the app can be a bit finicky at times, but once you get the quirks figured out, it works well enough. having access to things not in store and more sales makes it a delightfully dangerous thing. out of stock options at times can be a letdown, but if given the option to pre-order or reserve, it would go a long way.

this is by far, the most convoluted app I've ever had the displeasure of using. the app sends an error notification reading "something went wrong." and all you can do is close the app and open it again. when you search something, the results page begin in the middle of the page, instead of beginning at the top. I wish I could go back in time to wear I didn't have this app on my phone so that way I could save the three hours of headache while trying to use it.

The APP (not the products) is the problem. I have had constant issues with it for years. I have no issues with Targets, Amazons, Walmarts, etc. The VS app glitches, freezes, kicks me out, loads different items in different orders, is unreliable, and fingerprint never works. It has caused much unnecessary frustration through the years.

The app is overall pretty easy to navigate and filter searches by your desired size. However, glitches can occur and can interrupt purchases. Inventory stock is sometimes not available, and you won't find that out until you purchase the item. I have had this happen multiple times and it's incredibly frustrating when you're purchasing the only item in your size and you receive an "out of stock" email 3 days afrer the original transaction. I hope that improves.

This app needs some serious work. It's extremely frustrating trying to navigate the system between shopping for items on-sale or just simply viewing the cart. It's a lot of back and forth between the two AND don't forget trying to use their codes which are extremely long (if not a word code.) I've just about given up with this company altogether. Edit: I appreciate your response. If anything, make the app more "smooth" to navigate. Thanks!

Updates have been improving. Past problems have been resolved. I don't like that I can't go back to browsing a topic exactly where I left off. Makes me start from the home page if i try to go back. Other than that, all the other issues I had were fixed! Hallelujah. I'm updating it now, which is worrisome, seeing as how in the past updates caused alot of glitching and crashing. Well see...

I love the new inclusive line for all skin types and the sizes. But... you have a little work to do on your app on selecting items and either crashing or freezing and not allowing items to be viewed or descriptions to be viewed. Sometimes at checkout, my entire order will dissappear but it doesn't always happen so it might be a glitch.

App is easy to use but some simple features lacking. For example, ability to save or favorite an item is not an option, not sure why. 2nd, when I search it doesn't save the list of past searches in a drop down so it forces me to retype. 3rd, when I click on an item I can't simply hit the back button to go back to my search it completely kicks me out and throws me back to a home page. If these small features were fixed and/or added this app would be much better and rated higher by me.

This app absolutely sucks. I can't ever get in to see my balance on the credit card and I can't get in to pay more than the minimum it auto drafts. I would also like to be able to sign into the app in general but everytime I try it tells me there is a system error. The password has been reset twice to see if that would work but no. Fix the app people. Worst app I've ever had. I'm getting rid of everything to do with VS. My wife is pissed at it too. Not happy at all.

Horrible. I have had a VS account for almost 10 years and it notoriously is terrible online. Not user friendly and not linked with the card. You need 2 passwords and user names to access the same thing. So when I try to check out lately to complete a purchase it doesn't recognize me or any of my account preferences. It will not let me complete my purchase nor will it let me make changes. I absolutely loathe trying to get anything on this app.

WORST SHOPPING APP EVER! Soooo many glitches!! And yes, my phone & app are up to date. You can no longer save faves. 60% of the time pushing the back button (either on screen or phone navigation keys) brings you to a blank page or one that appears more like a webpage & doesn't fit on the phone screen. pressing the heart button between top navigation menu & the page you're looking at brings you to a blank page. Half the time I give up on this crappy app & go to the webpage.

I really, really want to love this app but it just doesn't work properly. When I open it there is always a loading error - I'm talking 100% of the time. I have to refresh each tab three or four times before the error clears. There is also an issue where deleted items keep returning to the cart. If these issues were fixed it would be my go-to option for VS shopping!

love the app very easy to use. only problem is it makes you constantly sign in to check cart card and account information. I sign in to my account about 3 different times just to check my balance and make an order. also when you sign in it brings up the page twice so when you hit sign it it goes away and pops up again but if you just exit the second one you're in your account. it's super annoying and frustrating. wish they would fix it, it's been like this for months.

This app is useless. It will only let me filter one item at a time, which defeats filters. The screen does not auto-fit the mobile screen either, so I have to move the screen left to right to see what is in each row. The website does the exact thing (while on a mobile), so I am giving up just out of frustration. Guess I won't be making a purchase.

it works great for the most part. As long as it does freeze a bit while I checkout using my PayPal and have restart the app, or the sorting for low to high pricing where it shows nothing as if it was a filter if I have selected while looking for pajamas, or take me back to the home screen while I'm going back to my search after getting a look at some underwear. Otherwise, it works great.

Very nice app, no bugs that I saw. Awesome offer to use. Makes you feel part of something. Nice checkout. Excellent initial impression. Suggestions: ability to switch view of products to unmodeled (so I can see what the back of the bra is like faster) or to switch all to back. Or maybe tap a pic and it changes the view. Allow to edit size from cart like you can on the website. I know... easier said than done. But the view options would really help... Oh- Love the icon! 💞

Recently Disappointing. It used to be great, but within the last few months, it has a feature to link your VS card to the app. I have tried several times to link it, but I always get an error. I also have tried to pay my bill and it keeps prompting me to add a bank account, but I had added it already so when I try to 'add' it again, it tells me it's already added, but I still can't pay my bill, so I have to call to pay it which is super inconvenient!! Change it back or fix this, PLEASE!!

I've always been super pleased with all of my purchases from Pink. (: Sometimes I'll read the reviews, and I wonder if the people who are disappointed with their purchase(s) aren't fully reading the description of the item. I've never had any issues while using the app; it's pretty intuitive. :) I encourage people to take the time to sign up and make an account. Everytime I've placed an order, I've been offered nice options (e.g., a free panty, $$$ savings off total amount of purchase, etc.)! :)
