It doesn't show the 'all photos' folder when selecting photos to upload. It's seperated into camera, whatsapp, snapchat etc.

great..easy to make the photobook problem is if you manage to download same thing twice you cant delete anything.. so frustrating

Very very poor. Took all day to upload my photos and once done it told me there was an error and I could not proceed. No way of find out what the problem was or rectifying it.

Prints are fine but I genuinely do not understand why the wall art posters are not in sensible sizes. Eg 30x20 slightly larger than A4 so it's incredibly difficult to find frames that fit these pictures

I have an account for albelli, the mailings asked me to download the app. I can't log in with my account and see my orders (what seems to be a useful feature in my mind - eg order more)

Useless app. Stupidity in a nutshell. The opening hours are not accurate. Example I tried phoning them Friday 14-04-23.and lines were closed. I had to use their chat. It took nearly 1.5 hours to arrive at a result. I was given un reupload code that simply doesn't work. Used to be a great company. It's terrible now. How is it cost effective to have an employee on chat for over an hour? He could have solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. On the phone. And giving people codes that don't work!!!

Very expensive and worse of all, the photos don't come out well on photobbooks. Absolute waste of time and money. Uninstalled!

easy to use ,just brilliant and user friendly for older people like me (55) .as I'm not too skilled at this ,but tried several different company's that were no where near as easy as this lovely app..thanks !

I use bonus print every year for a mother's day photo book. I've done this since my son was born and I've just created the 7th one. The quality is always brilliant, the price is good and the delivery time is great. always very happy.

Great for choosing your own pictures but time consuming to edit. I could find how to put text on the front cover as the option seemed to disappear after I edited

Spending hours uploading photo's only to find that more than half of them had an error. Then spent another hour deleting all the photo's with an error. Will not be using this app again
