I've updated this app thinking it would help fix the problem, but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. Please fix this because I really do enjoy this app, but I will uninstall if this problem continues.

It's pretty clunky. Removing items from your basket is annoying because it doesn't update right away. I usually have to close the app and restart it to force a refresh. Sometimes the cart will randomly empty itself and won't go back to normal unless you close the app and wait a couple minutes. Other than those things it works fine.

The app is fine but the Inspire part of the app is horrible! The color it showed on me when I used the Inspire part to decide on the color I would buy and dye was ABSOLUTELY wrong! It came out NOTHING like the picture showed it would.. not even close.. I can't believe I look the way I look right now. Do not go off what it shows your color will look like! It may be using your face to generate the color but whatever the scientific structure is behind it it's COMPLETELY INACCURATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a nightmare! I have tried 5 times over the past 2 days to check out to make a purchase! I start the process update everything & then the items in my cart are incorrect! I have to go back multiple times to start the process again! Yesterday I gave up! Today I had to do the same! What is going on with this app? I don't experience this with any other shopping experience. It deletes items & adds items that I have as favorites saved. I have to update my info every time. Too many issues with this

Your app is good for viewing rewards, but I had an extreme difficult time applying rewards, adding credit card info etc. It refused one if my credit cards and then the one it did take, the expiration date kept changing. Not exaggerating but it took me about 8 tries before I could get it to work and it was extremely frustrating. The app is really SLOW!

Update: the app is now very glitchy, takes up to 30 secs or more to add items to or remove items my cart. When looking through favorites, it adds items to my cart that I never push "Add to cart". I have to watch very closely as it has tried to add 1 item 2 or 3 times and I only wanted to purchase 1. Please look into fixing. Thanks.

products will say available for 2HD then when added to basket, products will no longer be available for delivery. that is. waste of time. I have to add multiple types of the same product after researching the best one for me to use to then have to choose something else because the system isn't accurate with what's available for delivery. then to have the app constantly glitch and take forever loading pages, info, and processing orders is just ridiculous. update your programming sheesh.

Still the slowest app I've ever used. Takes way too long to add to your cart and even longer to move out of your cart. Same as always. Never fixed. Closes all the time. Loses orders. Lost reward points. Bad customer service that rarely responds. Except on here when doing the rating. No it isn't working. I've spoken with customer service over and over and their answer is elite shipping isn't working and I can't combine my rewards. This is not your policy. Nothing is ever resolved.

This is 2nd time trying to order via the app and I still can't get it to work. I first had a hard time getting it to ship to my preferred address. But it kept switching addresses to make billing and shipping the same address. So I gave up. After trying again I was able to get preferred billing and shipping address set. However, when checking out via PayPal it says I need to update my shipping address to a US address. Both are US addresses! What is the problem with your app?!

Loooove the app because they always have coupons and great products that are out of stock in stores. Also love the ease of access. Beautifully laid-out app Overall. BUT... this app is the ONLY app on my phone that drains the hell out of my phone's RAM. It gets very laggy and glitchy (Freezes and glitches every 4-5 seconds while navigating the app). And I am the type of person that can have Snapchat, YouTube & Spotify open and my phone still runs as smooth as butter.

Very, *very* slow app, it is probably the worst app I use on my phone. The only reason I keep it is because it keeps track of my previous orders so I can go back and re-order the same items I use frequently. It also keeps track of my rewards to use on subsequent orders. Otherwise, it's terrible, slow, glitchy, and lags. I wish the creators would pay attention to these negative reviews and fix the issues.

Installed and shipped for 30 minutes before I got a message that they needed to do a security check and my access was denied. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and now within 2 minutes of logging in, I get that same screen over and over and can not get back on the actual app!! I had 16 items in my cart and was ready to make a large purchase for Christmas when this happened, and I can't even finish checking out, and the sale ends in 2 days!! Ugh, I've had it!!!

App is extremely slow and glitchy. The real problem is that there is a pop up that happens everytime I open the app for a "security issue", will pop up 10+ times and it's almost impossible to get through them to get back to the app. I have no idea why the app thinks my phone is a bot but it's pretty close to not being worth having.
