Not terrible as far as retail apps go. It sometimes can take a while to load, even though it doesn't load all the items at once. Not the best, not the worst. It doesn't inundate with notifications and is actually 1 of the very few (less than 5) apps that I leave notifications on.

App is functionally fine but I have to keep logging in every time I open up the app. There seems to be some sort of bug that won't save my login info. The error that pops up is [missing input key "id"]

Well using the Harbor Freight app is definitely better than going online, it's much easier. Of course trying to give it a review sucks, it won't let me highlight a single word it wants to highlight the entire review. Go figure

Deceptive advertising. ITC coupons don't have coupon codes. ITC Early Access coupons don't have coupon codes. Good lock getting them honored in stores. Edit: retried following the steps in the company's response and zero coupons were applied. Lady inside was nice and returned and re-rang everything doing the coupon manually. Don't trust this app

One thing that bugs me about this app is that if I click on a specific item and look at it, when I return to the rest of the tools, etc., the site always goes back to the very top and not to the place I left. Another is that there's a limit to the number of items that can be saved on the shopping list. It's tedious.

FFS, stop asking me if I want push notifications every time I open the app. I didn't the first time, I still don't The app does a good job of looking up items and coupons, but harbor freight really needs and order online, pick up in store option like most other stores have now.

Why do I get inside track notifications, if I'm not an inside track member? Either include a way to turn off inside track notifications, or I'll have to turn off all notifications. I miss the circulars that used to be mailed out. The only way to see those sales is to visit a store. It was those fliers, and the sales in them, that got me to go to a store. Can't view that online.

Since the last update, every time I open the app, it pesters me to allow notifications. I don't want to. Furthermore, I can't actually do any shopping in the app. Finally, there is only one picture of each item. You can see more pictures on the website, not to mention, actually buy online.

Easy to use, fairly comprehensive. Not quite accurate about available stock at individual stores. And be ready to get email-bombed with a bewildering variety of coupons that seem to offer the whole store for great prices, but only until you see all the "excluded items." It *is* worth joining their Inside Track Club for the deeper discounts and frequent extra days ahead of big sale events. It's only around $40/year, IIRC. Sometimes it'll give 2 or 3 days of shopping before the "riff raff."

The "search" field seems lacking to me. Unless I call something by the exact name used in the app, it takes a while to find it. Likewise, the filter function could use refinement. Oscillating tool blades should not include 10" table saw blades. Otherwise, the site works well.

Recent changes to app have improved performance and responsiveness. But changes to the My List functionality are annoying - 1. Hitting the heart icon to add to My List, doesn't change the icon itself. So if you come back later and add again to My List, it updates the quantity. 2. The My List view used to be clean and compact. Now it's cluttered with Quantity and Comment fields. At most I fit only two items on the screen. Developer, please revisit these changes and see how to clean them up

I like the app, except for two annoying things. 1. It now asks to enable push notifications every time i open the app. This is unacceptable and annoying. If it isn't removed soon i will be uninstalling. 2. Having to log in every time to see my wish list is also very annoying. Please correct these problems! RE installing didn't help. I also get an error about a missing id.

Alway's appreciate the quality and price of there products. If you looking for a cheap tool for a small job and not going to use it much afterwards or, if you need a tool of a higher quality and it will get used and abuse and hold up to it. There prices are set for that good, better, best categories, so it can fit your budget or occasion.

OK app. Let's you see stock & prices, add favs, look at specs, just some manuals. If browse by category, no control over order. Can't sort unless U search, get 1 chance then it's gone, but then doesn't work anymore. Should be able to change filters ANY time, filter by store can't. CAN'T order from App!, so pointless for now. App has a long ways to go. Will probably delete, as it's a pointless waste of time & memory. Menards app is 7% size, does it all, duh

Search tool is lacking... It finds some stuff you type in but it's very bad at sorting... It tends to show less of what I asked for and more random stuff it miscategorized... Kinda like their coupon exclusions... They miscategorize air tanks as "air compressors" to remove them from the discounts... Lame. It is also nitpick on what it displays, so you'll get lots of wrong items and a few right or nothing at all...

One of the most important ways I like to use websites & apps is to create "shopping lists" for those times when I am going to the store. It's so much easier to create the list using the website & access it via the app in the store. However, since the app doesn't give you the option to log in, you can't access the list without recreating it using the app. Why would you expect customers to do twice the work?!? Really dumb!

For the most part app works well for looking up items and keeping track of sales & coupons. However, if you want to order something or check account have to go to website. If you add items to list on website they don't transfer to app. My biggest problem with Harbor Freight is if you want to order something not in stock they won't ship to store for pickup like most retailers. Instead they want to charge outrageous shipping for items that should be available locally.

"Some features could not be loaded" - this was the first and only error I got once the app was installed. Clicked OK, then saw only a white screen with the red HARBOR FREIGHT name smack in the middle. This does not change, no matter what. The app won't let me search for anything. And it won't close normally, even after "killing" it the hard way and relaunching the app. Uninstalling two minutes after the installation. Highly not recommended. 🤨
