I placed an order and received an incomplete package. Then i got a promocode for the undelivered item. I placed a order another day and the rider was very rude. He did not come to my delivery location and asked me to cancel the order. Then the contact center said I used the promocode and there would be no refund for a package I did not receive.

They have the worst curiers ever! They are to comfortable to deliver to your apartment door and rings you to come and pick the food yourself where they park their car or in the front of the block...they are also not polite. It is the last time i am ordering from them as is not woth to ruin my day with this!! If they don't want to deliver the food, they promt you with a time that after passes, the order is cancelled and they can just leave without having someone from Glovo to see this refusal.

Well, I have been using the app for over 2 years now and I think there have made massive improvements. Delivery times are lesser now, the food packaging is great and mostly, you get what you ordered! The only outstanding area that needs further improvement is the location services.

I was charged €8 more than what showed up on my confirmation screen. It has been very difficult to get this money back. It seems like the app has a glitch and didn't apply any of the promotions when proceeding with the payment.

There are issues with the app I believe. Yesterday when I ordered sandwiches in Subway, there were options to add vegetables (for free since it's by default) but today it's impossible, there are no options. And when I ordered sandwiches twice — one by my own. Second one via Support, both times it's ordered just "bread with chicken" without tomatos, cucumbers, salad etc. And I cant add it. Support was helpful. But pls review this issue. If anything else needed from my side — we can chat. Thanks.

I could rate it a zero. But that wasn't possible. First of all don't download the app. The company gets you to spend your money on a delivery and made a system in which you can never confirm the delivery but you'll be debited. It's been 12 days of constantly messaging their unprofessional customer care and everyone kept telling me "it'll be refunded in the next 24hrs"... It's been 12 days. Please and please DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP. It's not worth the frustration believe me🙏🙏

The restaurant forgot to pack two burgers and they told me via chat that i will get a total refund and a promo code and all i got was 8 euros. I orderd the burgers immediately again and had to pay 6 euros more. What a bunch of plonkers. Wasn't even mad at the restaurant. It happens but your policy. If this is the way how you treat your customers, then i will never order from you again. Ever.

Worst customer service. There are some reviews about non existent refunds, I had the same. Two weeks straight they were saying that the money on its way, but even view of different support agents on how the refund is processing was different. However, the result is the same. UPD: Got the refund, but it took 17 days of messaging glovo and my bank almost everyday. For the fact +rating, but only 3 stars for overall pace.

Works when it works, no support when it doesn't. Do not use the Glovo Express feature yet. They haven't developed any system to ensure you receive what you ordered so if you realize something is missing there's no way to neither get the product nor be reimbursed. You risk wasting your money.

I cancelled one order immediately after I made an order and they already charged the cost, and I'm not eligible for any refund at all. That's ridiculous if someone made some mistake in delivery time or address, I'm super frustrated with this application. Anyway I won't order anymore with this app, money spent and close.

Bad customer service. They do not get anything done. Do not pay with card because they do not refund if something happens with your order (they say they do but i got scammed twice where my order was cancelled and i never got my money back!) . Customer service will say you will get money back but you never do. They will also say it is a bank problem but i found out it was a lie since i get refunds no problem from other apps. Too bad.. was good when it started.

They messed up everything that could be messed up. I am waiting for more than 2 hours for an order, that I had to order twice because they messed up the address the first time + I selected pay with cash and instead they got money from my card. I had to deal with the courier for about 20 minutes over the phone because the app send him to a wrong address. I decided to try again and I am waiting for my order for a second time and it's still not here. I strongly don't recommend.

This is a great app for ordering all kinds of things, like groceries, medication, or even take-out. A few areas of inprovement: 1. The app might offer users an opportunity to save restaurants/pharmacies in a "favorites" landing page, to increase navigability and also more data for them. 2. A lot of times I have had trouble paying for things using mobile money, so unfortunately I must use a bank card, for which I accrue a fee. Maybe it's a bug, but I never get an explanation for why it refuses.

Sad. The selection of food from the supermarket is around 5% of the total offers. You serious? ONE option for tomatoes in Alcampo? Disappointed, will never use again. Not a single product that I buy is available for purchase through the app. Not talking about the restaurants, if they are not yet open they won't be even found 😂 Very lame realization of the app, despite it's great potential.

I have placed an order and just after 3 minutes canceled it while the cancel opetion was still active. They have charged me with the whole amount saying that the merchant and the courier were prepared with my order. And even if they were ready I had to know by seeing that the cancel opetion is no more active. After contacting them they refused to give me a refund.

The worst delivery app! I completed an order and got charged a completely different amount! When I asked to cancel the order as it was more than what I saw in the application they mentioned a cancelation fee needs to be paid, for the mistake they made! They falsely charge you and then have the audacity to specify it's the restaurants fault!Customerr support is terrible. They use templates and never solve the actual problem. DO NOT USE THIS APP! GET TAZZ IT'S BETTER!

For the last over 6 months, the glovo app has not been accepting registerations or signing yet they keep advertising it.... don't you know your app have got issues?! I've deleted the useless app everytime I download to login and it gives an error message. If a basic user experience such as user ability to login has been a recurring issue then I don't expect anything good from your service. Terrible oversight. Going ahead to delete the app for the 6th time

Poor service where the app just wants to work when THEY want. I restart the app at it sees just restaurants. Then I restart it again and it sees shops & restaurants. Third time is a charm? I close it again, almost all categories are up but when you click on a supermarket, the app is dead and it doesn't execute. Disappointed.
