I've been using VSCO for a long time now and things have been great! But as of the past few days I can't upload any photos, and if any go through, it's only a couple. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out of my Google accounts, etc. Nothing works. I'm considering switching to another app since this one is no longer working.

Leaving this review from my other email but I have been a long time user of the app. Theres now a really annoying bug that when you click on to view a photo full screen then X out the scroll resets to the top. Please fix it! It makes the app essentially unusable for me! As a customer I want the last pagination/scroll position to be maintained when I close a photo I am viewing So that I do not have to scroll through again :) Edit: still not fixed with latest update!

I loved all the filters and really wish I'd had more time to explore the app (the free week was great, I just happen to have a horrible cold). Ultimately, I couldn't commit to paying for a full year up front without knowing how much I'd end up using it, though I definitely would've signed up for another month at the monthly rate (which is given for informational purposes, but is not a payment option) had that choice been available to me.

For a long time my experience with VSCO was amazing. I never had any problems and was completely content. But lately, I have been having small glitches but none the less I ignored them. However, I am having a lot of problems with importing my pictures into the app. If this problem doesn't get fixed soon I might as well delete the app.

This app has potential if developed further. It has a lot of filters, but the down side is you can't really adjust much of anything. Very basic capabilities and I had to watch a YouTube to figure out how to use it. I'd love to see the development with customized features happen so I'll take a look after another update and see if it's what I'm looking for. Edit 2-15-2021, it appears updates have taken a turn for the worse in ads. These ads are customer losers. I cancelled subscription and deleted

Subscriber here. I loved this app :( But it's been getting more and more bloated and buggy on my Nokia 7.2. I loved it for its granular control, UI, and speed, but today I'm in a place where I can't even import photos — *all* of the suggested fixes don't work. Not to mention the crashing and gallery display bugs. And its a real shame, because this is a quality tool at it's core. But I fear "feature-creep" is setting in and quality is now a secondary priority :(

I got VSCO back when it was more about the editing and less about social media. Now everything is about memberships. You can only have access to just about everything if you're a member. Disappointing. I miss the VSCO that cared about artistry and not how much money they can make. The social media interface isn't user friendly either. Don't recommend. Get Photoshop instead if you really care about photography. This is an app for people who want to make their photos great for Instagram! Pass.

I've always loved this app.. really great for editing photos and such.. but for the past month or so, I have been unable to open the app without restarting my device. Moreover, the app continues to crash while I try to upload pictures or even edit them. I've never had any problems with this app before.. just wish there was a way I could use the app without having to restart my phone every time.

Good filters and "professional" experience. It feels like a copy of Lightroom (which is not a bad thing). The app is more tuned towards photo editing rather than sharing per se. It is hard to keep track of followers and who shared your photos, which is part of the "aesthetic" of the app. It is clean and uncluttered as well.

I downloaded VSCO not too long ago and everything was going fine. But since the latest update, I haven't been able to edit any of the pictures I've loaded into the app, and I also haven't been able to upload any new photos. It really makes me upset because I love using the filters and definitely prefer the look of VSCO edits over apps like Instasize. And from the other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one having issues with loading and editing content in the app right now. Sucks, man.

Previous review was 5 stars, now knocked down to 2. I receive an error every single time I try to save an image to my photos. And the exported frame rate for videos is so laggy that they are unplayable and distracting. What's going on? favorite app to edit photos in. straight and to the point. editing tools that dont compromise the quality of the photography. i tend to be happy with every update they release as well.

I've been using this app for the longest time and I absolutely love it but for the past week I've been trying to edit my pictures and I have trouble importing them and when I finish editing a picture and save it to my camera roll an error always occurs and so I havent been able to save any of my edited pictures. I'm really getting annoyed and bothered by it. Please fix this :((

I really like this app. There are great filters for my photos and a simple interface. However lately when I try to save photos, they're not straightened and instead tilted which is frustrating. There are other small bugs as well. After sending an email the team said they're aware of the problem but little else to help and no updates. I pay a subscription and use vsco often. I love the app but it would be great if these bugs could be fixed in a timely manner. I'd rather not move to another app.

Seriously do not hesitate to download vsco. It is such an amazing tool to utilize if you are super into photography or just want to enhance your photos just a bit giving it more of that "wow" factor. You can download for free but do not have access to all the filters..I tried it out for a few days before buying it which was 19.99 for a year. GUYS!!!! Thats really not bad AT ALL for all the presets you have access to and all the tools you can use. I love photograpghy and vsco is my happy place.

Love filters, hate the software. I've used this app for years but overtime the development of the app itself seems to be very lacking. The app constantly crashes on me, does not upload photos or save editing. Most of the time before using it I cross my fingers and hope it's having a good day. I wish there were more updates on the user experience and would have more dedication to fixing these bugs.

I absolutely loved VSCO. It's the only app I'll use to edit my photos, but like others I too am having immense problems with the app. It's been almost two weeks of having problems with vsco and it seems the apps company is in no rush to fix the issue(s). I have cancelled my paid subscription until they can fix their app. It makes no sense to pay for something that isn't properly working.

I've used this app for years and absolutely loved it. The only problem is in the last year or so when I edit a photo and save it, the pictures quality gets worse and there's no point in editing if the photo looks worse now. Unfortunately I had to try other apps for editing that don't sacrifice picture quality. It's really unfortunate because I really loved the features.

This was my every day go to photo editing app, but all of a sudden It will not open It will not import photos and it constantly crashes. Ive even uninstalled the app and deleted all the things I've done in it over the past few years and the last ditch attempt to fix it but it's still crashing constantly and the only thing that will fix a crash is a full restart of the entire phone. Reached out to support and I haven't heard back yet. Update : I've reached out twice, no response from VSCO
