The app was really glitchy, took a long time to realize that it wasn't capable of doing the simple task of putting words on top of a photo to send as a postcard. It tricked me into signing up for a $60 membership but now won't refund anything. Had to go through the desktop to even cancel, and all it did was cancel the renewal of the subscription, next year. I never got to complete even a single card to send. So terrible.

The app is great, and it's the best designed postcard out there..... and you cannot just but one! they make you buy gold, silver, or bronze packages, which are billed yearly! you can just buy a postcard on it's own but they dumb it down and make it basic, remove some great features. i want to give them my money in exchange for a product but instead they want you to be part of their club like your buying a cable package.

Took another star off because it now won't delete drafts even after I go through the process to delete... It says, error, every single time so I have a pile of drafts when I open and it notifies me that there's an unfinished draft. So frustrating. Before editing: It's great when it works but it freezes often... When I went to the support page after multiple attempts to make a card - to try to fix the freezing - it froze.

I use this app to send quick photo cards to my grandmother. Once you get it set up, it's a few clicks and the card is sent. Takes the work out of keeping in touch but still captures the kind thought of a mailed letter. The price is slightly higher than other apps, but it's worth it for the full-size postcard and impressive picture quality. Highly reccomend!

I signed up for free trial and thought I cancelled membership before it ended. I was still charged 49.99 for membership afterwards. They have very specific language in the sign up process that is easy to miss. You can only cancel by emailing...don't choose delete account. Very typical free trial scheme, BUT that being said, after emailing and getting a reply email detailing all of the ways I didn't follow or see their policies, they refunded my account.

The glitches with this app are becoming more and more frequent. Currently, the app isn't allowing me to pay for the cards I want to send out, and it isn't allowing me to delete my draft. Getting in touch with customer support is pretty much out of the question. I am currently searching for a new app!!! You just lost a customer of 4 years who send out cards at least 4 time a year!!! This situation just gets worse and worse. I have been charged multiple times for credit packs.

Love the idea but gaining access to my photos doesn't change what you view when trying to add photos. Ex: I have specific albums in my Google photos but I still have to go through all of my photos to find the one I would want to send; that's to many in an age where I'm taking photos all of the time. It would also be great if allowing access would mean that when selecting photos I could view a wider screen of multiple photos rather than just the six or so I can see at the bottom of my cellphone s

Worked fine until recently. Now, the app is faulty and constantly get's stuck in a loop where you can't add addresses, and the website is very slow and fails to send cards. I've tried different devices and reinstallations. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this is now not usable. Avoid touchnote and use another service.

Way over-priced and forced into membership. This app is a total bait and switch scheme. I've looked all over for a way to send one card without paying $8/mo. I can't find any way to get out of the aggressively forced membership. This company is crazy if they think people are going to pay $8/mo plus the cost of cards for a service most will use only occasionally. Rip off.

I downloaded the app because it was a cute idea. Made a postcard and started to check out using the free trial. It was then that I realized this is a subscription service -- which I don't need because who sends that many postcards? I stopped the order and uninstalled the app. Several days later, I found out that they charged my card FOURTEEN times. (I ended up downloading the MyPostcard app and made/sent super cute postcards for $1.99 each.)

I absolutley LOVE this app! Easy to use, great quality, fantastic quick customer service. I keep credits so that I can send one whenever the mood strikes me. The quality of the postcards is amazing, especially considering they do go thru the post and arrive quickly with no damage. The few times that I have had to contact customer service they have replied within a few days and had my issue resolved fairly quickly. Being able to customize the font and stamps is a really nice feature. Worth It

Glitches are too much. I have used TouchNote for years and the service is quite good but the app itself has gotten steadily worse. Numerous times I've had to re-do cards because the app hangs or crashes or the order simply doesn't go through. Lots of functions do not work (unresponsive buttons) or do not work reliably (order status does not seem to update when cards are posted in US ). Quite frustrating.

This has been such an amazing app. My grandmother doesn't do technology, so I can still send her regular pictures of the family in a way she'll actually get and understand. My only complaint is the app can be a little tricky to use: I can't access all my pictures, the stickers are super limited, and it's hard to zoom in and out, or move pictures to different spots. But the benefits make it worth the extra work

Have really enjoyed sending personalized postcards from my travels with this App. Easy to use and create them. Only down side is the back end - you know that the postcards are shipped but not when they arrive, and I have had instances where they did not. TouchNote will resend for free but it is up to you to follow up to see if people are getting them in the first place.

Got hooked by a free demo and now I'm obligated to send postcards...a lot of that turned out to be cool, as those receiving them really do enjoy it. I'm usually pretty bad at doing stuff like sending nice cards out. The only problems I have are technical. The app has issues. I'll often have to start over on designs and the address feature will not just let me pick contacts from my Google contacts. Making cards can be finicky and troublesome. Easier on desktop.

This is a great way to easily touch people while you are traveling. The map location feature saves on text. The delivered product is of very high quality. The app works better after the latest update in September. Curiously, the cards looked a bit different than when drafting - I could have written more??.

I'm so annoyed! This app is great, WHEN IT WORKS!! Unfortunately, every time I get on there lately, there is something wrong. I try logging out and in, closing and re-opening the app, even restarting my phone. Nothing seems to be a good solution! It will work sometimes, but most times, it will not. Very disappointing! Extremely ...especially to this mother of 5 kids, 5 and under. I don't have time for this! This is how I stay in touch with my Granny in assisted living. So annoying!

Every other card I send doesn't arrive. When I complain to support, the only response is they'll resend or add credit. I have a membership and can't actually use up my cards because they don't arrive and are credited back. It's an endless cycle. I've been asking for a membership refund and support refuses to escalate the issue. They say it's not their fault, even though they've sent defective cards in the past. The app is terrible. Super glitchy. Very hard to search for your own pics. Don't use!
