Limited buying. Lots of "blacklisted" items. Items that are available on the stores website, can't even be searched for using this app.

The app doesn't show the Scorecard points I've earned in 2021 when I have earned points as recently as a month ago under My Points. And it now ceashes when you try to open it. Please fix this issue ASAP. If the IT department that designed this worked for me I wouldn't be happy with their performance and fire most if not all of them for delivering a poor product.

Horrible app, navigation is lame, I couldn't buy anything even if I wanted to because everytime I click on a product it redirects me to something else. I use the app to pay on the credit card and that's it, which doesn't matter because I can't shop using the app so the card gets rarely used because I don't live in a town with a store. Good job. 👍

Worst app I've ever downloaded. I could walk 10 miles and still not get my 3 points towards that big $10 off.. pffft wasted all my time counting my steps daily. I'm sure I've walked at least 3 miles daily for thr past 3 weeks... uphill in the snow both ways... and still haven't gotten to the first 300 points.... overall I'd give it a single point on the first star if that were an option.

DSG has a disjointed ecosystem. Signing up to the app uses a username. Signing up online uses an email. Signed up using app, tried to buy something and checkout wants me to checkout as a guest. Went to do it on computer and had to sign up again. Now this leaves me with multiple rewards points card numbers. It needs to be addressed, this shouldn't be an issue for an established company. Also the app needs a whats in store search and display ability pretty significantly.

This app is terribly inconsistent. It seems to never keep me logged in. I've attempted to make several purchases in the past and in the checkout section after I put in payment information it wipes out the screen and items I have in my cart. It's required me to go back and find the items all over again, which after a second or third attempt it'll usually take the payment and process the order. Too much of an inconvenience to rely on this app.

Okay I'm impressed you took a bad app and made it worse. I don't mean by a little bit. I am angler and the previous organization of the fishing section within the application was bad. But now it's almost unusable. If you somehow end up finding what you're looking for. The checkout process is horrific. If you're signed in with your account it doesn't port in personal information such as shipping address. The scan card feature pulls incorrect numbers. The list goes on and on.

Typing in this app is hell. I can never type out a word with out it looking something like this "sshosshoes" and all i did was try to type shoes. God forbid u want a basketball backboard those words seem to dupicate 8 times while just trying to type. Which makes it very dificult to look things up while shopping and definitly discourages you from wanting to continue further with the app.

Worst app I have ever had. It takes forever for any page to load. I'll even go to the website to try and order instead but it always takes me back to the app, only it never logs me in after repeated tries so I can never use my points. I give it a generous 2 stars because I do like the points being automatically added. And, IF it does work, it's fine. Honestly, their website isn't much better. Which is so disappointing because I shop here all the time.

I like that my points are updated automatically and I can set my home store. Ordering is easy and reliable. However the fact the app refreshes and sends you back to the beginning of your search if you are off the screen for more than just a few minutes is frustrating.

Move worked, then didn't, then a few months ago did, and then on Mar 5 didn't. It now freezes when I try to select the Move feature. The Move concept is great and when it worked I felt an affinity for Dicks and always used the $10 reward toward a larger purchase. It's sad that this app is messing it up.

It's not a terrible app, but it will crash some times. I also seem to have 2 different carts going and I never know which cart an item will get added to. I also can't figure out how to get to the second cart when I'm in the first one. It's the weirdest thing. You're better off checking out online.

It's been non functional when trying to check out the last two weeks. I'm already logged in while shopping. Have to log in again and it says wrong password. Reset password isnt even working. Way too much trouble on a regular basis. Not smooth when looking at items either. Lots of back to your first search.

Good products. Scorecard program is a good customer loyalty program. The app and their remote customer service is absolute garbage. They don't seem to mind that me and many others are all saying so either as they are doing nothing quick to fix any of this. Update - If customer service worked I could have fixed a number of my problems sooner, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is working better with the newer version for Scorecard and order history. Ordering improving too.

The MOVE program often just stops recording. You have no idea until you go check your points. Nothing has changed, it just stops. App also doesn't send you notices when you have a reward available or when it is about to expire.

Move activity syncing broken. I am able to connect the app to my Under Armor account, but none of my activity syncs. MapMyFitness has the correct workout data, but Move never sees it even though it says it is synced. The app used to work fine, but a while ago I had account issues like everyone else and then it doesn't work. Every once in a while a sync might make it through, but it rarely happens.
