Prices are crazy high. I changed my notification settings because I was getting spammed. They say to call when you need service. I spent twenty minutes on hold only to be hung up on before I could say anything. I canceled my account and now I still get spam messages. They say if you want the spam messages to stop, you need to call customer service. This company is laughable.

My app works perfectly and I got to order my favorite items from Schwans with ease. The app also provides you with a choice of in-person or drop-off option if you're worried about contact. I'm not, so I have the best delivery representative ever!!!!!

Don't use Facebook login I've used the app for a few months by signing in with Facebook. Now I'm unable to login, as it's telling me I don't have authorization. It won't let me login with the registered email set in my account. I worry all my credit is lost, if I cannot log on. Plus I can't make my order. Good to uninstall and reinstall and hopefully it'll work. 🤞 Otherwise, food is always delicious and our delivery man is so nice! Great company. Troublesome app.

Is the absolute best food delivery you see all these different deliveries these days, pre-made meals, and they're so very expensive, these are pre-made meals! they are delicious! their treats, everything! very reasonable! and they have loyalty points also. Great choice folks. This company has been around for over 50 years, I've used them that long.

I love Schwan's food! However the app and website are both just awful. You literally can't remove items from your cart once they're in there. Even after Uninstalling and reinstalling could not update my cart. And clearing cache and cookies in the browser. Makes it so I order from them less.

Very easy. Love it. Glad they upgraded to the app. I prefer shopping through apps, rather then through the actual websites. Just wish they would add the PayPal option when checking out, it's an easier check out because your card info auto fills.

App will not allow you to login when using email account. More business lost! You might want to look at your attempted login logs and determine just how much revenue you are losing. You seem to be pretty good at sending emails. Send me one when this issue is corrected, until then no business from me.

The app was finicky. It would suddenly stop letting me add items to my cart until I rebooted the app. But my real complaint is the service. Over a month to deliver my order? That's absolutely rediculous. Oh and I earned free shipping only to get a $10 shipping charge for ups. What a crock.

I love that there is an app. Thank you to the developer. I love that the products are nicely categorized along with the deals. It is nice to know when items are out of stock, so that it creates less issues. The products sold are of quality, I feel. I do believe that the products are frozen, prepared, and packaged within USDA standards. Every deliveryman I have encountered have been polite and professional. I am a huge fan of Schwan's because of the fact that they have proved to me their product.

Up until the latest update (4/2023) the app was working fine. Now it loads a blank white screen with top and bottom bars, but doesn't navigate. 😔 and I have an order I was getting ready to make. Still love Schwan's. Hopefully the app gets fixed so I can use it again (and update my review).

Most of the offerings at Schwan's are awesome however, there are a few items I just don't care for such as sherbet, pork chops, and vegetables and pasta mix. Maybe it's just me but it seems as though there is a lot of pimentos in the pasta/ veggie mix. I would say that if this is all I'm complaining about Schwan's must be doing a sensational job so!! Keep up the great jobs to the women and men at Schwan's Food and Home Delivery!!! ⛪

No more home delivery, must use mail at an additional $10 per order fee. Prices have skyrocketed!!! Items that were $6/box are now $11/box. But worry not...practically Everything is it of stock! I've been checking back for months and still no luck on most items. After 40 yrs of loving Schwan's products, and being a loyal customer, I think this may be the last. I will dearly miss them because If/when you can get their products, they were delicious. They may be too expensive now anyways. To sad😢

I don't know what the point of having an app is, there is always some glitch that makes it impossible to complete the order without going to the website. Like this time, I couldn't edit or add any credit cards, the app would just say 'page not found'. Lazy app developers.

I love Schwan's! But I really dislike a recent change to the app. You can no longer see your next upcoming service date, which also means no option to skip if you don't have an order placed. With gas being so expensive, I don't see a reason to have my driver unnecessarily stop by. Please change it back!

Help! App says security certificate has expired. Also, can not log in via internet page. I hope this is a temporary issue. 1☆ at the moment. 4☆ for overall experience. Typically a great app. Quick and easy way to place orders. Get push notices and reminders. Oh, yeah, and the foods great too!!!

App doesn't talk with website or their system on a consistent basis. I've placed orders and changed delivery date and schedule that never made it to the company, in turn to our driver. I don't rely on the app now, just use it to browse but do everything on the desktop version.

FIX YOUR APP AND WEBSITE. I haven't ordered anything in 2 months because your app and website will not let me make any changes to my cart. I can't empty it. I can't remove individual items. I don't want everything currently in my cart. I'm about to cancel my entire account over this. If I can't get my next order placed because of this, I'm done.

Oh my goodness your food is absolutely delicious! My favorites are your chicken wings, 5 grain rice pilaf and all of your ice cream the gentleman that delivers it is such a nice person. He is so kind and always checks when he's in the neighborhood to see if you want anything else. I have placed several orders with you and everything has always been so good, however I did buy one item because it was 50% off and I love Mexican food. It was the tamales
