It is too slow uploading photos. I like the free prints every month. The shipping is too high and now they raised the pictures to another 1cent. The uploading should be faster, it shouldn't take that long. Up until now I really like this app and the pics. are always nice, good quality. But they have no phone # to call them. I had a problem and couldn't call them so it didn't get fixed yet. The free gifts are nice on the other app, but too much shipping.They always want a screen shot to solve the

Been using this app since 2017. I've never had any issues with it, I've printed over 800 photos with them. I've also used their other apps and frankly, I love them all. The convenience, the quality, the shipping time. I live in a rural area and am "the one always taking photos". Im grateful for the cost effectiveness and the easy way they all function.

The print quality is rather good. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Aside from a couple pics that were a little washed out, the rest were vibrant and clear. I also love the other options; larger sizes for a great price, duplicates at a low price- pennies each, smaller size options like wallets, and the stand options. i will be using this every month for sure. Shipping and handling are low cost. I have lots of kids and being able to get photos to pass on and share is wonderful.

I LOVE this app!! It is so easy to pick the pictures you want printed. You can even have them have a matte finish for super cheaper (maybe even free depending). If you go over the limit of your free then you only pay a few cents per the extra ones. Shipping is less then $10!! Usually gets delivered quickly! There's so many options too!! Love love love!!! Definitely recommend!!!

I've been hearing ads for this for years--always figured there was some catch and ignored it. But oh my gosh! I freaking love it! I've gotten a bunch of 4x6 for free and even got to make an adorable 20-page photo book for my husband for his birthday... I only had to pay shipping--for it for 8.99!! I was thinking that maybe they would charge for adding text or something, but nope! I mean, I realize I'm reviewing a couple of their apps, not just this one, but this company rocks! And I would recommend it to anyone who likes photos and photo books and photo tiles at awesome prices!!!!!!

Generally love, however could be vastly improved with a couple of additions, one that's already in the photo books app. Free prints needs a way to save projects that have yet to be printed. Also it needs a feature to remind the user about photos in the current project that have already been printed. When we have thousands to choose from & don't want to miss precious memories it would be nice to make sure we aren't duplicating & wasting time/ money. I love being able to print posters!

The app is simple and easy to use with great service. When I installed the app, I got a welcome offer for free shipping on ten images. I did just that, ordering ten images. They arrived on time - amazing for free! Walgreens now doesn't support matte finish, but FreePrints rocked it with an amazing matte finish! The colors of the images were spot-on - all ten of my specially-designed test images came with perfect color accuracy! None of the images were scratched on arrival. Highly recommended it!

I was initially impressed. 85 free prints & i just paid shipping! Then after my first order, I had a pop up stating that I earned a free picture blanket. Awesome! We were so excited. I went through & added the 10 pictures & personalized the text. As the app was uploading the pictures, it popped up telling me it couldn't load. I tried to refresh, go back, nothing. So when I went back in to the app, the offer was gone. I contacted the company & they stated there was nothing they could do.

Impressive; I tried a few other photo apps and this one is great. Has almost every function I need. Reasonable speed in delivery. Great quality. And the price is fantastic. Basically it's free except for shipping charges. But of course any extra photos and stuff has a reasonable extra charge. That's probably how they make a profit. But nonetheless, it's a great value. The Freebooks and Free Tiles apps are also excellent and impressive.

Really, really pleased with FreePrints. I am limited with where I can print photos locally. I have used other online services in the past that were quite pricey. FreePrints is simple to use and has lots of options (matte, picture sizes, etc). You pay for shipping, yes, but it is still an amazing deal for the number of prints allowed per month. The photos themselves are great quality. Better than my local drugstore photo lab. A great value, and great app.

I highly recommend FreePrints!! The app is very easy to use. I did have a delivery charge of less than $10; however, the quality of pictures is great and price is right. You have an option of glossy or matte. For some reason I chose matte, which look great for closeups, but wish I had glossy for some of the others. I will probably reorder those with the glossy. Regardless, no fault of FreePrints.

Love it! It's (understandably) not completely free, but shipping is only about 3 dollars if they're having a sale and about 7 dollars if they're not. (You only pay shipping costs.) I got around 30 pictures for a great price! My order arrived in about a week, and the photos were great. They seemed sturdy, shiny, and colorful. I really like my prints! I put them on the walls of my room and they look great!

I order photo prints and many other items they offer!! For a few years now! I love this app. It's so convenient and pricing is perfect and quality is great! My first ever disappointment was shipped today. I purchased a personalized pillow. Which I have done in the past. But this one the fabric was so much different. Very cheap feeling the other one was great. I was sad to see that. But other than that best app for being creative with your memories!

Easy to use and lets you load photos from many sources, like Google drive- very convenient. I like that I can order photos with a matte finish and a white border (though weird that I had to place an initial order to "unlock" this feature). I have ordered A LOT of photo prints though this app and all the rewards and deals I earn are just them trying to get me to add on other products and not a real deal. Would like to see more promo incentives. Also, customer service never responds to my emails.

I love this app. You can duplicate your entire order for less than $10. The quality is good. When I joined I had read reviews about having an ad on the back of the photos but there has only been basically a stamp advertising the app itself. I wouldn't mind an ad anyway because they go in a book or frame, but it's nice so I can write the details (for my great grandma) and give them away. I do pay the max for shipping, but it's still cheaper than when I was printing them at the store.

Wow. My pictures turned out absolutely beautiful, even the ones that were low quality. The app is also super easy to use, and they have great options for customizing your photos. I was slightly disappointed that i paid the extra dollar for fast shipping as they took just as long to arrive, but I assume that's because of shipping slowing down because of covid-19. Super happy with this app and will definitely order again.

Ehh, it is okay. I haven't received first order yet, but given the apps popularity, I don't doubt their quality. However, I only have a cell phone, and was hoping to get a rather large order in (think close to 1000) to catch up on my own pictures, and christmas gifts and the app does not load the pictures unless the app is open and the screen is on, which can be rather time consuming. If it changes to where the pictures can/will load in the background, and I'd be a happy customer.

I really love this app and have been using it for years to get prints at an amazing price in a very reasonable amount of time without having to go to a store. I also have and recommend it to family and friends but over the last month I have had a lot of problems opening the app and it staying open 😭😡☹️. I restart my phone and even reinstalled the app itself but it will only open for a short time and then keep closing. Its been annoying especially if it happens in the middle of picking prints.
