I've been able to cash out several times. I wanted to complain about not being enough moneyler receipt but remembered this isn't a primary way to get income, this is just a plus here and there! Got to really stack up receipts and hope they accept them. I enjoy this app and have had it for about a year now.

This app used to be great, but the bug in the last few updates with linking Amazon is incredibly frustrating. First, it disconnected my account. Then, after reconnecting it, Receipt Hog decided that my Amazon password was incorrect. I changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled RH, and now it just death loops ad infinitum. I contacted support and heard....crickets. Very very disappointed

You only get points for a few places. Grocery store and big box stores. Nothing else. I got a lot of coins at 1st with surveys and referrals and such but once I got to 2000 coins it just slowed way down. I've gone from 2000 to 2400 in the last month and I scan almost everyday. Not worth the time. Will be deleting app.

I have had this app since 2015 and not once have I hit a slot higher than 10 cons. I submit receipts throughout the year and currently have enough for 5 whopping dollars to spend. So pretty much, you have to spend thousands of dollars to get $5. No longer worth my time.

This app has gotten worse. The interface is janky and I'm never sure if it's accepting my receipts until days later. Sometimes it finds e-receipts, and sometimes it misses them. You almost never get slot spins anymore. After 5 years with this app, but only using it for 3 of those years, I have earned one whopping $5 gift card. Feels like a waste of time to me.

Not my favorite app to scan receipts. This app doesn't accept all my receipts and will label it as "blurry". This is unfortunate, and i often can not retake the photo because it is so delayed and will say it's processing for an extended time- so I don't really know what receipt didn't scan properly when I submit multiples. I find this hard to believe because my other app, fetch, has no problems at all. Also, this app asks way too many questions for each receipt submitted.

Problems again!!! I have posted a review twice. I took a pic of a receipt 4 times to try and get a clean image. It's almost impossible to get clear images with some receipts and is disappointing when you're told it's not clear and there is nothing you can do about it. Poor camera, or something. I have the most trouble with this app. I don't have half of problems with my other apps

The app is ok with one exception, there isn't a way to delete notifications once you read them. Now I have probably 75 notifications on the app & I have only been using it since Sept 2022. This is Dec. 2022. A year since I downloaded this app. I still cannot delete any notifications from the app. I load every receipt & I have only 6000 points. Once I get to 6500 & can get the Amazon gift card I will terminate my time with receipt hog. It is such a waste of time.

I love it it's better than most out their you link your store accounts like Amazon. Sync emails and submit paper receipts and even have surveys to accumulate coins plus the spin slot. It adds up little by little but eventually can cash it to an Amazon gift card,pay pal and visa.

I like the app. Been using it for a while. Although you don't get credit for all receipts. It's plenty. Plus you get free spins to earn more. Hopefully, I will win big on the spin, daily win or the monthly draw. So far that's not happened and I've been using the app for a while.

I have been partially using this app. I have been trying to download the e E-reciepts no luck! Ober and over for months. Plus the only stop i have been able to add is Walmart. No circle k,or Amazon. I can't even figure out how to update my info. if phone # to access my pay pal account which has $15. On it and I can't without the right phone number. This game was so much better 3 years ago. Not so complicated.

Almost every receipt apparently has some kind of issue, and I don't get the points for them. I take clear photos and don't upload duplicates, but almost every receipt gets flagged. It also won't let me add my Walmart account or my email. I'll give it a little bit more time but will probably delete the app. I'm not overly thrilled with the app.

UPDATE: I'm done, I kept it hoped it would improve but it's not!! I get stupid red tickets for receipts instead of points!! Tickets are worthless unless you get lucky enough to win the drawing!! It's more like a lottery!! Definitely not like Fetch!! Almost every Receipt I scan is not acceptable!! Way to many restrictions. Fetch is a lot simpler and give 2 weeks instead of 1.

Brantford, Ont. I give 41/2 stars because it is pretty cool and it helps get a little back. But I was wondering if it's possible to make it a little easier to earn coin and rewards for those of us that sit pretty much at poverty level and when you dont have alot of extra money it's harder to get reciepts, it takes forever for just $5.00 if you can't afford to do alot of shopping. The app would be great if it would quit deactivating my linked accounts and had a way to contact them (no email, no phone or website. That is strange, in my opinion and not to be trusted. The only one it didn't disconnect was Safeway but, conveniently, it says they are having a problem getting my online receipts. This way, they don't have to pay my points since 90% of my shopping is done online. This will take you triple the amount of time to cash out.

Notifications are not working right. It's hard to get ahold of anyone on the app. Takes days, sometimes weeks to respond. Said they were going to update but I can't seem to find those updates. (This was my message in 2021) Still same issue 😕. Notifications start 1 year prior to date, so I have to scroll through a whole year to even get to the recent Notifications. Why has this still not been fixed? Take too long to respond to my tickets and still don't fix the problem!

Pros: Has online receipt function that does not require access to your email, coins for surveys. Cons: Sluggish in processing receipts, will find out next day that the image quality was bad and that I need to upload again (after I've recycled receipt), only gives coins for certain kinds of receipts. I don't love it. I cashed out and will be deleting app.

Its an ok app. Accepts most receipts from most businesses regardless of the type. It can take a long-ish time to earn points as the coins/spins/sweepstakes earned by each receipt vary. But when u reach a level where u can request a payout you have 3 options. Visa, Amazon gift card, or a paypal payout in cash amount. When you are already uploading receipts to similar apps, it is worth doing this one as well.
