I've had the app for a couple of years. Haven't used it until this month. Decided to see if it actually helps my credit any. My spending limit was $700. I made I think 10 orders. Paid off 4 already. None of the payments are even due yet so really I've made like 9 payments early and my spending limit decreased to 500. I would post screenshots if it would let me of the convos with customer service which was pointless.

Super convenient for the items I don't want to use regular credit card for. Sometimes I will only want to try things before paying the full price just in case I want to to return the item, unlike other debit or credit options which makes you pay the full price up front. Amazing!

I love this App! It makes large purchases more manageable by allowing you to pay over time instead of upfront without having to have perfect credit. They also allow you to push out your due date if something comes up and you need more time to pay. Absolutely brilliant! There are some really great stores that you can use Sezzle with for checkout, but I really would like to see some of the major online stores like eBay, Walmart and Amazon eventually offer this as a payment option.

When your on a budget and need to make a larger purchase Sezzle is the way to go. No hidden fees and if you get the Seezle Up account they report your payments to the credit bureaus. So those on time payments help raise your credit score. So if someone is trying to help build their credit score or repair it try Sezzle Up all you need is a bank account. Also another great thing is if you need to change your payment date because something came up they allow you to do so with no fees added.

Ok experience with the app. I have about 5 bank accounts and of course they only accept 1. When I lost the only compatible bank card I couldn't pay for my purchase with anything else which resulted in a late fee that more than doubled my payment. Only frustrated because I had the money but they didn't accept the payment. Unlikely to use again.

Sezzle premium service is computer automated and glitches will damage your credit rating. I made all my payments significantly before they were due. While attempting to make payment early, I chose the wrong debit card and it declined instantly. I immediately switched the method of payment and completed the payment early. They reduced my spending limit putting my amount owed over the available and damaging my credit score. Premium is terrible. If you use, stick with free level of service.

I like sezzle and I use it quite frequently. Overall a good app the only thing that I believe it lacks is the ability to favorite a store or bookmark them. Sometimes I just casually browse different stores and some items may catch my attention. At some point I'd like to go back and buy the item but I forget which store had it since there are many different stores with similar items.

Sezzle is amazing. The beautiques i shop at use sezzle and i love it! Total purchase is divided into 4 payments. You pay first payment the day of checkout. No interest. If u can't pay a later payment on time, they give you the option to reschedule at your convenience. First reschedule is free but after that its still only 5$ added on. But i love that feature. Klarna and afterpay don't have that option. Definitely recommend.

Great way to buy something you want/need for when you're low on cash or even have and just don't want to put that dent in your wallet. Splits 4 payments into four quarters of the total price and charges every two weeks on payday. Secondly you can also build your credit through these guys which is fantastic.

I have been trying several times now to make a purchase from a particular Boutique and it says it is completed and redirecting me, but it never will and when I look, it shows it went through on sezzle, but not on the boutiques end. It also has the total I owe and the amount that is going to be taking out. I have messaged customer service and they told me it was the merchants fault, that maybe they didn't have enough of what I am trying to buy and I know that is not the case. Can someone help!!!

Great app to pay for big purchases a little at a time. No interest charged or fees. Starting limit is a few hundred dollars then after a couple paid on time purchases, and connecting a bank account, my limit went up to $850! The ONLY downside is that they aren't accepted at nearly as many merchants as I would like to see.

Amazingly easy, great reminders, & awesome benefits. Sezzle has made it easy for consumers to buy the items they like while allowing a payment plan to be set in place. Once you pay off your first plan, you'll see a boost in the spending power. They'll remind you if your payment is coming up and you can choose how you want your payment to be taken (just no capital one). They make it easy to join and it will help build your credit with these easy payment plans. Love Sezzle!

App kinda sucks. I'm over it. Chat support doesn't work. Keeps failing to connect. Can't add bank account bc the app freezes, so you get charged convenience fee for each transaction. Can't switch payment methods without it freezing either. It's ridiculous w the amount of money they're making off ppl they can't fix their app!! Edit: I lowered my rating due to the lazy response I received. Clearly if that were the answer I wouldn't be here. I've cleared data, cache, and reinstalled. DOESNT WORK.

I have found different debit/credit cards and they only accept one of them. The rescheduling of payments is grea!!! however choosing that option causes you to not be able to place another order until it is completely paid off! Reporting to the credit bureaus is FANTASTIC! Honestly, no others do that. so I would say 2 and a half stars is fair because it is both positive but negative! If they fixed the negative things...instant 5 star! But still would recommend for those trying to build credit!

This is a great app. BUT one major thing that is infuriating is when you reschedule a payment, and then pay it off, it takes a week or more for them to update that and you can't make any purchases...even though you have already paid off your rescheduled payments.....or when you make payments early they don't take the money from your bank right away, it might take later that day or even the next day...

So much better than putting on the credit card and then you find yourself not paying it in full monthly, adding interest. With Sezzle you can get your purchase, interest free, and pay it off in 4 payments. I have almost completely stopped using my credit and pay with cash. I highly recommend, the relief of not having a credit card payment with interest is fabulous!

Just an FYI.. utilizing this app will indeed cause your credit scores to drop eventually. Because they have a system where they're constantly upping and suddenly dropping your spending limit (and in my case without my knowledge)- it reports as if you've lost credit, which begins to effect your credit utilization scores. Caused my credit to drop by 19 points when it did this! I truly wish I would've known this beforehand or I would've never even considered using this app. You've been warned! Smh.

This app is so convenient and helpful when I have to stretch funds in between paychecks; which is what I thought was the purpose of installment apps. Now you want to charge a monthly fee to access the same stores that I can with Zip, Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna along with a charge to use a credit/debit card. On top of that you limit my ability to make purchases until I upgrade. Once I pay off my last purchase, I will be uninstalling this app.
