The app is laging so much. Customer experience is very very poor. And even so many reviews have highlighted this, either they are not bothered or their tech team is not able to resolve it.

I would rate it 5 star but you have issue with Navigation. Back button doesnt work in all screen consistently. Sometime you can go back with phone back button and some times you have to use app back button. Its frustrating pl fix it.

Don't use their loyalty program. I accumulated point for 2 years, and when i finally reached 4000 points and wanted to redeem, i opened an application and saw that 3500 points were gone, they were "expired"! How on earth could points expire?!?! They stole my points. So don't use it and you won't be disappointed.

Very bad app don't buy through app they have alot of problems and they can't fix it even through call centre

Excellent app. Easy to use. Fast search. Does not hang. Search option are more than what we need. Fav marking. Managing basket is easy and flexible. History purchases is accurate and smooth.

The app is good but a key issue is pics not loading. For many products especially under 'brands', the pictures are not showing. This is a bug that needs to be resolved as whole point of online shopping is having the ability to see clear pics.

i love shopping in BFL but their CS team (Christine specifically) obviously needs more training. They are hopeless in assisting customers. I forgot to use my code and the easiest thing they could have done is to refund me the amount I should have gotten had I used the code but they insisted that I should just return the items or cancel the orders and place a new one. That doesn't make for good customer experience and the company ends up losing more (with reshipping and all).

App needs improvement but the products sold are pretty good quality based on the brand you shop. Getting the sizes correct might take some time as they have US UK and EU sizes so always refer to the size quide. Delivery window is not the greatest. The option of store pickup works great for me as I can place an order even for a very low value and still get a free store pick up. Refund to card is available on return for online purchases. But no refund on cash payment only credit to BFL wallet

I'm using the app since many years, but I can't see any improvements on men products. You need to change the way of promoting men clothes, I don't know if the problem from the suppliers or the Web developer or the models or the clothes! I feel that you are just adding men items without picking the best models to match with the clothes. You need to find developer with better taste. Rather than this, everything's else are great.

it used to be working great but for the past few months it's a nightmare. poctures are not opening, so to view items I need to go to web browser and often the items are already unavailable. Hope it will get fixed soon as shopping here became really difficult.

I buy a lot from brands for less in real life thought I could check out their app but it sucks. If an item is sold out then you have to make it bold that it's sold out Also, very less clothes than I expected or should be in a clothing app. Like I want to have more trendy choices/options not just (for example) 70 basic tops to pick from Adding a customer review option would help is know what other people thought of the item and help us know if to purchase or not. -1 Bad experience. There are good finds in the app, but please don't fall for the promotions and all. Even the free delivery isn't true at all. In fact I've been charged more than my actual checkout amount. I don't have any idea why but I just received an email saying that it(item) was CANCELLED. I went to the app and it showed that it's 'out of stock' despite the fact that it was already paid for in my cart, no notifs of refund or if I'd perhaps want an item replacement. So, never again.

I dont know what happened nowadays with the application. Pictures can not be seen immediately. Sometimes u need to click the item before u can see the pictures I havent faced this problem before. I purchased my items online via this app for more than 4 years. Now the application is terrible. Can someone fix this problem. Thank you
