I loved this app until it stopped working out of nowhere. Tells me my password is incorrect even after resetting it.

The app is very glitchy which makes it difficult to submit entries for shoes. There's been times where I didn't know my entry was selected because the app didn't notify me and my notifications are turned on. I just submitted an entry for the Cherry 12's an hour ago and now it's not there and I constantly get "error" messages when trying to submit entries. This app really needs a new update

App gives network errors constantly, even when connected to high speed wifi. Very useless unreliable app.

Very very slow and everytime I try to open the app it says I have the wrong password and I have to wait 15 minutes which is forever because no matter if I wait 15 minutes or 15 days it still says the same thing app is basically useless for me.

App works perfectly for me. Everyone saying it's glitchy or whatnot has low end cheap Androids with buggy software & wrong firmware bc they can't root properly. Y'all straighten up now, ya hear!?

The App is not working well right now. It keeps saying "It has Timed Out with a error and code that I can't even talk to anyone by phone. I had to do a chat and still I am waiting for a return call.

Absolutely Disgusting Behavior from this app. Everytime i open it, im logged out and have to re-type my password. Constant error every single time. Everytime.

Locked me out the app saying too many failed attempts. Wait 15 mins. I try again hrs later and then it says the same thing. Trash

I absolutely loved the app but for the past couple of weeks it has been having issues, error msg, saying it can't connect to the server and even purchasing issues. Like the other reviewers, I uninstall and reinstall and it works great again only for a few days. Please fix it!

This app is horrible, I can't log in without it saying error I only can log into the website online when I try to use the app as a guest I can't order anything it keeps saying error I wish I could give this app 0 out of 5 stars it doesn't deserve one

The app keeps crashing and whenever I try to use it, I get an error code. I still get notifications, but when I click on the notification, I still get an error code. I've deleted and re-download it but still nothing. I have a S23 ultra, and when I switched from my old phone to this one, it worked for maybe a week, then started doing the same thing. Terrible app

Great shop, but the app never works. The only time it works is when I delete the app, then reinstall it, and it may work for a week. I do get text alerts on sneaker drops, but when I click the alert, it just sends me to the Foot Locker site with error codes. Love the site, but please fix the app!

I have never used a more glitchy app. Everything is a challenge, even simple things like logging in. So many error notifications and crashes.

Error codes when attempting to login despite Uninstaller and reinstalling the app. Online login isn't an issue. Only the app.

This app is only useful for showing you the newest releases. I can never sign into the app so I cannot not reserve or submit entries for the shoes. Sucks!

App hardly works. Always gives an error message. It would be great if it actually works. If it continues, I may have to uninstall!

Sent me a defective pair of air max 90s with a big bump running through the middle of the toe box and won't waive the $6.99 return fee. Ridiculous for a company this size. Finish line is better in every possible way.
