very good products, easy to use. good variety of choice. Edit. Not so good as they were and hard to get in touch with. Impossible to use the robot woman, unless you have the exact query it has been programmed with. They claim to have a phone number on their website, but there is not one. Only a box to type in. I gave details of my query and only got a generic email response. Not personal to me at all. After years of being a customer, I am closing my account and will try another app. 😡

I bought the Mini-Vintage prints. Very happy with them and the print quality. They're not 100% photographic quality but that is to do with the quality of my phone camera TIP: Before printing the vintage-minis I would recommend zooming in to your photos slightly and increasing the brightness. (This is because they are shrunk to fit and wide shots look v small & photos on phones look way brighter than photos on print BC no screen) Would buy again.

Great when you want to get some prints or a box, but absolutely rubbish when dealing with too much data or with the photobooks (there's very little options to tweak the pages). I just spent 2 hours working on a photobook that disappeared and got deleted for no reason as I was about to checkout.

Worst app. Crashes everytime. I wasted my two days time. Very frustrated with the app and website. After edit and rearrange 120 pics the webpage was unresponsive and crashed. Then everything vanished. Its so ambarased. I don't recommend this product. You will waste your time for sure. Don't have none star ⭐ rating. Otherwise I would give that rating.

This app was so easy to use and you can easily personalise lots , it was great on common offers and always has somthing new, it also comes on time but since my order needed to come earlier I played for quick delivery however it was a bit overpriced yet it may have come later then i wanted it . Still it came on time and the pictures were great quality

Very good service and options, love using this app to capture great moments at a perfectly reasonable price too! Only thing that could be improved is the way to arrange pictures in photobooks (more than one for page, and options in the layout) and the length of description text allowance. Lovely app!

The app is great and the prints i got are pretty great. Not nearly as glossy as i thought it would be but i can live with that. The only problem is it does cost quite alot when i could have just gone down to somewhere local and bought them for cheaper. But the packaging was great! It does take a while to arrive and im still waiting on my calender but i assumed that would take longer than the prints. But yeh! Overall very good user friendly app just it is a bit pricy

Very easy to use app. I would really like to also be able to upload photos from Google photos. Also, the upload stops when the screen isn't active (if the telephone locks or I change the screen) - it would be nice if this would work also on an inactive screen.

I really like the app and the different design options, and delivery is always super quick! It would be even better if it was possible to re-order past orders and to order the same set of prints to different addresses instead of having to create the entire order again! :-)

I don't recommend this app to anyone. When you buy a product they take you the money, of course but then, it's not for sure that the order arrives to your address. If you have problems, that it's almost for sure you'll have them, the costumer service is horrible. They say a bunch of things like: problems with the delivery, problems with the machines, etc. You can talk to a wall, it's the same. I'm still waiting for something I bought on the 22nd of January to be delivered... Good luck!

I ordered several times and I'm never disappointed. I had a problem with one photo printed all black, the customer service was fast replying and offered me 1€ credit for this mistake. There are many options to print your photos, the quality is very good and the delivery on time. Highly recommend!

I ordered the photos for my anniversary to do a wall collage as a surprise and I was told it would arrive by Friday which is why I paid this much to get it on time. The photos never came and I have tried several times to contact the company and zero acknowledgement or response. The tracking doesn't update, it just says shipped so I have no idea when to expect it. Total rip off. Don't buy from here! You'll waste your money.

I've used this app a few times over the last year and it's been great, but recently I've been taking my time with a collage piece, and had saved it in the drafts, or when I'd thought I was finished, adding it to my cart. However, once I close the app, if I open it back up my drafts & cart are empty so have to start all over again...

Terribly disappointing. Placed my order in April.Waited for months. In May after contacting the support I was informed that the uploaded file was corrupted. Was offered to place an order once again and create the album once again from scratch (as the app does not allow to save it). Now it's been half a year and in spite of dozens of mails to the support - still no photoalbum received. I understand the whole corona situation, but 6 months of waiting? That's too much, sorry. Really upset about the service and the app. I wish I chose something else to print my photos. I do not recommend lalalab.

There is worse app ever. There is zero customer service, Noone replies to any Any messages! They have some errors while uploading pictures, but the process goes automatically so noone catches this and they send you wrong prints to home. I made a lot of efforts to contact them but there is no way you are able to talk with anyone. It's really really bad company, bad app and bad idea to use LALALAB.

Great prints last time I ordered but there seems to be an issue with the app sometimes with saving and on my last order when I added a gift box for my 70 prints it added a gift box and made the order value £695 as it went crazy and added it multiple times and I couldnt remove it so had to close the app and restart the process. Double check everything before completing your order!

Wanted to order a poster. Wanted to add promocode. Didn't reach the required 35 EUR total. Added a frame to my poster. I knew the price would increase by 30. At checkout I realised that the delivery fee increased too. I think by around 10 EUR. I didn't like the frame but couldn't remove it anymore. Since I couldn't remove the frame, I tried to add new poster but there was no option to use previously selected photos. Photo selection takes time so no way going through the process again..
