Probably the worst app I've ever used. It saves your personal info but never saves the store. Every time I go to search an item it says, "prices vary by store." Then I click "Find Store" but it never saves so I have to search the product again. It's an endless circle and I get nowhere. Thank you for adding to the frustration of 2020.

Probably one of the most broken apps on the PlayStore. Never wants to work. Always wants to throw an error when trying to login. Their backend system is absolutely horrible for the Pharmacy entirely. I feel bad for the Pharmacists that have to deal with their terrible system. Every time you try to login, it'll throw an error about not having a network connection or your account being wrong. Then when you go to relogin manually, it says something went wrong. Every, single, time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Trying to refill prescriptions is a nightmare. No confirmation or letting me select more than one prescription at a time. I really don't know which pharmacy location these have been sent to, since I use a couple based on where I am when refills are needed. Even general navigation throughout the app is horrendous. It is not user friendly. Extremely poor UI.

I used this app for years now it has became a nightmare. When you sign in and click into the pharmacy I look to see the items I have to pick up and the price, there is this mixing bowl that pops up and it literally gets the app stuck and it won't clear . You have to keep closing the app, re- installing constantly and it still doesn't fix it. Take this non necessary bowl out and stop making "improvements" that have made the app horrible.

App is very hard and confusing to navigate. As for prescription management the App is very poor. No notifications that says you need a refill or if one was filled and ready to pick up. It seems you have to manually scroll through to select the medication you want refilled and to set the date and time for pick up only to find out once you get to the store that it's not due for a refill and waste a trip. If it's not due to get refilled then dont say it's due and select when you want to pick it up.

TERRIBLE! Since this apps format was changed a month or 2 ago it has been terrible!! I can't link my husband's acct but when I go to fill 1 of my prescriptions it has combined both of our prescriptions. His have my name on them and vice versa. It won't recognize passwords and flashes a red "server not responding" message. Too many issues to list. The old format was GREAT! Never had a problem with it. Since this update it's been a nightmare. My pharmacy is busy and prefers we use the app.

This is one of the worst shopping apps l have ever used. The search is terrible, as is the categorization of items, and the interface is clunky, slow, and makes shopping a chore. To make matters worse, I put five items in my cart, then made an account. The app deleted the items. A basic no-no that every other retailer seems to understand as sloppy web design. I like rite aid as a store, but this app is bad.

I deleted an earlier largely negative review. I acknowledge that there's likely to be a learning curve with any app of this importance, complexity and security. Plus, since my last review, a number of rough spots have been smoothed. It's not perfect but it works and works well, with minimal effort, once one gets the hang of it. Definitely recommend.

The only thing that would make this after better is being able to switch locations because I have 2 different locations depending on who's going to be picking up my meds. I suppose it would be nice to be able to have they phone call not leave a message as well. Myself on a does not actually tell me it when there are met new messages!

I'm not even complaining about its extremely slow speed. But this app is not working, it constantly hangs, drops you, loses information, shows incorrect information. For example, my shopping cart is empty, and it shows one. I used to think that the Stop & Shop app was not good. Now I realize that it's actually great compared to Rite Aid because this one is a total disaster.

In the process of trying to access my digital vaccination record using the link texted to me by 88688 without usable instructions, I tried installing this app, also to no avail. Seems I have to either call Rite-Aid for a print, which is not a digital proof of anything, or give my information to a third party and create an account with them. The app also hides buttons behind the keyboard used to fill in fields and does not allow scrolling to make them visible.

Saves me the trouble of having to deal with all my prescriptions over the phone. Sometimes it gets glitchy when you choose to stay logged in, which is required for medication reminders to work. I would like to see some kind of confirmation that a refill request was received and the ability to check its status. Currently there's only options to see medications ready to be refilled (assuming you have automatic refills) and refills ready for pickup.

I can't believe only one family member can use the app to order prescriptions. Also, creating a cart of items to order is useless. I want to be able to pickup additional items at the drive through window when I am ill but the cart does not link to a pickup amd I am unable to even pay in the cart for delivery. Many functions do not work--ordering refills sometimes do not go through. And, for the past month, I am unable to login even after changing the password. Useless. Frustrating.

I had used this app for a long time. After last update I cannot login from my phone or tablet. I worked with customer care 2 days trying all different options including deleting my account and re-entering all the info. Still does not work. Sent email to developer. No reply. I am very frustrated as I do everything from my phone. I see others are getting error messages too. So it is not just me. If you're going to put an app out there from a major company at least make sure it works.

Terrible, which is unfortunate as my local Rite Aid store is very good - on time with our prescriptions, friendly and helpful. But the app is AWFUL. Whoever programmed this needs to be fired immediately. It crashes, it won't let you schedule your Covid-19 and flu shots together (even though the pharmacy will do that, no problem), and currently it's just scrolling back and forth endlessly when I try to open it (had to reboot the cell to stop it). Going to try uninstalling and reinstalling.

At first I liked the app, but the weird bugs get irritating over time. One of them is that the back arrow doesn't work. If I'm viewing prescriptions on my primary account, or a linked account, and I want to go back to the choose account screen, the back arrow doesn't work. I have to change menus, eg; from pharmacy to shop and then back. I recently made the mistake of adding a medication reminder. I say mistake because now I can't figure out how to delete it. I can change the reminder options, but there is not a way to remove it that I can see.
Rusty Broken
9/12/22 after 4+ months of getting an error: "Something went wrong. Please contact Customer care." the app works again. I still have the same phone that they claimed was no longer supported. I suspect that they finally found and fixed the bug that caused this. I read the comments and numerous people had reported the same or similar problem. I can't believe that all of us had "unsupported" phones. Here's hoping that it stays fixed.

Doesn't keep track of necessary information. I have used this app for a while now. None of my rx's are tracked or saved. If there is something I should do, I have no idea how or where to input anything. The refill by scan is convenient, it would be better if I could figure out how to auto refill and if I could see if any prescriptions are ready for pickup since there seems to be an issue updating my current phone number.
